This Coogee beach home is the ultimate expression of breezy, casual seaside living. Everything in this home is aimed at making you feel comfortable with a style which invokes pure holiday indulgence. With 3 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 6 people, this is the perfect home away from home for families or groups of friends seeking an unforgettable beachside getaway.
Boasting a calming interior with plenty of space to unwind, the heart of this home is an open plan living area, embracing a connection to nature with a direct connection to your private outdoor garden. A white full kitchen reflects natural light into the room, creating a subtly energising space to prepare a sophisticated brunch. The kitchen overlooks a light wood dining table, separating the functional spaces from the softer living area, complete with a striking (and comfortable) corner sofa and flatscreen TV. Embrace alfresco living, dining and reclining in the private garden. A sparkling pool, complete with spa jets, beckons, or cool off under an outdoor shower before a long evening BBQ.
The three bedrooms of this stunning home do not disappoint. All are air-conditioned and offer relaxing sanctuaries to escape to at the end of a long evening. The master boasts a king bed, as well as an ensuite with decadent spa bath for the ultimate escape along with a spacious sunroom with additional bunk beds for the younger ones of the group. The second two bedrooms are complete with Queen sized beds and offer the perfect space to fall into an unbroken slumber.
When not enjoying this fabulous house, you'll no doubt be enthralled by Coogee beach. The golden sands and crystal waters are the best the area has to offer. Swim, surf and soak up the sun, or if you're feeling more adventurous take the Coogee to Bondi coastal walk. Surrounded by vibrant bars and an exquisite food scene, you couldn't be in a more popular neighbourhood.

The Neighbourhood
- Check out Coogee Pavilion, the multi-level beachside hangout of choice. which boasts a wood-fired pizza oven, oyster bar, juice cart, flower stall and playground kitted out with three ping-pong tables, a giant Scrabble board and blocks. Upstairs is a rooftop bar with gorgeous views. Genteel in the day, this bar really comes alive at night.
- You can't stay here without checking out the gorgeous beaches - Experience the perfect balance of convenience, nestled midway between Coogee Beach and The Spot in Randwick, both just a leisurely 10-minute stroll away. Discover an array of fantastic shops, restaurants, cafes, and don't miss the iconic Ritz cinema for an unforgettable outing.
- Coogee Diggers just across the road offer a bar, bistro, band room. beer garden, restaurant and fitness centre.
- For some amazing Pad Thai, check out Sugar Cane. New to the area, it moved from Surrey hills, bringing its great reputation with it!
- Just on your doorstep is Coogee bakery, an iconic spot to pick up a meat pie. The perfect fresh-baked cure for almost any adventure from the night before.
There are great public transport links around this property, and you're welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.
