Dyynit Seagrove - Quiet by Beach

Jätä stressi takana, ja tulevat Seagrove Beach, FL. Nauti kauniita valkoisia hiekkarantoja, tai lounge kaksitasoinen, 7500 neliön jalka-allas (lämmitetty kausi). Tilava 1495 neliön jalka osakehuoneisto, valmistui vuonna 2002, voi nukkua kymmenen henkilöä mukavasti.

A great vacation spot!

Right on the water! The condo was great and just as advertised. We wound highly recommend and will be back for sure! The beach is so close and then there are two pools, hot tub, fitness center with sauna and steam room, tennis and pickleball courts and so muc. More!

Great fall break spot

Check-in was simple (and we were even able to get in early!), condo was very nice with all the amenities we needed, and location/proximity to beach was great. There were five of us so plenty of room, but it would be snug (esp with only two bathrooms) if you had the max capacity of 10 advertised.

Our new annual spot

This property is absolutely amazing and 100% as described. Unfortunately, we chose to leave just a few days into our trip because of Hurricane Helene, however, the owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We were so surprised how quiet this unit was at night, so peaceful and just perfect!! We will be making this our annual family spot. Absolute perfection!

This property was wonderful! Great access to the beach. The pool was large and not too crowded. The unit was nicely furnished with plenty of space. Balcony was spacious with a partial ocean view.

Even better than expected!

This place was even better than the pictures. Very spacious and well equipped. Super close to the beach and walkable to several restaurants/rental shops/ice cream. We went for Spring Break and had a great time.

Great getaway!

Our family (adults) enjoyed staying at this updated condo! We enjoyed the property amenities (pool, fitness center) as well as the ocean view. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. And just a short walk to the beach!! I highly recommend booking this condo for your next visit to Seagrove!

Perfect location and great for big family!!

We loved this condo. Something for everybody. The kids loved the pool and short walk to beach. Our grandma loved sitting on the deck and watching the ocean. Fitness center was perfect for my husband in the mornings. Breakfast was a short walk down the road! Spacious and perfect place to cook and hang out as a family.

Perfect Beach Get Away!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo! The September weather was perfect! Reservations and check in were super easy. Our host has a beautiful home in a wonderful location. Clean ! Everything updated! Comfortable! Facilities are well maintained! Awesome location close to shopping and dining. Lovely pools and beach location. We enjoyed dining on the large balcony! Wonderful family memories in a perfect location!

30A Song Writer's Festival Stay

The condo was very clean upon arrival. Megan, the host, responded instantly every time I messaged her. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The patio was really big with comfortable furniture and a beautiful view. The neighborhood was super quiet and nice for our morning walks. The location was close to grocery, restaurants, and walking path. My husband said the workout facility on the property had plenty of nice equipment for a good workout. I highly recommend this property. We hope to stay there again.

Wonderful and relaxing vacation

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with our family. I loved the decor, layout, and how spacious the condo was. My teenage daughter loved having her own space and balcony! We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine after a long beach day on the main balcony, which had great furniture. Beach access was very easy to get to and pool very clean and relaxing. We lucked out and had great weather, clear water and calm surf. Couldn't ask for anything better. Thanks for all your help.

Our stay

The views were amazing. The condo was okay. As far ad the cleaning goes, i would give it a zero rating. The white sheets were soiled and had black stains. If you’re staying at this property you need your own toilet paper , there was only half a roll for both bathrooms. There was big amounts of sand and over the carpet rug in the living room and some sand on the beds. There is build up dust every where There were left over dishes from previous guests. An okay stay but will not be coming back.

Lovely week at Dunes of Seagrove

We enjoyed this unit at the Dunes of Seagrove. We’ve been vacationing here for 12 years, but this was the first time in this unit. It is decorated very nicely, well equipped, has comfortable beds, and the owner was quick to respond. My only suggestion is to have a few more bowls and coffee mugs. We didn’t have enough without running the dishwasher every day and we only had 3 coffee drinkers. We would definitely consider this unit again in the future. Thank you for providing us a fabulous home away from home for a week!

Need better lighting in the kitchen. Need closer dumpster location. Preferably near elevator. Megan was very accessible and helpful. We appreciate her! In our unpacking we accidentally pickup a grey object from hat we wish lol be happy to send back to you. Not sure what it is. I can take a pic and text to you.

Overall A Nice Place To Stay

This is a very tastefully decorated condo and generally comfortable. As my husband is in a wheelchair, it was particularly useful to be in Building A since the road to the public beach access runs right beside the building. We rented a beach accessible electric scooter for him and he could get down on the beach to join the rest of us very easily as there are no steps at the public access point. Negative point is the location to dispose of your trash. There should be a trash chute. Instead you have to take the trash to a dumpster outside of the parking garage. The sheets were nice and soft but we all agreed the mattresses were on the firm side. September was the perfect time to visit the beach. Milder weather and no waits at our favorite restaurants.

Needs a deep clean

This property looks great from the photos and although we enjoyed the location, the property needs a deep clean. The floors are filthy, our 1 year old son was covered in black after crawling on the floors and the adults would have black feet if they decided to not wear shoes. There were huge dust bunnies on the floors and the ceiling fans, not to mention the roach crawling on the wall. With that being said, the location is great and the complex has some nice amenities such as the pool. We will definitely stay at the complex again and would consider staying in this unit only if it was deep cleaned.

Pleasant stay on the beach

The unit is well maintained and has a beautiful partial ocean view. Beach area for building is not crowded. It takes a few minutes to get to the beach. The beds were comfortable. It was clean overall. Megan responded quickly if we needed something. Great space for 6 and not too crowded when we had 8 for a couple of days. There is a seafood market that had steaming (buddy's), restaurant (old Florida fishhouse) and coffee shop/bar with small lawn for sitting snd lawn games that we really liked...just a few minute drive or 15 minute walk.Some things to note that would've put the place over the top. There wasn't any beach towels. Just one random one in the closet. There are beach chairs, but they're old and rusted. The provided umbrella was broken so it wouldn't stay up if it got too windy on the beach. (You can rent onsite for 50-60 a day with chairs and umbrella.) There wasn't soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. A small cooler bag would've been nice to take to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked except for saran wrap and foil. Storage containers would've been nice too.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful beach week! Excellent location on the quiet side of 30 A. Beautiful, clean and comfortable condo . Easy access to beach! Excellent communications with owner. Hope to return in the future.

We have always loved vacationing at the gulf with its beautiful white sand beaches and bright blue water. When I found the 30A area, I felt like I had finally found the beach that I was always reading about in books. It is such a pleasant and laid back area where nature truly takes center stage.
