I will start off the good stuff, resort is beautiful, it was easy to get in and get set up. The place was as described, other than the main microwave does not work and stays lit all the time, the dishwasher does leak on the floor, the picture they show of townhouse with the nemo room does not look like that, it does have some wall stickers but not that bedding, but all in all a nice place. But here is the experience we had... the day we got there i was stung by a bee of some sort, didn't think to much of it but stayed away from that area of front yard, but is right next to driveway. The day we were leaving we were attached by the bees, my grandson was stung 3 times, my husband 4 and I was stung 5 or 6. Whatever this type of bee is, it dwells in the ground. My husband whom does not have any allergies, not long after went into anaphylactic shock, I can say we thought he died in the car it happened so quickly. It was the scariest thing that has ever happened to us, luckily some wonderful medical staff were able to bring him back after he suffered 2 episodes and I can't begin to tell the affects it has had on our daughter and grandson that was witnessing it.All I can say is if you are planning to stay at this unit or the ones near it, I would want proof they have taken care of the bees. It literally is a matter of life and death.

We’ve stayed in this unit before so we knew what to expect and had a great stay. The place is always clean, you can’t beat the location, and although we didn’t use it this time, having a pool is a great perk! The only reason for not giving a 5/5 is because there was a yellow jacket nest on the edge of the driveway and myself and 2 of our kids got stung on our way in our first night. It wasn’t resolved during our stay, so we had to load and unload the car out in the road to avoid more bee issues. Not the end of the world, but also my kids were pretty scared of all the bees swarming around the entrance.

I can understand the unexpected but not lack of communication or care.

We booked this townhome and had great communication until the day of check in. Apparently there was a leak that the owners were unaware of, ok I can understand that, but what I cannot understand is not communicating effectively. I received emails/inbox messages through VRBO. I was driving to Orlando (7 hour drive) so unable to check these messages, never did I receive a call!This is copy/pasted directly from our check in instructions from them, “ If no answer, LEAVE A MESSAGE!  Do NOT hang up - ALWAYS leave a message!”A few days before our trip, I had been communicating with the owner about arrival times and we were told we could check in at 2pm and it was mentioned we had expensive medications that need refrigeration before heading to the parks and we now had a grocery pick up order with perishable items and were told we were not on the list when our stay was fully paid for and I had given all the proper information for check in, and NO ONE ever returned my multiple calls until I called VRBO because I became panicked that we had been scammed and they reached out to the owner. Then I received another inbox message saying they did call me early that morning, but I did not have any missed calls and certainly no voicemails from them. They never offered any kind of help and did not seem to care that we were stranded. It would have been nice of them to acknowledge the huge inconvenience and actually speak to me over the phone instead of sending messages and avoid phone calls.

Always a nice stay

We have stayed at this property before and love the location and having the space for our family. Having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms is very convenient, along with all the amenities in the home and the neighborhood. We will be back again.

La localisation est parfaite pour aller aux parcs de Walt Disney. Tout Ă©tait parfait dans l’appartement Ă  l’exception qu’il devrait y avoir un linge Ă  vaisselle et un ouvre bouteille Ă  vin. De plus, le lave vaisselle devrait ĂȘtre fixĂ© au comptoir puisqu’il sort toujours lorsque l’on sort le tiroir ainsi que le bain dans la chambre des maĂźtres aux deuxiĂšme Ă©tage devrait ĂȘtre dĂ©bouchĂ© puisque l’eau ne s’écoule pas convenablement. Great location to parks!

Overall it was a nice place to stay. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. It could use a little updating of dressers and wall decals pealing off the wall in kids room, but if you just need a place to rest your head it worked well. The pool at the home is not heated like most other homes for rent in the neighborhood which was kinda a bummer, but luckily we were able to use the community pool which is heated. The host responded very quickly to my message too!

The unit was super clean, beds were really comfy and the pool is an added bonus. I also really appreciated the added security features surrounding the pool use, as a mom of small children. We have stayed at Windsor hills for years and this has been one of the best units we have rented.

Very Pleasant Experience

My 3 children and I stayed four days. The host was very informational and responsive. The entire place was very clean both inside and patio area/pool. Very spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom. The rooms all had all linens in great condition. The bathroom shower curtains were very well maintained as well, all rugs on the floors were new looking an clean. All the towels were all in new like condition. On-site washer and dryer conveniently located on second story. The linen closet had additional towels and bedding, but as mentioned the washer/dryer made for not running low/out even with longer stay and/or large/r group The patio had a enough seating for our entire party, appreciated. The private pool is an absolute must, a a personal recommendation (only a select have them) the safety measures in place were very reassuring when traveling with littles. The place was actually more updated than the photos and although liked what we saw in photos on vrbo, we were pleasantly surprised with additions upon arrival. I would most definitely recommend Windsor Hills for the Resort amenities. Theres a variety of fun and/or relaxation for the whole family water and other. This specific place, within the resort, I recommend for privacy provided on patio area, location to clubhouse/community pool area, overall condition of the place and the friendliness and communication of the host. In regards to Kissimmee the location to local attractions, restaurants, shopping was perfect!

GREAT VALUE!! Enjoyable Stay!!!

GREAT Value, was skeptical because we found at such a great price, cheaper than most condos at Windsor Hills and not disappointed. Stayed 7 nights with my wife and two kids 6 and 3, loved the Nemo themed room and the trundle bed worked out great, pulled out for a perfect fit between the two beds. Short walk to clubhouse and pool, which had activities almost everyday/night we stayed. Had an issue with the back slider that opened up to the private pool, contacted the company and someone showed up within a few hours to fix the issue but the youngest fell asleep downstairs so they came the next day while at the parks, very responsive. Some of the decals upstairs were peeling but that's probably due to humidity and wasn't a real issue, not even sure the kids noticed. Plenty of cooking utensils and kids items. If you are looking for a place close to Disney and shopping centers this place is great, close to Wal-Mart and many restaurants and novelty shops. Overall a GREAT stay and would stay here again without hesitation.

Great space, great location.

We booked late but read great things about Windsor Hills at spring break. It was well worth it. The price was great for what we experienced. Our own pool, plenty of space for us to have resting kids and adults to watch tv and have some time awake later. The walk to the water park was five minutes. The unit was clean, though could use some minor upkeep—absolutely nothing that inhibited our stay or rating. Two beds and two baths are upstairs, 1/1 is downstairs making for great layout for our 3 and 6 year old to be upstairs with us to sleep in the Nemo room. They loved sharing a room, and the trundle bed pullout made it so if anyone rolled off the bed they’d just fall onto the bed! The complex of Windsor Hills itself is a great location for all things Disney and also just a general sunny getaway to enjoy warm weather and the pool. The zero entry pool and splash pad was an absolute fave of the kids, and gave us parents the peace of mind to relax and enjoy, too.

Waste of money

Although water was clean as filter was on pool sides needed a good scrubbing and i certainly would not have used it. Twigs in pool when we arrived were still there 10 days later as not cleaned by pool guys. Decking was full of weeds, dead bugs and even cigarette butts. inside oven and trays were dirty, sticky floor and work surfaces. Dust on bed heads, filter in dryer full and needed cleaning. bathroom sink plug did not work. I could go on but I am sure you can get the picture.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed staying at Windsor Hills. The property was quiet and clean. We felt totally safe there and the townhouse was a quick 5 minutes from the Disney Parks. Super Walmart just a 1 minute drive. The house was comfortable and updated. Felt like home. Will definitely book again.

Fam vaca

Property is good, but NO communication from Property manager. I called and left a voice-mail and text trying to see if i could add one more night, but NO response 😕.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Belle expérience, endroit relaxant, calme et propice aux repos avant ou aprÚs une visite dans un parc.

Welcome! 2019 will be our 15th year that My father Dave, mother Patti, and I have been renting all of our Vacation Homes! It all started when we thought that Condos and Hotels were TOO EXPENSIVE for families to enjoy, so we wanted to do something about it. We bought our first Condo, set the prices low (we were not trying to make a killing) and people loved it as a concept. Well, it grew from there. Now we own, manage, and rent our many vacation homes, renting to over 2,500 Happy Guest families just like you every year at two great Florida locations: Cocoa Beach, and right outside the Main Gate at Walt Disney World! It keeps us very busy and we love it. The best part is helping our guests have a fabulous stay while in Florida without charging them an arm and a leg as they say. We want you to have a fantastic time in any of our wonderful and Gorgeous Vacation Homes.

About us: We grew up in the Midwest - Columbus Ohio, and Naperville, Illinois. We made the move down to Sunny Orlando to be closer to (and manage) our Vacation Homes. We live here now, running all of our properties from right here locally, it is a family business. We pride ourselves (since we live local), on taking great care of our vacation homes, and doing the same for our guests. We are your guaranteed source for area information!
