A great cozy cottage. Kitchen was well stocked and unit was very clean. We really appreciated all of the beach supplies and a selection of nice bikes we could use.

Recently spent 3 nights at Carlos Key stilt lower cottage in Naples. Cottage is located in a unique little neighborhood close to beaches,5th Avenue South for shopping and cafes and the Naples Botanical Gardens. Dining choices are both ample and diverse.The accommodation is updated and in pristine condition offering all the conveniences needed for an enjoyable stay!

Location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Very clean, stocked with all you need for the stay. Close to beaches, Tin City, Botanical Gardens and lots of other points of interest. Great communication and would highly recommend if you are planning a stay a vacation in Naples. Great Cozy Place for a Couple

Great location

We enjoyed our time at Carlos' vrbo in Naples. The neighborhood was very quiet even though we were so close to downtown Naples and so many great restaurants and beaches. Loved the location. The inside of the unit is updated and very clean.

This cottage was perfect. It had all the basics. It was very clean. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. We stayed downstairs and it was very private. Only thing I wish it had a bedroom door. Bring back the bedroom door please! We loved our stay.

The apartment was very nice and in a great location. We were able to walk to Tin City, 5th Ave shops/restaurants, and the beach. The only improvement would be a better bed. It does bot have box spring and the mattress did not have much support. If it had a nice bed (an upgrade to a Queen with a boxspring and nice mattress) this would be a 5 star review.

The Perfect Fir

We wanted to find a pet friendly place that was convenient and intimate. Carlos is extremely responsive and the unit was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the yard and the quiet of the neighborhood. A haven minutes away from downtown, Tin City and beaches.

A Real Gem

This is a beautiful, extremely clean little cottage in a great location just minutes from 5th Avenue and downtown Naples. My favorite features of the cottage were the tastefulness of the decorating and the fact that it was as clean and immaculate as my own home in Maryland. We loved the backyard, too, where we ate several of our meals. The owner, Carlos, is a wonderful host who was available to us for whatever we needed. We look forward to staying here again in 2020.

It is not usual that you get to meet the owner of the property but we did, and what a treat it was. He was around the property tidying up and caring for it. We felt so welcomed. He went above and beyond to help us when we had a car issue and found some duct tape to get us by. He also was able to get us more pillows immediately. The owners care about the cleanliness, and your comfort. The unit was huge and we enjoyed the backyard, very much. It's quiet and in a lovely neighborhood with friendly passerby's. If ever in the Naples area, this location is in perfect proximity to 5th Avenue, and also to hop on the highway to head south to Marco Island. It's also right near the Botanical Gardens and is across the street from an Olive Garden. Truly a lovely place that we would recommend to anyone. They are also pet-friendly and that was a huge motivator to stay at this location. Thanks for everything! :)

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Naples with my two dogs! The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was such a comfortable and welcoming place for both me and my pups, and the location was fantastic.The home was exactly as described and very well maintained. I especially appreciated how easy and enjoyable it was to stay there with my dogs. We felt completely at home and were able to truly relax and enjoy our time in Naples.The host was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. Communication was easy from start to finish, which made the entire experience even better.I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely love to return. I highly recommend this property.

Da ich schon schlechte Erfahrungen in Florida hatte, mit Sauberkeit und Ungeziefer, ging ich ehrlich gesagt etwas ängstlich in dieses Apartment! Aber was soll ich sagen?! Dieses Apartment dass ich 2 Wochen mit meinem Mann angemietet habe, war super sauber und zwar überall! Toll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht Die Kommunikation war super schnell egal nach was ich gefragt habe! Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme und noch viel mehr wird einem zur Verfügung gestellt was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Vielen Dank .
