The Space:

Spanning two wings, the sticks offers five uniquely designed bedrooms, each equipped with luxury hotel-quality beds, linen, towels, robes, and slippers. Personal en-suites feature locally crafted timber vanities, overhead showers, heated towel rails, and premium Appelles bathroom amenities. Enjoy individual views of the escarpments and outdoor spaces from each bedroom, complemented by an additional full guest bathroom at the heart of the home.

An imposing 9 metre high and 5 metre wide off-form concrete chimney anchors the home to the landscape, featuring a large wood-burning fireplace for cozy winter nights.

The Neighborhood:
The centre of Kangaroo Valley township is about a 15 minute drive and there are restaurants, cafes, a general store, post office, a pub, homewares and collectible stores, antiques, real estate agencies and a petrol station.

Getting Around:
- Kangaroo Valley township is only 10 minute drive with plenty of street and off-street parking.
- The nearest train station is Moss Vale which is a 30 minute drive (north).
- Berry township and Seven Mile beach are both circa 30-45 minutes drive (east).
- The nearest large shopping centre is either Bomaderry (south) or Moss Vale (north), both are 30 minutes drive away.

Please note the sticks welcomes children over the age of 10.

A stay at the sticks requires a refundable security bond of $3,000. Your bond will be refunded after we have completed the post stay inspection on the day of departure.
