Kävele, pyöräile tai scoot Denverin keskustaan, Elitch Gardens, Denverin akvaario, lastenmuseo, REI lippulaiva ja Cherry Creek Trail. Uber konserttiin Red Rocksissa tai Pepsi-keskuksessa, ylitä katu Broncon stadionille, käy baseball- tai jääkiekkopelissä ja käy paljon käsityöpanimoita. Denverissä ja ympäröivillä vuorilla on niin paljon tekemistä kaiken ikäisille ihmisille! Dania was available to answer any questions, property was clean - best we have stayed at - and it was spacious! The rooftop was an added bonus and a nice place to relax in the sun or in the evening with a cocktail! They had plenty of paper towel, toilet paper, and towels for the week, which was a pleasant surprise. Often times, rentals only offer a small supply. I would definitely recommend this place and if our travels bring us back to Denver, we will be staying here! Thank you for a great week!

Excellent place to stay, and easy ride to downtown. Dania was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Place had everything needed for a 4 day stay and was in great shape. Highly recommend this spot, you won't be disappointed!

Perfect location, comfortable beds

Everything from the check in process, communication, and location was amazing. The house was more than clean, had extra supplies, condiments in the fridge, super clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the location was perfect (as it was a short Uber to the Ball Arena). I plan on staying here again when we come to a Broncos game.

Booked for a group of 6 adults. Spacious property and amazing amenities. Location was very convenient allowing for exploration to downtown, Red Rocks, and other major attractions. Very easy communication and coordination with hosts. Would highly recommend and book again.

A terrific experience

Beautifully maintained townhouse within a few minutes of Downtown Denver. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and the house in general. The townhouse was impeccably clean with ample supplies, and our owner was in touch with us via text frequently during our stay. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Wonderful clean house with a great location!

Wonderful clean house with a great location! Great location and close to walkable restaurants. We like Briar Common Brewery, 2914 coffee, Jefferson Park Pub, Sexy Pizza, and Little Machine Beer. Coffee, extra towels, bath amenities, well equipped kitchen, blankets, washer and dryer,etc were appreciated. The rooftop area was fun to hang out on, drinking morning cup of coffee, and watching the city light up. Dania was very responsive and very accommodating throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

The Perfect Spot

Our family had a fantastic time in this beautiful condo. We especially enjoyed the park down the street and the rooftop deck. The furnishings were beautiful and the condo was immaculate. Dania was super easy to work with. There was one mattress that need to be replaced. Other than that, our experience couldn’t have been better.

Great Rooftop Townhouse!

We were in Denver for the National Club Volleyball Championships for college at the Denver Convention Center. We did not want to stay in a hotel. This townhouse was prefect for hanging out, cooking, grilling and easy access to downtown. We wanted for nothing and were pleasantly pleased to find the place stocked with kitchen supplies and any necessary sundries you might have forgotten. Love the policy of leaving condiments and extra non-perishables for the next guest so it doesn't go to waste. I wish more places did that!!! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Awesome location and townhouse!

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse! Such a great area-SUPER close to the stadium, Denver aquarium, Meow Wolf. You could walk to these places if you didn't want to drive. It'd only be like a 20 minute jaunt and there are walkways for pedestrians over the bridge. 1ish hours away from Breckenridge where went hiking and saw the troll, Isak Heartstone. We wandered around Breckenridge and ate brunch at a cute little pub/restaurant called Bold (would also highly recommend). It is a ~45 min drive to Red Rocks Amphitheater where we saw an amazing outdoor concert. The townhouse itself is 3 stories. First floor when you walk in has a little mud room for shoes, the garage entry, and a 1/2 bath. Up a flight of stairs is the kitchen, dining room, living room, and another 1/2 bath. Another flight of stairs leads you to the Master and two bedrooms. This floor has two full baths! There is also a washer and dryer on this level. One more flight of stairs will land you up on the rooftop lounge! You can see the Mile High stadium, space needle, and downtown Denver, and other attractions. It has a nice gazebo with lights and seating. We sat up there and watched a thunderstorm with beautiful lightening one night! It also snowed while we were there - also cool to see from that deck. We had all the weather, sunny days, snowy days, rainy days and we enjoyed every minute. April 25-28, 2024. 4 adults, plenty of space. I would absolutely stay here again. Host was very responsive and nice. :)

We are Dania and Hans~ originally from S. Florida. We escaped to Colorado in 1996 to raise our three amazing children and have thoroughly enjoyed all that Colorado has to offer! Dania is a licensed real estate agent and Hans owns his own real estate marketing company. We both love to travel, hike, bike, ski, dine out, and do yoga.
We travel a lot and always use VRBO to book our vacations. We have worked hard to make our Denver Townhome super comfortable for all of our guests. We want you to feel like this is your home away from home!

We are the proud owners of this gorgeous townhome in Jefferson Park! We fell in love with the neighborhood. It's so close to Downtown Denver, and all the fun things there are to do, yet still quiet and safe. We are one block from Mile High stadium, and just a couple blocks from Sartos Italian Restaurant, Coffee, Jefferson Park Pub, Bikram Yoga, Pizza, Safeway Grocery Store, Breakfast Joints and great Mexican Food. We are a short walk to the Aquarium, and Elitch Gardens, and a short bike ride to the beginning of the Cherry Creek Trail. A quick Uber ride will get you to Union Station (where the Light Rail goes directly to DIA), Pepsi Center, 16th Street Mall, and all of the bars and restaurants in and around Downtown Denver.

We love the rooftop deck and gazebo! We look out over Downtown Denver while we grille and sip wine. We love the layout of this townhouse(and we looked at several!). Ours has three bedrooms all on the same level and a large open kitchen, dining and living room space. It's great for large groups/families to spend time in one room!
