Our self-contained, thoughtfully designed home is perfect for travelers seeking privacy and comfort while just a short walk away from some of the best breweries, restaurants, shops, and beaches in the area. Come explore the local Farmer's Market for fresh produce and artisanal goods!

You will surely love Ballard and beyond.

The space:

This amazing one-bedroom apartment can accommodate couples or up to four guests. It offers a queen bed for peaceful sleep, plus a sofa bed in the spacious living room. It has a full kitchen as well as a beautiful walk-in shower, tiled in natural stone. Moreover, it has a private patio with great landscaping...

Most important of all, it is right in the middle of everything!!! Super close to some of Seattle's best restaurants, bars, beaches, and less than 10 minutes to downtown -- you surely will have a fantastic time during your stay.

Absolutely fantastic stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental place in Ballard was a dream. Super comfy bed, beautiful shower, and a lovely private patio. I really enjoyed my coffee in the sun listening the birds chirp. Plus, it's smack dab in the middle of everything. I loved Lucky Envelope Brewing, and Bale Breaker/Yonder Taproom. The food trucks were super tasty! Couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore Seattle from. Stop by Golden Gardens if you get a chance. Would love to stay again

Access was confusing
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The interior was very nice and well supplied, however, the arrival instructions need significant improvement. Google maps takes you to Arrival at the address, where you find very limited street parking, and so with a brewery next-door, all spaces within a block are full. A stone walkway leads to the back side yard, where rough natural rock “steps” lead to a back courtyard. No rail. No way for me to access the door, much less with luggage. At the end of the block, I discovered a narrow, gravel alleyway, leading to back entrances. Nothing in the information that parking and entrance is in the back via the gravel alley. Only after I pulled into one of the spaces, I did see a small sign that says parking for Ballard bungalow. However, the fence appeared to be locked. After several phone calls to the VRBO helpline, and one hour later, I then had access to the courtyard and the door to rental. No problem getting in, however, the problem in leaving is that the deadbolt doesn’t align well to the door frame, and would not lock back. More positively, the bungalow was well appointed. Suggest mentioning in the description that there is a coffee pot, not just a coffee press, and a hairdryer, for example. It would’ve saved me packing a hairdryer.Neighborhood is a mix of commercial and breweries with a few residential properties mixed in.

Brewery next door also a plus—otherwise you really need a car to get to most things, but that’s the same for most places in this area—chose in part because it was close enough to relatives.
