SWIFTWATER WINERY SUMMER CONCERT -SARJAN VUOSIKERTOMUS: 6. heinäkuuta - Bändien taistelu, 27. heinäkuuta - Kenny Chesneyn kunnianosoitus, 24. elokuuta - Chicago Rewind. Tule nauttimaan Suncadiasta viikonloppuna, kotimme on saatavilla!

Kotimme istuu ihanteellisella paikalla Prospector Golfkentän 14. reiällä, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Lodge ja Swiftwater Winery. Se on 2460 neliömetriä, 2 makuuhuonetta 2. 5 kylpy pohjapiirros, jossa on ainutlaatuinen bonus / kerrossänky huone, on valmis seuraavaan perheen kerääminen, hyvät viikonloppu tai golf matkan. Koti on suuri huone, jossa on kelluva lattiasta kattoon tuleva takka, jossa on 65 tuuman kaapelitelevisio, DVD ja mukavat kalusteet. Olohuoneessa on Nana-seinä, joka avautuu katetulle alueelle, jossa on istuimet ja kaasulämmitteinen kuoppaan. Kokin tyylinen keittiö on avoinna suurelle huoneelle ja ruokailutilalle, ja siinä on 48 tuuman kaasuliesi, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, kvartsi-laskurit ja keittiövälineiden jääkaappi.

Nauti illallisista keskustelumme ympärillä, kun aloitat palautetun puun ruokapöydän, jossa on istumapaikat 10 hengelle. Keittiösaarella on istumapaikat 4 hengelle tai pään ulkopuolelle patioalueelle, jossa on bbq, jossa on tilaa 6 hengelle.

Kun on aika mennä nukkumaan, rentoudu mukavasti suuressa päärakennuksessa, jossa on king-size-vuode, keramiikkapäällinen untuvapeite ja seinään asennettu 49 tuuman televisio, jossa on Netflix, iso kylpyhuone, jossa on kaksoisallas ja sadesuihku.

Yläkerran etsintähuoneessa on mukava queen-vuode, jossa on keraamiset päällystakit ja 40 tuuman seinätelevisio, jossa on Netflix ja oma kylpyhuone. Myös toisessa kerroksessa on ainutlaatuinen bonus huone / kerrossänky huone, jossa on 4 yhden patjan vuodetta ja yksi kuningatar American Leather nostaa sohva. Kaikissa vuoteissa on keraamiset päällystakit. Tällä alueella on myös biljardipöytä, toimistotilat, DVD, Xbox, 49 tuuman televisio kaapelilla.

Hauskan päivän jälkeen voit käyttää sisätiloja sivukanavan mudroomin läpi, jossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. On pysäköintialue meidän ajotieltä 6 ajoneuvoa (ei autotalli pääsy). Kotimme nukkuu enintään 10 hengelle.

**** Emme pysty tarjoamaan pääsyä Swim & Fitness Centeriin tällä hetkellä, koska lomakeskusten määräykset eivät ole meidän hallinnassamme. Sinun ei veloiteta 75 dollarin yöpymismaksua tässä talossa. Passit ovat käytettävissä Glade Springs Spa -ravintolassa, jossa on 4 mineraalialuetta, saunoja ja höyrysaunoja. Olemme kävelymatkan päässä kylpylästä.

Top VRBO

This is the most well stocked location we have ever stayed at. It is even better than the pictures show (which was already nice looking). We had everything we needed for a thanksgiving meal, spices included. We were able to immediately settle in and enjoy rather than check in and go to the market for a million things that are easily stocked at a VRBO when the owners are great. Would highly recommend this location. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful home with everything you need

My group of five adults felt comfortable and pampered in this home! Barbara was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was even nicer than in the pictures, probably one of the best rentals we've stayed in. The house was in great condition, spacious and had so many items to meet our needs. The furniture and beds were comfortable, and the view from the patio was lovely. Suncadia was a peaceful place to relax, and staying at this property will help ensure a great vacation.

Kelly's Bachelorette Weekend

Barbara was so easy to communicate with as we were planning our weekend. Summer starter vacation

We stayed at this property with our friends. We had a total of 3 kids and 4 adults. The property was a wonderful get-a-way for all. Wonderful property, great location.

Our family of four absolutely enjoyed our stay. The layout and space fit our needs for sleeping accommodations and location. If you aren’t familiar with the Suncadia property, there’s a lot of vehicle and foot traffic as you get closer to the Suncadia Lodge. This home is walking distance to the lodge, however, the home is located on a quiet street with very little to no traffic. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting with your family. The highlight of our stay included wildlife (deer) grazing near the back patio. This was the first time our kiddos were able to see deer this close. Everything about this home is exactly as it was described on the listing. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Comfortable luxury

This is the type of home you don’t want to leave. Everything about the rental is quality. It smells good, looks gorgeous, is comfortable & has everything you need for a get away. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. We had a family gathering of 10 people & there was plenty of space for us all. The property is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. Fantastic property and experience!

Had a small get together for a 10 year reunion with some college friends. We stayed the weekend, played some golf, and enjoyed each others company. Let me just say, this place was fantastic! Just like the listing and other reviews said, it exceeded expectations. House was clean, full of amenities and plenty of space. The outdoor space was used extensively by our group to enjoy conversation. Kitchen was large and full of all the utensils, pots/pans and everything we could need. Large dining room table for us to sit around and enjoy a meal, plus an upstairs space where we could play pool. The communication with the owners was also fantastic! They were extremely kind and responsive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend getaway. I will be staying there again soon! Thank you for sharing your home!

Great getaway

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous house. The kitchen is amazing and is set up well for cooking and baking. Both the indoor and outdoor living room were super cozy & the master was just gorgeous! The host was friendly and helpful, with a great binder that helped guide through the house as well as the area. My five year old loved the game room with the bunk beads. The one thing we’d note is that we came for a mid-week stay and a lot of the shops in Roslyn were closed due to limited staffing. That being said, we were still able to get delicious food and explore - we just couldn’t hit many of the places we read about and were excited for. Definitely recommend staying here - it was a peaceful and wonderful time!

Fantastic Stay with Family and Friends

This property is perfect! Two families stayed here with four children ranging in ages from 5 to 10. The house was the cleanest short-term rental we've ever stayed in and the location was fantastic. A great backyard with views of the golf course and a spacious patio. Very close proximity to Suncadia amenities and walking paths. We didn't want to leave and would seek out this property again in the future!

Exceptional Winter Retreat

Does not disappoint! This lovely suncadia home, nestled in a winter wonderland and adorned with white twinkling lights was just the relaxing retreat we were hoping for! All the amenities are exceptionally furnished to create a perfect, relaxing getaway. The hosts go above & beyond to welcome guests and are very responsive if needed. This home is beyond perfect. I actually didn't want to leave and told my husband many times this was my dream home. This home has everything you need and very comfortable. Barbara is wonderful and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable in her home. We can't wait to go back. We discovered Suncadia on a vacation in 2008 and fell in love with it. It's proximity to all of Washington is wonderful! We started bringing our family here and eventually decided to build a home. When we are not in residence we would love to share our property with you. Our family and friends have enjoyed many gatherings here from golf trips to anniversary celebrations, girls weekends, birthdays and even our daughters wedding. The resort itself has so much to offer in the way of activities and restaurants, while the surrounding area offers lakes, hiking, wonderful proximity to Eastern Washington destinations and Roslyn/Cle Elum. It's a very special spot anytime of the year!!

The favorite part of our home is it's location (14th holed of Prospector) and main indoor/outdoor living area. The home is designed with windows everywhere which creates picture windows to the outdoors. Our main living area has a floating fireplace and Nana Wall which opens to a covered area with a fire pit and outdoor seating. Our family has spent many an evening gathered around the fires talking, enjoying a movie while curled up on our over sized sofa or cooking and eating in our large kitchen. Our unique bunk room/bonus room is enjoyed by all those looking for a little pool challenge, card game or family/friend chat time. This house is a great gathering spot! We also enjoy walking everywhere. Even Roslyn is a short trail walk and the winery, lodge and Inn are just a short walk (including a great sledding hill). Suncadia hosts many special events from concerts to backyard bbq's, to special holiday events. There is something for everyone here!!
