The first floor of the home has two bedrooms with queen beds and a master suite with a king-sized bed and attached master bathroom. In the master bath, there is a jacuzzi tub, perfect for soaking in after a long day in the summer sun.
Upstairs is the perfect getaway for the children as the loft room has two sets of twin bunk beds and a television set up for streaming and a half bathroom. Kids can step away from the adults and plan the next day's adventures in peace! Loft area is climate controlled with its own central A/C unit.
We recommend that guests take a moment to enjoy the three-season room accessible from both the Master Bedroom and the deck. Bring a book and relax on the cozy furniture, take in the amazing water views and soak in the peacefulness of Leelanau Blue!
A great home for guests to make their Up North summer memories!
Leelanau Blue comes equipped with a dock for your use should you plan to have a boat during your stay. The dock can only accommodate one boat and it should not exceed the length of 22’. Due to the proximity to curve in road and the steep nature of the driveway, trailers of any kind are not allowed for everyone’s safety.
Please refer to our terms and conditions for the house rules. Please note that this home is rented for your quiet enjoyment. Due to liability reasons, township rules and insurance policies, day guests are not permitted without expressed permissions from Management. Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked. House does have outdoor security cameras.
We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and/or dishwasher tabs if a dishwasher is available at the property. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase more of these items. Other items not included in this list are not guaranteed. Please reach out to management to inquire if a particular amenity is important to your stay, or plan accordingly.
