Just a few minutes to some of the most sought after locations around; the Biltmore, Phoenix Country Club, Encanto Golf Club, Massive Park Central Shopping, and not far from Old Town Scottsdale! Located just off the 51 makes it an easy drive only 7 minutes from the airport.

Phoenix supports numerous highly rated museums. Activities and events happening all year round in this area. Gorgeous weather and beautiful desert scenery for hiking and other outdoor activities in the city's extensive parks and trails system. Scottsdale is also home to some of the best golf in the country, with dozens of public and private championship courses throughout the city.

Phoenix enjoys an average of 330 days of sun per year and the median temperature is about 72.6 degrees year-round. Don't forget to check out South Mountain Park and Preserve, the largest municipal park in the nation.

This is a cute little condo with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed is very comfortable! The shower leaves a little to be desired, the water pressure is not great. The key fob was convenient, but I totally forgot to lock it up at the end of our stay. Don’t forget!

Pleasant Stay
Property exactly as described. Excellent communication with property manager with efficient check-in, check-out. Unit itself was very clean. Trash chute right beside the elevator was a bit smelly, though no fault of the unit’s owner. The one drawback was the many conditions/rules for staying. While I understand this is needed for some guests, it just left us feeling like we couldn’t fully relax. That said, I would stay here again.

From foster care to CEO: Jia has been working in real estate her entire career. She was in senior management in the mortgage services industry by the age of 20, then an AVP of a mortgage firm at 27, and not long after that a Vice President of Operations at an Asset Management company in Scottsdale AZ. She had done what many people aspire to do: climb the corporate ladder. After 25 years in executive positions she decided to do what she loved most, meet great people from all over the world, be her own boss & enjoy life with her children.

She then started Palacio Properties. She was always naturally drawn to the hospitality industry, to creating a "home-like" feel for her guests. She used her skills in automating processes to create a solid, customer-centric infrastructure complimented by luxurious, comfortable living spaces dedicated specifically to traveling guests. The model caters to vacation and short term occupants, not guests looking for room sharing . Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure we have created a space for you.
