Cette propriété est à quelques pas de la plage de Vanderbilt dans la belle ville de Naples, en Floride. C'est une communauté fermée, et dispose de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain Condo, salon, salle à manger, cuisine, véranda avec accÚs au premier étage et parking. Avec accÚs véranda au premier étage, pas besoin d'attendre un ascenseur pour transporter l'épicerie et les bagages, trÚs pratique.
Serviettes, linge de maison, chaises de plage, ustensiles de cuisine, cĂąble et WiFi sont fournis.
Vanderbilt Towers propose une piscine et un barbecue à gaz pour nos clients. Profitez de la plage pendant la journée, détendez-vous au bord de la piscine, regardez un magnifique coucher de soleil sur la plage sans monter dans une voiture.

Convenient but needs work

My husband’s family owned a unit in the adjacent building over 30 years ago so we aware of the age of the property. We were very surprised to find water stains on the ceiling, toilets that required 3-4 flushes for toilet paper to be flushed, a stove with only half the burners functioning and visible dirt build up on the blinds, ledges and surfaces . The owner has done some updates and responds quickly to texts and emails. The unit is a close walk to the beach and pool and would be suitable for someone not planning on spending much time in the unit.

Great Location

The location of the beach was excellent and we really appreciated that beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. Jack (owner) was very quick to answer any questions that we may have had.

This is a great property as close to the beach as you can get without being right on it. Perfect for both my 80 year old mother and myself to take morning walks!

Very comfortable and great location close to beach

Overall, very comfortable, close to beach with most amenities you would need. Due to proximity of east facing window in bedroom, would have been nice to have black out shades to block out early sun and outdoor night time lighting. Would recommend to anyone needing to stay in the North Naples area!

Family Vacation

Beautiful location! Short walk to the beach which allowed each family member to be able to enjoy as much or less time on the beach without having to all pack up and leave. Prompt communication, Welcoming place to stay! Nice to not have to pay for parking everyday to go to the beach or worry about sand being everywhere in your vehicle. Very peaceful, we practically always had the pool to ourself and the beach was never crowded which was a plus as well! Thank you for allowing us stay at your condo~

Wonderful Condo! Excellent Location!

North Naples location in a wonderful compound of condos. The proximity to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park was perfect with easy walking. The condo was spotless. Everything you could ask for was provided. Abundance of linens. Beach chairs. The pool was close. Ground floor made coming and going easy with groceries etc. The big screen TV would be a plus for many people. Hope to make a return trip. Owner was easy to work with and provided helpful area info.

Fantastic location! Beach pool beach pool!

Spent Christmas holiday with our family of 4. Really enjoyed the condo and location. First floor location is a game changer vs hauling stuff up an elevator. Jack the owner is the most responsive host I’ve ever dealt with. Great guy. Had some minor issues that he jumped on immediately. Would recommend this unit to family and friends, great value.

Great getaway

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (kids ages 16 and 14), is well decorated, and had most day-to-day things needed readily available (dishes, utensils and plenty of bath and beach towels). The pool is maintained nicely and we used it a lot since while we were in Naples, the Red Tide prevented us from heading to the beach anywhere on the West coast (unfortunate) The walk to the beach from the condo is SO CLOSE and the beach is beautiful. The condo complex might be on the older side, but it is maintained well. Only issue was the master bedroom's bathroom door is a slider and stuck but not a big issue. There were incense sticks in the living room, which we moved to the lanai for the week as I am sensitive to scents like that. Owner responded quickly to our questions and provided us with a list of where to go and what to do...which we did a few of including the pontoon boat rental (couldn't go into the ocean, but we could go on it without too much red tide issues. We saw dolphins which made our trip!). We would definitely consider staying here again in the future - the rate for the week for that area can't be beat.

Beautiful Condo! Great beach location!

We had a wonderful time. Condo was decorated just beautiful beds were comfortable with fresh bedding. Lots of fresh clean towels to use as well. Really close to the beach just a walk away. We had everything we needed and can not wait to go back next year!

What you see is what you get

We (wife & I) loved the location. Great access to a beautiful beach and a short drive to both the Naples' Art Museum and the magnificent Botanical Gardens. Jack was excellent and, for example, when we lost the television cable service Jack was all over it and had the cable company get it back up and running in short order. Best of all, the entire place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and in good shape. The kitchen was well stocked (plates, silverware, pots and pans, etc.) and the closets had plenty of clean towels. There were even all of the accouterments for a day at the beach (chairs and umbrellas). We will be back.

Fantastic find

This place has everything you would want in a vacation rental. My wife is a clean freak and was amazed at the care of this place. The place is a short walk to the beach and we loved being able to walk out the Lanai and straight to the beach/pool. When walking to the beach we would see lines of cars looking for beach access parking. It was great to not have to get in a car to look for parking. We were literally on the beach, in our chairs in no time. Jack was great to work with and I look forward to using his place in the future.

My wife and I co owned this property with another investor and in 2013, we bought him out. We have been going to Naples for 18+ years and never tire of this area.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

At less than 500 feet from the beach, we are as close to the beach as you can get without paying beachfront rates. Being on the first floor of this gated community allows Lanai access to the outside and to your car. This is especially convenient to get to the beach and bring in groceries without having to get a cart and wait for an elevator.
