Vanderbilt Beach, Vanderbilt Towers à la plage -NEW et :-) seulement magnifique

Ce condo est à 4 min à pied de la plage de Vanderbilt et de Delnor-Wiggins-State-Park-Beach dans la belle ville de Naples. Il est ensoleillé le matin, offre une vue magnifique et calme la nuit. Il a été fabuleusement rénové en 2016, avec une sensation côtière parfaite et est équipé de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour des vacances parfaites.

Les lits, Kingsize dans la chambre principale et Queen-Size dans la chambre d'amis, sont de nouveaux sommiers super confortables avec des couvertures anti-punaises de lit, des oreillers lavables lisses et tout est fait pour vous empêcher de réactions allergiques, car les sols sont carrelé et tout le reste est lavable aussi.

Les deux salles de bains ont de belles douches facilement accessibles et sont équipées de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Vous n'aurez qu'à apporter vos effets personnels.

La cuisine propose un réfrigérateur et une machine à glaçons pleine grandeur, une cuisinière à convection autonettoyante, un four micro-ondes, un grille-pain, un mixeur, une cafetière à meulage automatique entièrement automatique et une toute nouvelle machine Latissimi-Pro-Nespresso. Bien sûr, il est équipé de tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer votre nourriture. Vous pouvez manger au bar, à la belle table à manger ou juste à l'extérieur dans la véranda spacieuse.

Pour votre divertissement, nous avons installé un magnifique téléviseur intelligent OLED-4K-HD, qui vous permet de regarder également tous vos favoris en streaming. Chaque chambre dispose également d'une télévision connectée. Le Wifi haut débit est fourni, comme un téléphone gratuit dans chaque chambre et une imprimante Wifi pour imprimer les billets et les coupons. Chargeurs Apple et Android partout.

Aller à la plage sera amusant de prendre le petit chariot de plage avec des chaises longues, un parasol et un sac de glace. Ou vous prenez les deux vélos de luxe pour conduire dans les rues tranquilles de Pelican Bay.

Vous pouvez laver et sécher tout votre linge dans la buanderie du même étage.

Vanderbilt Towers 3 propose une piscine ensoleillée jusqu'à l'après-midi, un gestionnaire sur place pour vous aider en cas de problème et un parking gratuit.
Profitez de la plage pendant la journée, détendez-vous au bord de la piscine et regardez un magnifique coucher de soleil sur la plage sans monter dans une voiture. Nous sommes à une courte distance de tous les fabuleux restaurants de Naples et du Mercato, un endroit où vous trouverez un marché de produits alimentaires complets, un cinéma et de nombreuses options de restauration.

Nous l'utilisons également nous-mêmes et il est conservé avec goût, passion et personnalité.

Clean and crisp and lot’s of white make this apartment feel warm and welcoming.

Wonderful condo!!! Felt like home! 😍

We loved the apartment! It’s bright, white, crisp!!! It has everything you need and more! The beach is 4 min away and you’ll find everything that you need for a beach: chairs, towels, umbrella, cool bags- you don’t have to worry about anything. The condo was lovely and had many extras that were much appreciated. The TVs were a bit of a challenge when one is not familiar with Smart TVs and manager only tried to help via the phone. Otherwise location is great with short walk to beach and nice pool.

Perfect stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a month. The flat is beautiful and very comfortable and we felt very much at home. All the amenities made our stay very enjoyable. The photos and listing are very accurate and a welcome book is provided with explanations for everything. the owners are charming - they communicated with us through the website. This condo is updated & decorated very professionally & appealing.

Our stay at 609 was wonderful. We appreciated just a short walk to the beach! We enjoyed all the special amenities that Michaela & family offered for our use such as Siri for music, beach chairs, bikes, & the comfortable king bed. I would hope that the hallways leading to the condo would be updated as ir well. They gave a very drab & dingy feel for coming into the welcoming condo with a bouquet of flowers awaiting our visit. We appreciated Michaelas promptness for communicating with us when we had questions or appliance.problems..

Well equipped and furnished unit

We had an excellent stay during January 2020. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen, bath towels, beach towels, beach gear and two nice bicycles. It was clean and in excellent condition. The owner was readily available to answer questions as they arose. Building was quiet, no noisy neighbors.

Kurze Wege, viel Abwechslung, Florida von seiner der schönsten Seite ☺️ Wohnung, Pool und die gesamte Anlage sehr, sehr schön und einfach dazu angetan, vom ersten Moment an angenehm zu entspannen. Fabulous Apartment

The discription given of this apartment is 100% correct. There is an abundance of cooking gadgets and the whole apartment is furnished to extraordinarily high degree. I had some dealings with the owners over a small matter which was dealt with very quickly and Michaela comes back to you almost instantly, bearing in mind there is five hours difference,. Anyone booking this apartment will not be disappointed, to say the least, and I would seriously encourage anybody who does to please make sure they look after the apartment for the benefit of those coming behind you. In that I mean that we have already rebooked for next year so are very much looking forward to coming back and finding it as we have left it! Michaela and Chris you have done a fantastic job with this apartment and we look forward to visiting again next year. Kind Regards David and Pam

Un departamento espectacular y muy bien ubicado

La realidad supera las fotos. La propietaria tiene las mejores condiciones como anfitriona y el equipamiento es insuperable. La ubicación es muy buena porque se accede a una de las mejores playas a unos 70 mts. del complejo en el que esta el departamento. Estuvimos en Agosto y pasamos las vacaciones que buscabamos. Descanso y confort.

Can't wait to come back again!

This beautiful condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay with your partner (and kids). It's very clean, yet updated and is only a short walk to the beach (4-5mins) with the beach cart loaded. The furniture is very comfortable (especially the beds!) and everything smells fresh. Warm white and earth colors made me feel homey immediately after we entered the Apartment I especially enjoyed sitting out on the lanai with my husband and a glass of wine, listening to the ocean waves while my two kids were downstairs swimming and splashing in the community pool. The Owner is very friendly and easy to work with and responds immediately. I highly recommend this condo and hope to stay again. Thank you for sharing!
