Omaisuuden istuu 24acres pääsy yksityistä laituria. Log koti on 24ft holvattu katto olohuoneessa, kylpyhuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa on 16ft holvattu huonetta. Olohuone ja ruokailutila on jaettu kaksipuolinen 24ft kiven takka. Kaikissa kylpyhuoneissa on mukautettuja suihkut (4x5), jossa suuri clawfoot amme kylpyhuoneessa rentouttavaa päivän päätteeksi. Keittiössä on ruostumatonta terästä laitteet läpi, jossa on suuri saari valmistelusta juhlia. Grilli, palo kuoppaan, ja kylpytynnyri ovat kaikki muutaman askeleen tärkeimmistä ovet. On suuri 10 "kietoa kannella, täydellinen katsella luontoa. Järvi on istutetaan taimenta suurta kertaa kalastaville kesällä tai pilkkimistä talvella. Hirsitalo on polkuja koko omaisuus, joka mahdollistaa ATV, maastoajo, ja moottorikelkka pääsy vuoret, tunnin hauskaa. Had a great time. Perfect getaway for our annual trip! House was very well kept, extremely clean, and super well equipped (we forgot a few things, but luckily found them there). Super responsive and accommodating hosts! Strongly suggest if you are looking for peace and quiet, with a fantastic view! Thanks, we will be back.

Enjoyed our stay. Amenities are accurate and front deck and view are spectacular. Log home is starting to show its age. Some of the appliances need repair or upgrade. There is a substantial elevation drop to get to the lake. The steps down to it are also showing their age and in need of repair. Likewise for the lakeside dock.Communication with host was very good. Sadly the hot tub was not working.

Beautiful but challenging

The house was beautiful but the location was challenging if you wanted to spend time on the lake. The path to get to the lake was not cleared nor was the area at the lake. The amenities were wonderful except that we could not use the washer/dryer because we only stayed for 3 days. That should be better noted because it was one of my criteria for choosing this home as we were on a road trip with limited laundry. It was shown 4 times but only in one area did it note the 7 days. House itself was well stocked and comfortable.

Fall getaway

Great cabin. Has everything you need. The wood burning fireplace was a major comfort. The size of the property offers so much privacy. Would certainly come back.

An annual reunion

Six women in our sixties met for our 33rd annual get-together to ride bikes, hike, and re-connect. This property was a perfect location to do it - with its fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, large front deck and spectacular views!

Beautiful private cabin

This house is so gorgeous! It is beautifully decorated and perfect for relaxing. The huge windows allow for beautiful views from all the rooms. We enjoyed every night by fireplace it was wonderful. The owner is very kind and helpful. We would love to come back!

Exactly what I was looking for

This cabin was fantastic. The most difficult venture we had was finding the driveway, but it was worth it. Beautiful view and beautiful layout. Hot tub, fire pit, pool table, weight room, and wifi. We had a hard time getting it all in during our two day stay and we all left wishing we had more days to go. Big thanks again to our Hosts who were always available through the VRBO mail

Stunning. Absolutely stunning.

Want to get away? This is the place. Detach from your phone and the noise of the world. This place is simply beautiful. The views are amazing. Nighttime sunsets in the hot tub. Morning sunrise with a cup of coffee on the balcony. The house has lots of room and everything you could need. They warn you ahead of time, but cell reception is limited but the internet works great inside the house!

Not exactly what we expected

The views were outstanding. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided privacy since each couple were able to have a level of their own. What we did not expect was the shower on the main floor was not working; the BBQ required a half hour cleaning in order to use; all non-stick skillets stuck, even when frying fatty pork; the hot tub was not level so water would spill out; and the trek to the lake was very much more physically demanding than advertised. Luckily you can drive down half way. The kayaks were very nice but the canoe seats were sticky so we never used it. The ladder on the dock had one broken step. There is no beach access. The lake is a non-motorized boat lake so it was very nice, quiet and relaxing. If you are looking for a beautiful home with a beautiful view of mountains and the lake, this is the place for you.

Great Cabin Stay!

Overall, I enjoyed staying in the cabin. It’s a beautiful spot overlooking the lake in the most gorgeous cabin I’ve ever been in. The views are spectacular. I knew the lake would be a steep climb down, as I came prepped reading through the reviews. I did not know that there was a road in between that you,d have to cross. It’s not a busy road, but I thought we would have the 24 acres plus private lake access leading me to think we could just walk down there freely with the dogs. There are no pictures of said road or mention of this in the listing. The private lake access is listed with a Picnic table and a dock. We were prepared for these steps to be steep but I did not expect them to be so weedy making it hard to see where you are stepping which is a tad sketchy. The picnic table is grown into the weeds so you are unable to sit at it. The dock and ladder into the lake is broken. So the dock sits sideways slanting in the water and it’s also the only way into the lake because of the mud and weeds, so to get out you really have to haul yourself up onto this ladder because there is only 1 step left. Communication was strange, they mention to text them if you can’t get the ice maker to work, and when we did they gave us the same instructions and chalked it up to being an old fridge. Overall a good stay, just felt mislead regarding the lake situation. I’m sure the host will comment about being realistic as she had to others, but hard to be when the photos on the ad are not.

Wonderful location. The living areas were fabulous, a real authentic Canadian log cabin experience. The fire inside, the view and the hot tub were very much appreciated by our family. The owners could have been a little clearer in some of the instructions regarding some of the house's facilities and there were lots of rules around the water usage, not using one of the showers, the toilet that didn't quite work properly, and the laundry not being available to us initially. I would also suggest that it should be made transparent that the water is very sulphuric and as such maybe a bottled water supply could have been included for drinking. We had to go to the local store and buy expensive drinking water after we'd arrived. Finally the ground floor bed was very uncomfortable ( more like a fold out bed than a real bed) and it would have been nice to have some wine glasses in the kitchen.

What a fantastic cabin. (although it's more like a luxurious chalet).They layout is great with lots of room on all 3 levels. The bed are super comfortable so it's not hard to fall asleep to the sound of loons on the lake.The view is stunning, eating breakfast on the balcony in the morning overlooking the lake can't be beat.The windy road once you take the turnoff to the property had us guessing if we'd taken a wrong turn, but after a few minutes you arrive at your destination.The only thing missing for our group was an open area to play outdoor games like bocce or volleyball, but there were plenty of other things to do.Pinantin lake is gorgeous, but does lack open 'beach' type areas to lay out your blankets and an umbrella to just chill by the water and read a good book. That said, you do get your own private little dock which will work in a pinch.Overall HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

Amazing cabin getaway

Love this beautiful cabin for our family getaway. It was perfect to relax and enjoy the view, paddle boarding on the calm lake, and lots of space for our whole group.the hot tub was a nice bonus on a cool day during our stay.The cabin was very clean, host was responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Unprofessional owners

Location and house was gorgeous other than sewer smell coming from the side of the house. I get charged extra cleaning fees for using all the towels and not putting all the dishes away (mind you they made it a 4 night minimum on the long weekend and i had 8guests) with no access to a washer and dryer other wise we would have done loads of towels ourselves no problem. Also upon arrival the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes ( we overlooked and just did them) so why would i put all the dishes away when they weren’t put away for my arrival? Lastly they tried to blame mice droppings on us when yet again when we arrived they were everywhere outside on the master balcony and main balcony. Won’t be coming back

Serenity

This is our third year staying here. I take men out from a Recovery Program with men struggling with substance use disorder. These men are able to experience what it is like having fun clean and sober. All the men had so much fun. They all respected the place and kept the place just as clean as when we first got there. Some of these guys have never gone fishing or kayaking etc in many many years. Most of the guys have anywhere from 4 months to over a year clean and sober. Thanks to the owner Camille for making such a beautiful place part of their recovery journey.

Perfect Spot for a Relaxing Lake Getaway

We had such a great time staying here! The place was super spacious for our group of 8, and it was really close to the lake, which was perfect. Camille and Jamie were awesome and super cool about us bringing our pets. Overall just a really fun and relaxing getaway with everything we needed and more. We’d totally recommend!

Built the property from the ground up, enjoyed the views and looked forward to the recreational activities with friends and family. You can leave straight from the cabin into the mountains, very convenient. I'm a golfer in the summer, and enjoy all the golf courses east and west of the cabin.

It's very private - like being in your own little world with no visible neighbours. Private access to lake, 24 acres with multiple trails throughout. Please note access to lake is down a steep hill (not recommended for those with mobility issues).
