Ocean Manor Beach Resort
Tämä yksikkö sijaitsee 6. kerroksessa ja on upea 2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuoneisto. Huoneistossa on uskomattoman avoin oma parveke, josta on näkymät Ocean Manor Resort -altaan uima-altaalle ja Atlantin valtamerelle.

Huoneisto on yksityisomistuksessa ja hallinnassa, ja se puhdistetaan huolellisesti ennen jokaista sisäänkirjautumista. Yksikkö on sisustettu hyvällä maulla.

Pysäköinnin tarjoaa yksityisyritys. 1. tammikuuta 2019 alkaen hinta on 10 dollaria / päivä.

Tässä huoneistossa on kevyt keraaminen laattalattia ja valkoiset seinät. Huoneisto on valoisa yksikkö, jossa on suuret lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat ja liukulasiovi ovet ulos parvekkeelle. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi täyttä parivuodetta. Olohuoneessa on queen-vuodesohva ja Twin-rakkaussetti piilottaa sängyn. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on täysin uusittu kylpyhuone ja suuret komerot.

Laitteessa on kolme HD-televisiota, yksi jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa ja yksi olohuoneessa. Siellä on kirjoituspöytä, ja yksikössä on ilmainen nopea WIFI. Olohuoneessa on upouusi nahkasohva ja rakkausistuin, jotka molemmat piilottavat sängyt.

Täydellinen keittiö on täysin varustettu jääkaappi, astianpesukone, uuni ja mikroaaltouuni; plus kaikki tarvitsemasi kattilat, pannut, lautaset, ruokailuvälineet ja lasit. Keittiössä on puukaapit ja graniittitiskit!
610 on yksi harvoista Ocean Manor -yksiköistä, joissa on uusi Samsungin etukuormainpesuri ja -kuivain!

Yksityisestä avoimesta parvekkeesta on uskomattomat näkymät Atlantin valtamerelle, josta on näkymät Ocean Manor -altaan uima-altaalle. Siinä on pöytä ja neljä tuolia.

Getaway Weekend

The condo was as advertised! Had all of the amenities we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and the food and drink at the Tiki Bar were perfect! Great place to stay, close to everything.

The location was great, the view from the balcony was great, the beach was great. The unit needs to be updated...sagging mattress in master bedroom, red towels had an odor, red sheets were pitted . Paint and updated furniture would do this place a world of good. We had a great time but would not rent this particular unit again.

The property is wonderful. The condo itself is nicely set up with a bedroom and bathroom on each side. The balcony is amazing. The one thing lacking is the bedding. The sheets and pillowcases are of low quality and worn. They are not cotton. It was uncomfortable sleeping in them. This would be an easy fix.

Great location & view

All the reviews here are accurate. Location and price were the main reasons I chose this rental. Short walk to supermarket, pizza place, and mcdonalds. Right on the beach so easy to go back and forth to the condo. Tiki bar was expensive as expected but the food and portions were decent so we ate there a lot since it was good and convenient. Staff was super friendly. Christina, the property owner, was very nice and responsive. Waking up to the beach view was awesome.

Great Condo

This condo is in the perfect location. You have basically everything you need within walking distance. Checking into the condo with Shelly was very easy to do, with no problems. The condo itself was clean and it has a very large balcony overlooking the ocean and pool. We stayed for 2 weeks, so the washer and dryer sure came in handy. The condo has everything you will need.

Great location, perfect size and clean

We stayed for a long weekend over Easter. We have family that lives in town that came to visit, there was plenty of room and we could walk to many restaurants. The building and the unit is dated, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. The patio is great and had a wonderful view. We enjoyed the pool and the tiki bar and grill. Would've been nice to have some fluffier pillow's and better beach towels. Overall, we had a great weekend and Christina was very helpful and friendly throughout the planning and reservation process.

Just ok

Not impressed with kitchen. Very small and appliances old. Said there was a keurig but after finding it found it was broke. Also, bathrooms are very small and need updating. Only had 2(I think) washcloths upon arrival for 4 residents that were staying 3 nights. Did contact Christine and she responded next morning. Said they would supply more. We did get more later that day. Master bedroom has a very worn mattress and needs replacing. However, the overall resort was nice, check in was easy and balcony was awesome. Mostly this condo just needs updating

Full Resort But Old

Great location with excellent Tiki bar/restaurant. Service on beach. Says heated pool but not warm. Old resort built mid-50’s. Somewhat small rooms. Resort has hotel rooms and rental condo’s. Lauderdale By The Sea one mile north. Great area. Keep in mind FL is expensive.

Excellent Stay

Fantastic location and ocean views. Thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was clean, plenty of room, large ocean view balcony and close to grocery store. Pool area was good. Rented chairs for beach. Owner does have plenty of beach chairs/umbrella/beach toys/cooler for you at the property. Lots of towels in the room for you. Beds and pillows were okay. It was so helpful to have the washer/dryer there in the condo itself. Very responsive and helpful owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient!

Not really a need for a rental car but if you do definitely won't need all the gas! Valet parking. Close to grocery store and restaurants! Condo and the building had beach towels. Shelley put some boogie boards and chairs/umbrellas for us although you can rent the chairs and umbrellas. The pool was nice as was the beach. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The tiki bar staff was great! The only two things that would have made the review 5stars: if the pillows had been less flat(although I really should just travel with my own) and if the walls were thicker. They were pretty thin. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Manor. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the ocean was amazing! Shelley was very helpful with getting us in, even when our flight was delayed and then rescheduled for the next day. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys available. The location was great with McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, and Wynn Dixie being so close. We ate at the Tiki Hut a couple of times and the food was awesome - great margaritas! Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is only a mile away with many great restaurants and ice cream. The only disappointing part of our stay was that a valve for the pool was broken and the water temperature was pretty close to hot tub temperatures. Extremely hot! It remained that way the entire week so we spent most of our time at the beach. Other than that, everything was perfect! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Christina, you have an amazing home. The pictures did not do it justice. We had sooo much fun just sitting on the nice balcony and watching the pool and waves of the ocean. One night we had a light show from a storm out in the ocean. It was sooo lovely to just get away for a long weekend and your place was perfect. We went with another couple and it was soo nice and clean. Thank you for letting us share your beautiful home. It was just perfect for us. We had snow in Colorado while we enjoyed 80's in Florida.. It was perfect. Loved how close stores were and the little Tiki bar below. It was all so close and handy to walk to. Perfect location for everything you may want or need. Ocean Manor Escape

Location is fantastic. The beach and tiki bar were great. The condo is a bit dated. Biggest complaint was both bathroom sink drains were clogged and the master bedroom bathtub wouldn’t drain well. When we arrived we noticed the balcony was in terrible condition we believe due to a recent storm. There were 2 baby birds that obviously got separated from the mother and they crapped everywhere. I don’t think the owner was aware of the mess until I sent pictures. Then the owner called maintenance and the issue was resolved. All in all it was a great time and we would highly recommend staying at Ocean Manor. The water taxi was great and we highly recommend that. Fun time and you can hop on/off all day for $35 per person.

The condo location is great! Middle of summer is not high tourist time there, so it was nice to not be on a crowded beach. Pros: 1. Good location2. Great communication with host3. Super clear waters…snorkeled out to the bouy every day…saw a sting ray, spotted eagle ray, puffer fish, and many different types of fish4. Condo was fairly quiet for the most part. 5. Balcony is big and we enjoyed the view at night. 6. Great firework put on by condo building. Cons:1. We’re from small town, USA…so we’re not used to smelling weed as often as we did.2. Bathrooms are very small in the condo. Not a huge deal for us, especially since there were 2 of them…but it was hard to have more than one person in there at a time. Would I stay here again? Yes. But did I love it so much that I would seek out this specific condo if I ever come to southern FL again? No.

We love Fort Lauderdale and have been searching for a long time to find a condo building that suited our lifestyle.

We fell in love with this building because of its fantastic location. Right on the beach :) and the idea it is a condo hotel. Since the property is a condo hotel we can rent it out on a weekly basis and it does not sit empty while we are too busy to come for a holiday. We love the idea that we can share our place to relax with our guest when we are not here.

The condo is located on the Galt Ocean Mile which is directly on the beach. There is not a road or any obstruction between you and the & ocean. The beach & ocean is just a short elevator ride down to the ground floor and a few step away. In addition to having beach right at your feet, if you are not into swimming in the ocean there is a wonderful heated pool with a Tiki bar.
There is a grocery store, lots of restaurants, CVS, liquor store and much much more all within a short walk. If you don't want to rent a car you can still easily enjoy your stay without a car.
