Studio de 440 pieds carrĂ©s mis Ă  jour avec cuisine commerciale junior comprenant toutes les commoditĂ©s et comptoirs en granit. VĂ©randa extĂ©rieure avec tĂ©lĂ©vision, piscine chauffĂ©e, Ă  quelques pas de la marina et Ă  seulement 150 pas de la plage. Peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  3 personnes. Inclus: 3 heures par sĂ©jour de 10 jours de temps de bateau capitaine sur un bateau ponton Bennington 2019 avec puits vivant, cannes Ă  pĂȘche, stĂ©rĂ©o Ă  dents bleues et glaciĂšre, pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  6 personnes. Choisissez votre heure et parcourez les eaux stagnantes et le littoral, les visites au coucher du soleil, les bombardements de plage privĂ©e et les pique-niques, ainsi que les repas en bateau sur le quai. Temps de bateau supplĂ©mentaire disponible moyennant des frais supplĂ©mentaires. Nettoyage de la maison une fois par semaine. Good location

Nice location, close to beach. 5 min walk. Unit is functional and well kept. Owner very nice and easy to deal with. I would stay here again.

Unforgettable experience

I arrived to this beautiful, neat, safe, comfortable , and upgraded studio that had everything I needed. Beach just min walk away, and absolutely fantastic. Shops are around also. My trip was much more than I originally expected!!! Hostess is just very honest and amazing. Thank you

Perfect Get-away!

The studio is exactly as pictured with a quiet view of the waterway & just steps to the gulf beach. I stayed & worked from the location & it all worked well. I’d highly recommend. Ty!

Deception at its best

We stayed at this location 6/24-30/21 knowing the forecast was rain and that was fine because the amenities in the ad listed all we needed. Upon check in and the tour with the owner, we were first told to tell people we were family visiting because they were no longer supposed to rent out their place by the week. That made us uncomfortable to be told to lie. iMany things were not as the owners had advertised. When we met the owner at check in she gave us a tour of the condo. There was a note on the side by side fridge that said not to open the right door as it was broken. It was inconvenient because we were not able to even get a pizza box in the fridge without opening both doors. Due to the inconvenience and not knowing when it would get fixed, we fixed the fridge door at no cost to them. Next the ad pic that showed the beach
.on the tour we were informed just to get to the beach we had to walk back up the road and go around the trees and back down the next road and we’d see the beach. It was advertised as steps to the beach and showed the entrance right there. It was close to a mile walk including a fee to get through the gate. What we found out later from someone who stayed in the other condos down a ways, it was their owner’s condo that this pic was from and it literally was steps from the beach and pretty much right out their door (not the same owners we rented from). Next was the pic that showed a washer and dryer in the condo just as their ad read. On the tour we found the laundry room was down the hall and around the corner and we had to wait for others to finish washing and drying before we could use the 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire floor of tenants. Again the ad stated it had a washer and dryer but they chose to leave out the important details that they were not in the condo. The ad also noted cable. This was important to us in knowing full well it was going to be raining a lot of our vacation. We had maybe 4 channels. When I checked with the owner during our stay she stated they got the most basic channels. . As far as the internet that was also advertised we were never able to connect to it. The worst part was when I sat in 1 of the 2 LR chairs, I had bug bites all over. I mentioned it to the owner that before they rent it again they might want to spray the place. One bite area was the size of a softball. We asked to be credited for the inconvenienc/deception and Very disappointed. We will definitely not rent from them

A Wonderful February Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here- Bluebill Beach a three-minute walk away, pontoon rides galore, and easy access to great restaurants and shopping. The property was well-maintained and attractive. Our host was a delight- knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

Beautiful get away

The condo was very well equipped and location was the best. Just a short walk to the beach. The host were fantastic and very friendly and informative. I would recommend this property for any couple looking for a relaxed get away at the beach.
