Ideal for a romantic getaway or friend’s Waco weekend adventure, this completely remodeled standalone property offers one of the best walkability ratings to every popular site in the Silo District.
PETS ALLOWED
We love those furry bundles of joy. We allow maximum 1 pet with a $100.00 NONREFUNDABLE pet fee.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home or within 25 feet of any exterior doors. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500.00 fee for odor removal, including duct cleaning, furniture, bedspread and carpet cleaning.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and
your return visits. City of Waco has an ordinance that does not allow events or parties at our short term rentals. Violation can cause us to lose our permit to operate. Thank you for understanding and complying with this ordinance.

At 776 square feet, the residence’s intimate and carefully thought-out interior comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The smartly styled front room combines a seating area with pull out sleeper sofa, dining spot, and streamlined kitchen for gathering and quick, easy meals. Inside unit has a refrigerator, microwave and hot plate.. A soothing, airy queen bedroom provides alone time and tucked behind a rustic barn door is a luxury bath featuring a large, walk-in shower. Just off the bedroom is the private outdoor entertaining space with patio furniture, grill, and festive lighting.

Thoughtful amenity extras include an ultra-HD TV, microwave, coffee maker, hotel quality linens, luxury bath essentials, and complimentary snacks. Virtual commuters will also appreciate the home’s high-speed Wi-Fi.

Excellent lodging, just a couple of negatives
We loved the layout of this small house and really appreciated the close proximity to The Silos and Magnolia Market. The house is very clean and tidy with just the right amenities for a multi-night stay. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is large and clean. There were only a few things that we could see that would improve the overall stay. First, the shower head did not have enough pressure and made it a little challenging to use. Second, there is a large window in the wall over the bed. It doesn’t have any kind of window treatment and that means that the street light outside really lit up the room at night and made it difficult to sleep. A simple blind or curtains could alleviate this problem. Lastly, the couch is not very comfortable. I am sure this is due to it being a pull out sleeper sofa. A couple of footstools would go a long way to making this more comfortable by giving you a place to prop your feet up and relax. As I stated earlier, with the exception of these few things, we loved the location and cleanliness of this cute lodging. We have already recommended this to some of our friends that’s are interested in visiting Waco. We will certainly stay here again when we come visit again.

Cute little place
Everything was great about this place except the neighbor’s light shines in the master bedroom all night long. And there is no window covering for that window. Bring your eye mask. Otherwise great location and well appointed.

Incredibly convenient to Magnolia!
This small but cozy house was just the right size for a short stay. We selected the home due to its close proximity to Magnolia & was not disappointed - it's literally a short walk over. We also walked around downtown Waco from the property & felt very safe. I didn't pay close enough attention to what's available in the kitchen though - no stove, cooktop or toaster so preparing a decent meal there was tough but there is a gas grill out back so we got creative! It was nice to have a washer/dryer since we arrived in Waco after already visiting Austin.

Cute property
My husband and I decided to stay a night in Waco during our trip to Texas and this quaint little home was available for us. It’s decorated super cute and the host was very accommodating. A quick walk to the silo district, wish we could have stayed longer!!!!
