Tervetuloa Phoenix West II: n yksikköön 2308! Kun olet tullut sisään, se on vahvistanut, että olet tehnyt oikean valinnan. Rentoudu tässä 3 makuuhuoneen / 4 kylpyhuoneen, lähes 2000 neliömetrin ammattimaisesti sisustetussa huoneisto. Etelään päin asuvassa oleskelutilassa on lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat, jotka esittävät valkoisen hiekkarannan kilometrejä ja loputtomia näkymiä lahdelle. Suuri parveke tarjoaa sekä inspiroivia auringonnousuja että vilkkaita auringonlaskuja.



Vieraamme kertovat, että tyyli ja sisustus täydentävät täydellisesti henkeäsalpaavia näkymiä.



Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja 55 tuuman HD-seinätaso. Master-kylpyammeessa on kaksoisallas (mukaan lukien hiustenkuivaaja), poreallas, erillinen suihku ja suuri vaatehuone. Sekä toinen että kolmas makuuhuone on sisustettu kahdella (2) queen-size-vuoteella ja 42 tuuman HD-seinätasolla. Toisessa ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on myös oma kylpyhuone, jossa on yksi pesuallas (mukaan lukien hiustenkuivaaja) ja yhdistelmä-amme / suihku. Olohuoneessa on vuodesohva, joka tarjoaa vuodepaikkaa yhteensä 12 hengelle. Vieraat voivat myös nauttia täydestä kylpyhuoneesta pääsalosta (jossa on erillinen suihku ja pääsy täysikokoiseen pesukoneeseen ja kuivaajaan).



Hyvin varusteltu keittiö on päivitetty sisällyttämään graniitti työtasot, ruostumattoman teräksen laitteet ja märkä-baari / jääpalakone. Suuri ruokapöytä (mahtuu 6 hengelle) sekä 4 baarituolit tarjoavat runsaasti istumapaikkoja ruokailun aikana. Kaunis laatta koko (ei mattoa). Lisäksi 60 tuuman HD-taulutelevisio olohuoneessa, internetyhteydellä varustettu Blu-ray-soitin, satelliitti-ohjelmointi ja nopea WiFi-yhteys mahdollistavat, että olet yhteydessä toisiinsa.



Avuksesi on asennettu avainlukituslukko, joten sinun ja perheen / ystävien ei tarvitse pysyä avaimissa loman aikana!



Nauti uinnista suuresta laiskasta joesta, kun lapset viettävät tuntikausia nauttimaan vesiliukumäestä. Lämmitetty sisäuima-allas on täydellinen niille viileämmille päiville. Lähellä sisäuima-allasta löydät neljä kylpytynnyriä! Sinulla on autotalli autotalli. 15. kerroksessa on nykyaikainen kuntosali, josta on upeat näkymät rannalle ja kaksi muuta kylpytynnyriä ja saunoja 14. kerroksessa!

Relaxing Christmas Break

Our family had a great time at Orange Beach this week. The condo was perfect for us. We found it was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have any issues all week. Since it was a little cool we put the indoor pool and hot tubs to good use. The view of the sunrises and sunsets from the balcony were really beautiful. Can’t wait to come back to this area again.

We are a group of college friends from 1966-67 get together and have stayed here for 3 or 4 years. The condo is equipped with everything needed and everybody has there own bed. The gulf view is perfect to watch dolphins early in the morning. Even saw a shark this time. The lazy river is so relaxing and always the highlight of our stay. Julia is the greatest with reservation handling.

This was inconvenient and unnecessary. The pool had so much chlorine! The first 5 days of our stay, you couldn’t see your legs in the pool. They finally emptied the pool and the water was clear. The kitchen was well equipped with everything anyone could need.

Great family get a away

We took our married children and 4 month old granddaughter on our annual family vacation. The beach in October is wonderful. This condo was everything we wanted and needed. Plenty of room to spread out and have space without being on top of each other, but still be together. Clean, decorated nicely. The master bed was a little too soft for my husband and me, but we still slept very well. Stay here, you’ll love it!

Sisters Retreat

This is a Very Beautiful property with great amenities. Lots of space to relax and enjoy😊. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The 🛌 mattress were a little too soft and squeaky. The beach 🏖 was beautiful except for lots and lots of seaweed. We were able to see dolphins and sharks in the water from our balcony. Overall We enjoyed Ourselves😃

Would stay again if options were limited

The view and location were really great. We were disappointed that the TV did not work despite 3 adults best troubleshooting efforts and following the guide that was provided. The owners would be better off getting a Roku or comparative device than satellite. Also, there is no service in the condo due to the concrete as far as I understood, but I haven’t had this issue in the past and we come annually to other condos in the same area. There was sand on the bathroom floors when we arrived and a blanket wadded up in the closet which hadn’t been washed. There was limited supplies In the condo so make sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, etc. I didn’t knock off a star for this part because it may have been in the listing. I couldn’t remember; but something helpful to know ahead of time. Several of the plastic chairs on the balcony were broken and not able to be used. This is a safety issue with little kids because my daughter almost injured her fingers. The toilet seat in one bathroom was very loose which would have been noticed when it was cleaned. One towel rack kept falling apart in a bathroom so we couldn’t use it because I was afraid it would break and I’d have to pay to fix it. I deducted a star because none of these things are a big deal by themselves, but together it got really annoying every time there was something else, especially with a toddler in the house. Also, with the cost of the condo I had higher expectations on things like this. Overall I would stay again if I had limited options since the location was good and it was pretty clean. The owners should really visit the condo and take a close look at everything. Most stuff is easy and cheap to fix.
