The sleek open plan kitchen has a ceramic electric cooktop, air fryer, large modern fridge, dishwasher and all the cooking essentials, the two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, built-in wardrobes, panel heaters and mounted TV’s, and there’s a stylish contemporary bathroom, internal laundry with washer/dryer, air conditioning, double-glazed windows for heat retention plus a car space in a secure basement parking area.
Managed by a specialist Airbnb company, it is professionally cleaned after each guest vacates and all sheets and bedding is maintained by a contract linen supplier

The Neighborhood:
Perfectly positioned in the heart of the city, you’ll get a lot more out of your holiday with everything that’s anything right just a short stroll away. Step out the door and its footsteps to a myriad of shops, cafes, trendy wine and craft beer bars as well as some fabulous restaurants.
Make sure you check out In The Hanging Garden, a live cultural precinct with music, kitchens and bars, and if you get a chance try out Urban Greek for dinner. Every Sunday morning, just 300m down the street, the renowned Farm Gate Markets opens with a selection of fresh farmers produce and the famous Grub Hub, the ideal space for fresh Sunday brekkie and a great cup of coffee.
It’s only a 10 minute stroll down to the Derwent River where you can explore Constitution Dock, catch the ferry to Mona or discover the vibrant Salamanca precinct where you’ll find some of Hobart’s finest bars and restaurants.
Surrounded by a selection of parks and historical buildings, there’s also a few places to check out close by like North Hobart’s trendy bar and restaurant scene which is within walking distance, or jump in the car and it’s a short drive to kunyani/Mount Wellington where you’ll get a taste of the wilderness and immerse yourself in breathtaking panoramas over the city, the Derwent River and beyond

The apartment is in the heart of the city so you can walk to many attractions, however we also recommend exploring beautiful Southern Tasmania by car.
