Mountain Meadow tarjoaa täydellisen paikan yhdistyä perheen ja ystävien kanssa niin kaivatusta Deep Creek Lake -lomasta.
Tilavassa päätasossa on avoin pohjaratkaisu, jonka keskipisteenä on ikkunoiden seinä, josta on kauniit näkymät. Paljon luonnollista valoa, hohtavat parketit ja katedraalin katot antavat suurelle huoneelle valoisan ja ilmavan tunnelman. Kaasutakan lämmin hehku lisää kutsuvaa tunnelmaa. On helppo kuvitella rentouttava sohvilla suosikkisi kanssa katsellessasi suosikki DVD-levyä.
Jokainen nauttii aterioiden jakamisesta suurella ruokapöydällä. Aamiaisbaarissa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja ja kuusi jakkaraa, joten voit nauttia rauhallisen illallisen, jota seuraa upea keskustelu. Keittiö, joka on varustettu kaikilla välttämättömillä kodintyyppisten aterioiden tekemisessä.

Retki järvelle on ulkona viettyä. Voit palata takaisin ja nauttia auringonpaisteesta laajakannella. Se on ruokailutilan vieressä, joten iltapäivägrilli on helppoa. Nurmettuneella nurmikolla on paljon tilaa juoksemiseen ja pelaamiseen, samoin kuin paloaukko vaahtokarkkien ja kuumakoirien paistamiseen. Great Christmas family vacation!

The Mountain Meadow is a great house and our family of 15 had a FANTASTIC time! The house does need some updating. A window had broken during a storm before we arrived. We were promptly notified prior to arrival and the window was boarded and insulated - so that was fine and I appreciated the notification...but there were a few slivers of glass on the carpet that one of the grandkids stepped on so it could have used a better cleaning. The game room was fun but couldn't find foosball so unable to play. The hot tub was fantastic... clean and relaxing! All said - it was great to be together at Christmas - definitely worth it!

Gross, Gross, Gross

This house was very dirty, (or crusty might be a better word). Everything was outdated and every single one of the mattresses was uncomfortable to sleep on, so much so that half my party went home a day early due to lack of sleep. I lifted the blanket and sheet off my bed and found a few curly blacks hairs, gag! We couldn’t cook a meal without the smoke alarm going off. Water leaking during a rain shower, from a door frame in the master bedroom. Game room with broken air hockey table and broken pool sticks. Fire pit on the side of a hill where you keep slipping because you’re on the side of a hill. Showers that were clogged, so that you’re standing in dirty water.. and sinks that were clogged as well! With as much money as you charge for this place, please invest in a painter, good cleaner, get a contractor to fix and update the place including the kitchen, maybe an interior designer to get it out of the early 90’s vibe. The hot tub was the cleanest thing about this house, but the cover is so dry rotted and water logged it was too heavy to lift by myself. I would never stay here again. The only saving grace is that it was in a lovely neighborhood with scenic views.

Nice

This property was very easy to find and close to so much! The house had a few things that could have been fixed like a broken screen door, few holes in the downstairs ceiling, rock and weed infested volleyball court, and the air hockey table was lop sided like it was previously broken. Overall the house was comfortable for 15 of us, with 2 couples on the pull out couches. We appreciated the ‘starter’ kit with a small dish soap, and some other essentials. It was also nice to be able to use the hot tub and the fire pit! Overall good experience and would recommend!

Good but could be better

Nice & large enough to accommodate our big group but lots of wear & tear (missing / broken cabinet knobs, wobbly chairs, etc.) give it a run-down feel. Biggest complaint is same someone else posted 2 years ago & still not fixed ! : “ My only complaint was that the basement fireplace was not working and the temperature variance was extreme. The basement was very cold when upstairs was hot.” Very uncomfortable for sleeping for all guests! We’ve stayed in much nicer for same price in the area in the past.

Wonderful Winter Escape

We had a fantastic experience in the cabin. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and not be on top of one another. Lots of kitchen utensils and cookware made meals easy. There were some temperature differences between the main floor (a little chill) the upper floor (very warm) and the basement (chill). The basement gas fireplace wasn't operating, though we didn't call management as we spent most of our time upstairs. If you go during any snow event, be prepared to dig the whole driveway to get out even with 4wd. The dumpsters for any trash are up the ridge and walkable in the best conditions, but we had a difficult time making it up with snow on the roads. If you're planning to book, note that there are two pull-out couches (basement and upstairs) when you're considering sleeping arrageents. The couches on the main floor are not pullouts but are super comfy and could act as beds in a pinch. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place.

Plenty of space for the whole family.

Kitchen was well stocked with the exception of potholders/oven mitts. Loved the large table in the main living area for meals or games with the whole family. WiFi was very spotty, better outside than inside. Enjoyed the hotub, fire pit and volleyball and deck outside. Air hockey table in the basement was unusable as someone had removed the felt from all the paddles. Basement area was very damp. The rest of the house had typical wear and tear of a rental but overall comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze.

Plenty of room but the place needs some attention.

The place was dirty, abused and not well kept up with repair. Two of the beds were broken and needed fixing. The pool table was broken along with a lot of other minor issues. I was concerned there were so many that I might need to point them all out all ahead of time so I wouldn’t be responsible. The hot tub head rests had mold on them. The casement windows would not open, the cranks were stripped. Water stains on the ceiling in the basement bedroom. I replaced several light bulbs that were burned out. Minor issues were cob webs and dirty walls and baseboards. Baseboards looks like they were scrubbed so much they didn’t have paint on the tops and bottoms any more. The beds felt cheap and soft. And that’s the feel you get after spending 5 minutes in the home. It simply felt cheap and not well kept. I would of thought someone from VRBO would of shoveled a path from the house to the hot tub but maybe that’s overreach by me. The positives were the house was of good size that handled our group of 15 well. The 4 bathrooms were nice to have.

Winter getaway

Great house for a group vacation. The home is conveniently located close to coffee shops, a pizza place, and a convenience store and just a short direct drive to ski wisp. The main floor has lots of space for eating and recreation. My only complaint was that the basement fireplace was not working and the temperature variance was extreme. Good Stay at Mountain Meadow

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family reunion at Mountain Meadow the week of July 1st. Everything that was stated on the website was correct and the 3D tour before going to the house was very helpful. There were plenty of directions on operating everything within the house and the houses mechanical/utility systems all worked very well. The only suggestions I would make for future rentals would be the following. There needs to be another refrigerator in the basement if you are going to advertise this house as renting up to 16 people. The dryer needs to be replaced as well because it takes two cycles to dry your clothes. The backyard could use better maintenance because the bottom level porch had mildew / mold all over it that we hosed off and the volleyball / horseshoe pits were becoming overgrown with weeds. The house should also get a gas grill instead of a charcoal one if you are hosting 16 people. There was no garbage receptacle at the house so we had to store bags in the closet in fear of animals breaking into them overnight and then run them to the dump in the morning (the dump was very close to the house which was nice). Cleaning was satisfactory. The bedrooms were clean as well as the bathrooms. There was an old tenants underwear in the basement pullout when we opened it and the throw rug in the living room had not been vacuumed for sometime because there was food crumbs and dirt all over it. We really enjoyed the proximity to everything in Deep Creek Lake and the Mountainside community is a very nice place to rent. We rented a boat slip at traders landing and enjoyed how close it was to the house for everyday boating. We also enjoyed its proximity to Swallow Falls State Park. The customer service at Taylor Made was very good for our check in and check out. You can tell that there is alot of effort put into the operation. I really enjoyed Deep Creek Lake and would definitely come back again but probably stay in another property.

The gas fireplaces did not work. This property met all our needs. A lot of indoor activities. There was about 3-4 inches of snow in the area but by the time we got to the property the driveway and walkway had already been plowed ands shoveled. The main road leading into the development is hard to get up if there is snow on the road. Although we made it up the hill we did help push another vehicle up the hill but he did not have a 4 wheel drive.

The only issue we had was the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink It drains slow. We called maintenance to fix it. They cams and fixed it but it was still not working properly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Golf weekend with the guys

Awesome family spot

Other than those minor things, we all had a great time. I would rent this home again.

Perfect for a group cabin getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was gorgeous! The hot tub is in a beautiful gazebo, the view out the big front windows is stunning. We had a big group and everyone felt comfortable, beds were good, etc. The kitchen was also great for cooking meals together. We were missing some bed linens and the folks from Taylor Made brought them over right away. Check in and check out were super easy. Recommend driving over to Deep Creak State Park and checking out the beach there! Lots of parking. Overall a lovely, relaxing stay!

Nice stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good time in the home. I loved the fact that there was a hot tub and 3 game tables. The game tables were the best as we had a lot of kids and it kept them busy. The only thing about the hot tub is that we initially turned the temperature down for the kids but when we turned it back up for the adults it didnt work at all. We tried several times. The water wasn't very hot, it was luke warm which meant we didnt stay in there long. Also maybe a little more light could be by there at night time. The coffee machine and tvs weren't up to date but we still had plenty to do so that didnt matter too much. However, I think there was something wrong with the stove. We made a dish and it burnt very very quickly. We were scared to bake anything else the rest of the trip. I liked the two master bedrooms. One last thing, the property is on a street thats at a slightly weird angle. You must be very careful when leaving the driveway! I'm saying no to recommending because of the stove and hot tub not working properly. Get those fixed and I will change my recommendation to a yes.
