This unit has a private rooftop terrace via a spiraling staircase, so you must climb the spiral stairs to get there. Kids are welcome, but it is your call because of the stairs. Please do not let them roam around up there without adult supervision.

Scottsdale's thriving art scene supports numerous highly rated museums. Activities and events happening all year round in this area. Gorgeous weather and beautiful desert scenery for hiking and other outdoor activities in the city's extensive parks and trails system. Scottsdale is also home to some of the best golf in the country, with dozens of public and private championship courses throughout the city.

Scottsdale enjoys an average of 330 days of sun per year, and the median temperature is about 72.6 degrees year-round. Combine this fabulous climate with over 200 golf courses within the greater Phoenix area, including the well-known Troon and TPC courses, and you can understand why it has earned the title of Golfer's Paradise. North Scottsdale is where you will find the bulk of the luxury private golf communities.

In addition to golf, the city offers healthy outdoor pursuits for everyone. There are over 58 miles of public bike paths and 40 miles of shared hiking, riding, and horse trails; these are in addition to the fabulous walking trails. With 189 city parks, 33,000 acres of desert preserves, and 200 miles of trails, it doesn't matter if you're into hiking, mountain biking, trail running, horseback riding, or just going for walks, playing frisbee and having picnics - you are completely covered with all the manicured lawns and/or rugged terrain you can handle. Don't forget to check out South Mountain Park and Preserve, the largest municipal park in the nation!

Great location…..very uncomfortable furnishing (could not really sit on couch or chairs in living room as they were cheap and uncomfortable) (bed and mattress were only slightly better) and the unit was not completely clean….dishwasher did not work all month

Clean and stylish in a great area
Everything was good, it was missing a hot tub which we so expected and wanted. The roof top patio does not have a view but is a unique roof top patio. A weird way to get the key, but was my first Vrbo.

From foster care to CEO: Jia has been working in real estate her entire career. She was in senior management in the mortgage services industry by the age of 20, then an AVP of a mortgage firm at 27, and not long after that a Vice President of Operations at an Asset Management company in Scottsdale AZ. She had done what many people aspire to do: climb the corporate ladder. After 25 years in executive positions she decided to do what she loved most, meet great people from all over the world, be her own boss & enjoy life with her children.

She then started Palacio Properties. She was always naturally drawn to the hospitality industry, to creating a "home-like" feel for her guests. She used her skills in automating processes to create a solid, customer-centric infrastructure complimented by luxurious, comfortable living spaces dedicated specifically to traveling guests.
