Tämä kaunis ranta-koti sijaitsee Biscaynen osa-alueella. Upeat näkymät, hyvä sijainti ja runsaasti huoneita. Nukkuu jopa 16 neljälle kuninkaalle ja 4 queen-size-vuodetta. Tämä yksinomainen yksityinen aidatulla alueella on puolen välissä lauttasataman ja Crystal Beachin välissä.

Tämä koti sijaitsee halutuimmalla ja kuumin paikalla niemimaalla. Sitä ympäröivät ylelliset asunnot hyvin hiljaisella ja perheystävällisellä rannalla. Vain istua alas ja rentoutua kannella tai nauttia henkeäsalpaavasta näkemästä ilmastoinnin mukavuuteen tämän avoimen konseptin kotona.

Nukkuu jopa 16 henkilöä mukavasti sängyssä. Alakerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa on king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Yläkerrassa on neljä huonetta ja yksi kylpyhuone. Kaksi huonetta, joissa on king size-vuode ja pääsy yläkerrokseen. Kahdessa muussa on kaksi kuningattarea kussakin. Jauhehuone sijaitsee pääkerroksessa. Ranta-suihkuhuone sijaitsee pohjakerroksessa ja siinä on kuumaa vettä.

Family Time

Nice quiet neighborhood. Great beach access. Home was large and had a great layout downstairs so everyone could be together but not crowded. Kitchen could use some more appliances such as air fryer and bowels with lids for leftovers as we cooked every meal. If you are staying for several days bring extra kitchen trash bags and paper towels.Not a very child friendly home as upper deck had no safety gates and no games for the kids to play. No pack-n-play or high chair.Overall it was a great vacation because the weather was perfect and we were together as a family.

Perfect Beach House Weekend!

We spent thanksgiving at the beach as a big family. The listing was perfect, lots of space for young kids to run around. We cooked, ate, explored, and it was wonderful. Thanks to the Hecklers for having us!

Great House and Location

We had a relaxing week all the way around! Nice private neighborhood, quiet with beach access. House was roomy and comfortable and provided all the creature comforts we needed. Communication was great with the homeowner and they kept us well informed of status of the power and condition after the hurricane leading up to our arrival.

AMAZING!

This was our 2nd time to stay at this property and it won’t be our last. We had 14 people in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The communication with the owner was great, he even called to make sure we got all of the information to check in. Getting to the beach was easy, we did rent golf carts but also walked a couple of times. We can’t wait to go back!

Home away from home

Great stay, This house was perfect for our family of 14, located in a great gated community. Great access to beach through the golf cart ramp, (we had atvs and utvs that fit as well. This house was perfectly suited for anyone coming for the week.

Great holiday beach vacation

We celebrated a belated Christmas with our family of 9 (3 kids ages 4, 6, and 7). The house and location were perfect for our celebration. We enjoyed the many bedrooms, the large open family room for gathering, meals, games and opening presents. All with spectacular views. It was an easy walk to the beach and most often had it all to ourselves. We would definitely like to return!

Great place!

We all enjoyed our stay! 4 adults and 6 kids (11, 11, 8, 8, 5, 4). The accessible beach was very clean and nice! The only inconvenient part for our group was the through traffic and our littles. The doorknobs are tricky but come with thorough instructions. Overall great experience!

Birder's Paradise

This house worked beautifully for our annual birding trip. Accessing the gated neighborhood & the property was straight forward and well communicated. The property was very well appointed and stocked. I did not need to pull one thing out of my travel supplies to supplement as they had every utensil we needed to cook with. The house was very clean & nicely decorated. The deck was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out there with our cocktails admiring the beach view after a full day of birding. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Great house - Wonderful beach

This is the fourth time my family has stayed here and we keep coming back because of the amazing location of the property and this well-appointed beachhouse that fits our entire family so nicely. The beach is just a quick walk past two houses and down the boardwalk, but you also have a fantastic unobstructed view from the very large back porch - which is amazing while you're drinking coffee in the morning watching the sun come up. One of my favorite things about this beach location is that the water is extremely shallow for quite a ways out, so the grandkids - even the young ones - can get in the ocean and play without it getting too deep for them. This trip in particular we ran into some weather with hurricane Beryl, and although we were free to leave we decided to stick it out and had a great time. The host was amazing keeping us updated with weather information and everything we needed to get through the week with all the goings on that come after a hurricane. He went over and above and I can't thank him enough for reaching out and being available whenever we needed something. This house is a great choice to enjoy the Texas coast.

Amazing! Skip Galveston--Stay in Boliver at BISCAYE BLUE PARADISE!

Biscayne Blue Paradise is the best VRBO we have stayed in many years of our family's vacations in Galveston. Everything was perfect as I will describe, but NUMBER ONE was that the owner immediately responded when I called with confusion about the lock box (user ignorance) and then when the upstairs AC was not working. He sent his handyman out who was there within 15 minutes who then got an AC guy there within 30 minutes--on a holiday weekend! The thermostat was not working, and the owner approved replacement, and the AC was working within the hour. WOW! There is no better example of owner response!! It was very clean with lots of towels and the kitchen really did have every kind of pot and utensil and appliance you might want. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the open concept living space for our family to gather and eat and play games. The deck is fantastic! The view is terrific, and it was great to have the table and chairs in the shade in addition to the deck chairs at the railing. The house is very close to the boardwalk over the dunes. A golf cart is not really needed for beach access--but it was nice to have for the grandparents and to haul all of the beach chairs and canopy and coolers to the beach for the day. The waterfront in front of the house was not overly crowded even on the holiday weekend, and we wonder if that is because the home is in a gated community. DRIVE A LITTLE FURTHER AND GET MORE FOR YOUR MONEY IN BOLIVER AT BISCAYNE BLUE PARADISE!

Beautiful place, fantastic time!

There were 12 adults and we were there a week. The location and the beautiful view was priceless!! Nothing better than to sit on the deck and watch the sun rise every morning with a cup of coffee. It you wanted, you could go around to the other side of the house and see the sunset. How great is that!! The large, open living space worked great for our group. The kitchen was well-equipped and has a pantry. One thing not apparent from reading the description or the reviews I feel like should be pointed out: there are 3 1/2 baths in the house, which is fine. The problem is there are four bedrooms on the upper level with ONE bathroom (a nice one). When everybody is adults, this can be a problem. Our group made it work by assigning two couples to share with the bedrooms downstairs that had private baths. Some of the men enjoyed the outdoor shower as well. The two bedrooms upstairs with king beds had huge TVs, but the other two with two queen beds did not. Not an issue for us. Nobody complained about the beds, mine was very comfortable. We were aware of the stairs, but bringing all the food/supplies in was brutal on us old folks. It would be nice if there was at least a lift for containers. I noticed a few in the new houses going up in the neighborhood. That update would be wonderful. All things considered, it was a wonderful vacation for our group of cousins and spouses. Several of us enjoyed fishing almost daily, but a few others just enjoyed the deck and hearing the waves crash and walking on the beach. The six-person cart rental went smoothly and we enjoyed it very much!
