Kaunis alue kauniilla vuoristomaisemilla. 1600 m² talossa äskettäin uusittu keittiö ja uusittu master kylpy ja toinen kylpyamme. Aivan moottoritien vieressä. Vuodepaikkoja 6, 3 vuodetta. Vuodepaikkoja 8 puhalluspatjalla. 1 king size-vuode ja 2 queen-size-vuodetta. Tilava keittiö, jossa pakastin / jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, uuni / alue, pyykinpesukone ja kuivausrumpu, ruokailualue ja den / tv-huone. Grilli takapihalla. Kaikki kodin taideteokset on maalattu minulle.

Vain 10 minuetia Salt Lake Citystä pohjoiseen. 10 min kongressikeskukseen, 15 minuet pohjoiseen lentokentältä. Minuutin päässä hiihtokeskuksista, ravintoloista, kaupoista ja yöelämästä, atv polkuja, Mt. pyöräily, patikointi, veneily jne. Kaksi kävelyetäisyydellä sijaitsevaa baaria.

Huoneessa on nopea internetyhteys, WiFi, Blu Ray -soitin ja Netflixin ja 100: n muiden sovellusten käyttömahdollisuus. Paikan päällä on muutaman korttelin päässä sijaitseva lomakeskus, jossa voit nauttia porealtaasta, uima-altaasta, luistelusta, maila-kentästä, kuntosalista ja sisäelimistä.

So the homeowner was very nice and responded quickly and the home was very clean For the price he is asking it is decent. however it doesn’t show much about the neighborhood It is sketchy so maybe Google Earth it before you stay and see if you’re comfortable with that. Also, the floors are rotten in the house, and the planks are coming up, which pinched our feet and causes to trip multiple times so be cautious of that. Those are all tiny details that can be fixed. That once again for the price it was fair.

Great home while hosting guests.

I live in Bountiful and rented this home for wedding guests that were coming for my sons wedding. It was PERFECT! The home was clean and well kept. The owner was VERY responsive and got back to me in less than an hour every time I emailed. The house was definitely cheaper than a hotel and offered a lot more comfort and room then we would have had in a hotel. The next time I have more guests in town and not enough beds for all of them I will be renting this home again.

Quiet Good Value Clutterfree Updated!

I booked the house for business trainings with other business associates. The home was comfortable, open, updated bathrooms were nice! Extra towels! Extra Bedding, Extra TP! (Most important!!!!) the host replied within 6 minutes to every inquiry. Rockstar!

Perfect for our family

We really enjoyed staying in this property. We have 5 children and it is very expensive to get two hotel rooms. We are thankful that this property was reasonably priced. I must admit that when we first drove up and saw it, I was a little nervous, but as soon as we opened the door we were very pleased. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved having a kitchen and a washer and dryer that we could use. For our family, having two bathrooms was great. We all felt comfortable, safe and happy. We would recommend this property, and if we head to Utah again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great home, perfect size, very comfy!

My family and I loved our stay. The home was very comfortable and worked for our two families. It had a nice backyard for the kids to play. Yes it does back up to the freeway, but we couldn't hear anything in the house and even outside it wasn't very loud. The first day we arrived we found that there was not hot water, the hot water heater was not working. I was able to get ahold of Sam (home owner) right away and while we were away at the wedding rehearsal dinner he had a new one installed. We were all very impressed and thankful for such a quick fix. Family members that came to spend time with us during the day commented that they would look into renting this out the next time they are in town instead of a hotel room. Much better deal and more space for your money! Thanks again Sam for everything, we loved your home:)

When checking in door code was changed from what I was given prior, didn't bother to inform so had to e-mail. Very prompt reply about only good thing to happen. Windows so dirty could not see out very musty smell. Interstate runs right behind house VERY loud, and I get it your on vacation TV is not priority but nice to watch in evening. Passing traffic interferes with antenna signal so TV cuts out every 20 seconds to min. and again it is right on Interstate so just forget TV. Disappointing.

Very deceptive! We chose to leave.

Very disappointed in our stay. Very deceptive marketing, fish eye lens and photos that made it look like a grass yard. It’s just weeds. Some passive aggressive communication from the owner. It was very dirty, and he offered to send his housekeeper over the next day to clean. However we had to clean out the fridge and a lot of the kitchen and the counters before we could even unload. It was evening and the grandkids were tired and hungry. After I told him this he had a defensive tone, saying that “the TV was working last time I was there”. He asked if there was anything he could do to make our stay more comfortable, after denying the real problems. The locks on back door and windows were a stick in the runner. No lock. The linens appeared to be clean and everything looked tidy in the bedrooms. But vents were disgusting and filled with debris and blew up dirt. The final straw was when my daughter was napping with her babies and a piece of ceiling fell on her. But really it was a pie crust of cardboard taped on the ceiling to cover a hole. At that point we reserved and paid for a new property and left. Very expensive trip since he refused a refund for nights not stayed. Disposal and dishwasher not functioning either. Hair in tubs. Overall not fit for rental at all! And I never spoke to him. It was all through the app. Felt suspicious, any issue I’ve ever had before I was given a phone number to call. Seemed underhanded, and again, deceptive.

Great place to stay

Honestly can't say enough good things about the property and the owners communication. It's was perfectly central to everything we wanted to see and do in Northern Utah. 15 minutes from downtown SLC, 10 minutes from Lagoon. 50 minutes from Provo, 25 minutes from Ogden. It was perfect. I was worried about other reviewers talking about the neighborhood, that was not an issue at all. Sure, neighborhood is a bit older but had no issues and neighbors were very nice. Home is a little old, but very comfortable. The home is situated near I-15, we had zero issues nor could we hear the traffic. Honestly love this home and when we come back to Utah again, I'll definitely reserve this property again. Appreciate the owner leaving us a note if community activities that we're taking place during our stay. We were able to attend some. Really appreciated everything.

Ski trip

The property is located in an overall quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. We were on a family ski trip and it was perfect middle ground between our ski locations. Everything at the property was in working order and had a well equipped kitchen and plenty of linens were provided. The host communicated well before,during,and after the stay.

Bountiful family visit

Our stay was good at this house. We had an issue with the furnace on Thanksgiving night and Sam was able to get things fixed despite the holiday. Comfy bed. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Inside- fair, neighborhood-terrible

Several things in the house needed repairs. hole in kitchen floor, one bathroom door totally unusable - in half-open position. Rusty pipes in the patio were dangerous, one member of group skinned ankle on a rusty pipe. The house next door looked like druggies lived there.

This home has got some character to it. It has a roomy feel when you walk in. Has a big back yard for outdoor games. I love that this house is only minutes away from the airport and Salt Lake City and all sorts of out door activities.
