Sisustus koristeltiin vuonna 2019 uudella matolla, tuoreella maalilla, uusilla kalusteilla, keittiön uusinnalla valmistunut lokakuu 2019. Dunes of Seagrove -sarjan täydelliset ulkouudistukset valmistuivat 2017.

Uusi laatta valtavalla kannella (yksi harvoista laattalattialla)

Dunes of Seagrove on ylellinen huoneisto Scenic Hwy 30A: lla kauniilla Seagroven rannalla. Jos tunnet Scenic Hwy 30A: n, tiedät, että se on askel ylös tungosta Destinistä ja Panama City Beachiltä.

Huoneisto kunnostettiin ammattimaisesti vuonna 2014 ja uudelleen vuonna 2019. Tähän sisältyi uusia suunnittelijakalusteita (Drexel Heritage ja Pottery Barn). Vuonna 2019 lisäsimme uutta mattoa, raikasta maalia, uutta valaistusta ja uudistimme keittiön.

Perfect for Two to Four

Extra clean. Appeared to have been updated. Very few steps to beach. Umbrella and chair guys were very professional and very helpful. Plenty of restaurants to appease the guest. Most beautiful sand in America. Owner very nice and helpful if needed. Would not hesitate to rent again.

We had a wonderful week with our family of 4! The condo was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We really liked that it was so close to the beach and pool and that it was set back from 30A, yet easy to access by a short walk or bike ride.

Fall Break!

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. My sister & I (and a friend) stayed last spring. This time my sister & I took our parents. Like before, we enjoyed this condo very much. Very clean, comfortable and great location. The pool area is very nice and such an easy walk to the beach. We loved sitting on the spacious patio at the condo as well. We had plenty of towels and other amenities inside the condo, too. Beds are very comfy and just the right amount of space for our group. I would highly recommend staying wat Ken's property. He makes the whole process very easy and is very nice to work with. Would love to visit again one day.

Beach vacation

This condo was one of the best properties that we have stayed. Very clean and organized. The amenities from the property was great as well. Nice gym, tennis courts and two full size pools and still very short walk to the beach! Would highly recommend staying at this property!

Great Time / Great Stay

We have visited Destin / Ft. Walton several times. This was our first time staying in the 30A area. We definitely will be booking with Ken again. The Condo was very very nice and comfortable. Easy access to everything. You will not be disappointed!!! We especially enjoyed walking down the beach to play and relax at the inlet to Deer Lake. Looking forward to staying here again soon!!

Teacher Getaway

We absolutely loved everything about this condo stay! Ken made the process so smooth from start to finish. The condo is very neat and so nicely decorated. The patio is out of this world! It is very large compared to any patio I've ever had at any rental property or hotel. It has ample seating for lounging and an outdoor dining area. It also has a pretty view of pool area & the dune/beach. The location it perfect! You can quickly walk to the pool and then out onto the beach. We also felt it was so nicely located close to lots of restaurants, Deer Lake Park & the other 30A communities. The condo & complex was so nice and quiet and relaxing. The whole trip we just kept commenting on how we felt like we couldnt have picked a better place for a relaxing week (teachers wanting to rest over our spring break). We even enjoyed some walks in the neighborhood as well as renting bicycles nearby. The condo is well stocked with anything we needed (towels, pillows, etc.). We didnt use much in the kitchen (since we enjoyed many local restaurants), but the kitchen included lots of amenities as well. The beds were very comfortable as was the livingroom furniture. Ken communicated with us via text to welcome us at arrival & departure. He was so great to work with. This property & host receives our highest praise!! We loved everything about our week of rest, relaxation & good food on 30A!

A very nice place to stay

We enjoyed staying in this unit very much. The king bed was very comfortable along with other furniture in the condo. The owner, Ken, texted us several times during our stay in case we needed anything. The unit was spacious as well as the balcony which was nicely furnished. It was easy access to the beach. The kitchen was equipped with all of the things we needed.

Excellent Vacation

We've stayed in several units at Dunes of Seagrove, and keep coming back. We just love it! I wasn't sure we would make it this Fourth due to budget concerns, but this one proved to be an excellent value. Adequate space, covered parking, and the fabulous Seagrove beach, which even in the peak of summer is not nearly as crowded as much of 30A. The C building is not as close to the beach, but it's just a short walk thru the pool or under the shady garage. It worked well for our family of five given the extra sleeping options via sofa beds. Ken was a great host, a solid communicator before, during and after our stay. We had a little issue and it was taken care of within minutes. Five stars!

Great Condo for beach vacation

Great condo with everything you need for a beach vacation. Nice big pool, big deck, easy access to the beach and covered reserved parking were some of our favorites. Appreciate the attention that Ken, the owner/host has made to include all the items that you might need on a vacation.

Beautiful stay

My sister and I stayed at Ken's place last week for our annual beach trip. Ken's condo is a wonderful place to stay. So many necessities were provided which made it such a comfortable stay. Everything worked well, it was clean and quiet with beautiful views, and there is not one negative thing to say about it. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect for Families with Small Kids

Much needed getaway!

This unit was nicely decorated and well equipped. I wasn't expecting a single serve coffee maker (per photos), but was pleasantly surprised to have one available. I was contacted by the home owner ahead of check-in time and notified that early check in was available, if I was already in town. The owner was very responsive to any/all questions I had before and during my stay. My family has been coming to Dunes of Seagrove for approximately 20 years and this is the best unit we have stayed in so far! We WILL be back!

I had been visiting Destin for years and always wanted to buy a condo there. However; in 2010, I began going to Seagrove Beach and I knew instantly that this is where I really wanted to be. I love everything about Seagrove Beach. One day I would love to live here full-time. That's why I chose the Dunes of Seagrove. My children and grandkids think this is the greatest place on earth. I agree and we think you will too once you've stayed here.

Location is everything. When we were looking for a condo to purchase, we not only looked at the building and property, we observed the guests and talked to them.
Dunes of Seagrove is a quality, relatively new (2002) condo in a great neighborhood. Seagrove Beach is about half way between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. If you're familiar with 30a you know this is the nicest area of northwest Florida. Seagrove Beach is a little quieter than Destin and a lot less crowded. Everybody bikes here. Biking is a great way to see the area (and people). We love the biking and hiking as much as walking on the pristine beach. Well, almost. Every morning we sit out on the balcony and drink our coffee while overlooking the pool and the beautiful gulf. Everyone loves the beach and pool and they are only steps away, but Seagrove Beach offers so much more. We love the biking, nature walks, and kayaking almost as much as the pristine beach. Deer Lake Park is adjacent to the condo. In the afternoon we love to watch the sunset over the beach from our balcony. Another plus is that our condo faces south toward the gulf. Therefore, you can watch the sunset from the balcony without the early morning or late afternoon sun glaring directly into your condo.
