Suite 315 on päivitetty kolmannessa kerroksessa loppuun yksikkö henkeäsalpaavat näkymät järven Charlevoix. Keittiössä on täysikokoinen uuni, kauniit huippuluokan kaapit ja graniittiset työtasot. Se on täysin varustettu astiat ja ruokailuvälineet valmis ruuanlaittoon. Keittiössä on kaksi baarituolit ylimääräisiä istuimia varten ja ruokapöytä mahtuu jopa neljään henkilöön. Olohuoneessa on queen-size-vuodesohva, kaasu-takasta, ja taulutelevisio. Liukuva lasiovi avautuu parveke että unohdetaan meidän yksityinen ranta. Yläkerrassa on kylpyhuone kylpyammeella ja suihkulla sekä yksi makuuhuone, jossa on king-size-vuode ja tv.

Father's Day weekend

What a delightful condo. Spacious and inviting. Great location. Can easily walk to restaurants, the beach and downtown. Boyne City is a quaint town and offers alot with it's location while still having an opportunity for rest and relaxation a d quiet times. You will not be sorry staying in this condo at all.

Perfect Setting

The perfect place to stay in Boyne City. The Inn is located in the heart of downtown Boyne City so you can easily walk to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and even beauty salons and market. Yet each unit faces the Lake with wonderful glass doors to views of sunsets over Lake Charlevoix. There is a lovely, private beach steps away. The property is very well maintained, and the unit had everything needed for an enjoyable stay.

Unit 315 is nice because it is an end unit. This unit needs some upgrades like carpet and the bathroom fixtures. The bulbs in all the fixtures and lamps are not very bright. Replacing all with LED bulbs would be a great upgrade and would lower the electric bill. The staff in the office are great (very helpful)

Love The Waterstreet Inn but this unit badly needs uodating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I stay at The Water Street Inn every summer but had never stayed in this particular unit before. It was the only third floor unit available when we made our reservation so we took a chance and sadly, found it needed updating badly. The carpets were very stained, the decor was outdated and the furniture was old, worn, and stained in places as well. A kitchen rug of some kind is needed too. The unit itself was very clean though which we greatly appreciated. BUT the sunsets are gorgeous, Boyne City is completely charming and we will simply stay in a different unit next year when we visit! (Unit 312 is our favorite!).
