This unit has a private rooftop terrace via a spiraling staircase, so you must climb the spiral stairs to get there. Kids are welcome, but it is your call because of the stairs. Please do not let them roam around up there without adult supervision.

Scottsdale's thriving art scene supports numerous highly rated museums. Activities and events happening all year round in this area. Gorgeous weather and beautiful desert scenery for hiking and other outdoor activities in the city's extensive parks and trails system. Scottsdale is also home to some of the best golf in the country, with dozens of public and private championship courses throughout the city.

Scottsdale enjoys an average of 330 days of sun per year, and the median temperature is about 72.6 degrees year-round. Combine this fabulous climate with over 200 golf courses within the greater Phoenix area, including the well-known Troon and TPC courses, and you can understand why it has earned the title of Golfer's Paradise. North Scottsdale is where you will find the bulk of the luxury private golf communities.

In addition to golf, the city offers healthy outdoor pursuits for everyone. With 189 city parks, 33,000 acres of desert preserves, and 200 miles of trails, it doesn't matter if you're into hiking, mountain biking, trail running, horseback riding, or just going for walks, playing frisbee and having picnics - you are completely covered with all the manicured lawns and/or rugged terrain you can handle. Don't forget to check out South Mountain Park and Preserve, the largest municipal park in the nation!

Couple stay in scottsdale
Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Nice condo with a nice pool and gym. Could use a new couch in the living room and some patio furniture on the roof but otherwise it was great.

Family Visit
Location for us was great as my daughter and her husband were a short walk away. Place had everything we needed and was quiet. The only issue was the sleeper sofa was not comfortable so my son who is 28, opted to stay elsewhere. It was just for two nights so it wasn’t a big deal

Quiet Building Close to Kierland Shopping and Dining
The property is exactly as described. Check-in is easy, just follow the detailed instructions. Host is very responsive to all messages. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is comfortable. The main sofa is ready for an upgrade as it has lost support, but it's not a deal breaker. We enjoyed the rooftop patio and the lovely common areas. The workout room is large and updated with modern equipment. The building is quiet and kept clean as well. The location is ideal with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely rent here again.

From foster care to CEO: Jia has been working in real estate her entire career. She was in senior management in the mortgage services industry by the age of 20, then an AVP of a mortgage firm at 27, and not long after that a Vice President of Operations at an Asset Management company in Scottsdale AZ. She had done what many people aspire to do: climb the corporate ladder. After 25 years in executive positions she decided to do what she loved most, meet great people from all over the world, be her own boss & enjoy life with her children.

She then started Palacio Properties. She was always naturally drawn to the hospitality industry, to creating a "home-like" feel for her guests. She used her skills in automating processes to create a solid, customer-centric infrastructure complimented by luxurious, comfortable living spaces dedicated specifically to traveling guests.
