We stayed at this location for 2 months, and it felt like home away from home. It was cozy inside, quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Prescott, we loved this place! It was very clean, had everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place!

Very nice house for our amazing vacation!! House was super clean, had everything we needed and was close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again when we come back into town.

Great central location for day trips in any direction at a reasonable price. Quiet residential neighborhood. House had everything we needed. Host was easy to communicate with....Cons.. rear patio in need of some weeding to make it more inviting. Bathrooms could use a litte better cleaning.

Wonderful for Families

The house is spacious and allowed us to have our own space while accommodating family time in the common areas. The backyard is inviting, including a covered patio. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. There’s several really nice parks within a couple miles of the house. I stayed for a month and enjoyed every moment.

Beautiful house!!

Very beautiful house! Very clean, everything you would need, all you have to do is bring your groceries. A lot more comfortable than any hotel I have stayed at. I would definitely stay again!!

Son and I came to visit

My son and I came to visit my daughter, his sister, and my grandchildren. We spent a lot of time with them and had a great time. The house is very clean very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. I love the big kitchen and openness.

Great Stay in Prescott Valley

We really loved our stay at this property and in Prescott Valley. It was perfect for us as we spent two months exploring the area and escaping winter in the blustery Northeast. The house was perfect for us, the location convenient and quiet. Alison was super - always quick to respond to messages and helpful with any question that came up. We really hated to leave. Thank you for a great stay.

Pros: Nice house and nice, quiet neighborhood.Cons: When we arrived the AC was not working and it was 85 degrees in the house. The next day the property manager replaced the capacitor but no change. The next day they delivered a room AC which brought the temperature down from 87 to 85 after running for 2 hours. The owner’s son in law came up from Phoenix the following day and finally fixed it. I think we should receive a partial refund for the first week.

Prescott Valley

We stayed in Prescott Valley for a local soccer tournament. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood and about 10 min away from any major shopping centers and restaurants. The house was very clean and had everything we were looking for. It was a definite plus being able to use the garage during our stay. Would definitely book again!

Quite and comfortable.

Just as advertised. Beds comfortable and the attached garage was nice. No spices or cooking supplies so bring your own if you are planning to cook meals. The best thing about this rental is the property manager (Alison). She is awesome!

Clean, Charming, Functional, attention to detail

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cottage at Sheridan. It was super clean, great neighborhood, well appointed and functional. The little extras made it extra special. The Welcome Snack Basket upon arrival, pantry loaded with staples like S&P, olive oil, spices, creamers for coffee, almost every appliance you could imagine, Wifi worked great, etc. Thank you Stephanie for helping make our stay memorable and effortless. Highly recommend this rental.

Very Enjoyable

The Sheridan Cottage is a perfect place to play tourist in the Prescott (Pres-kit) area. The house was clean, well equipped and in a pleasantly quite neighborhood. The boxers enjoyed the fenced back yard and we enjoyed the sitting area out back. We visited Whiskey Row, Jerome, Tuzigoot, Out of Africa Tiger show, Fort Verde, Montezuma Castle and well, the local lakes. You can’t miss Mortimer’s farm as they have the best pies. Had great food at Left T’s, and The Palace and La Casita in Verde Valley. It was a great stay and we hope to return to the Cottage and this beautiful area soon.

Home in PV

The house was spacious and accommodating for our family. I just wondered the timing of your house keeping services. The bed rooms and bathrooms had lots of dust. If the house was empty for a while that would make sense, if not, maybe your house keeper should be reminded to dust the furniture & bathroom.

Exceptional VRBO

We were in Prescott Valley visiting with family and rather than hotel rooms we opted for a VRBO home. This house is a jewel! Clean, comfortable, and convenient, the home is nicely appointed making the stay very pleasant. The home is managed by Molly who has the house set to welcome you with a basket of treats and soothing music. The grapes were hanging from the grape arbor and the humming birds were whizzing about the shaded back patio. We had absolutely no complaints. We will be back to Prescott Valley in the future and hope to stay in this home on those visits. You cannot go wrong selecting this home for your vacation stay in Prescott Valley.

A Great Place to stay

Centrally located and very easy access to everything and all major roads. This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this property and I just love it and would go back again. Very clean inside and roomy. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because there was no soap or shampoo in the showers (maybe tenant before me took them); Ice maker & dispenser does not work; 3 of 4 fluorescent lights in the garage were burned out; and there were several dead trees or bushes in the side and back yard (one lying on the ground) and one bush next to the house that suffers from overgrowth. However, other than the soap and ice maker, none of the outside stuff bothered us and we did enjoy our stay. Thinking of returning in the future.

Needs maintenance

Kitchen sparsely stocked. No filter for water. Guest bathroom shower did not work and fan in second bedroom did not work. Grounds in back of house need attention.

Clean, quite and comfortable

The property is in a quite neighborhood, little thru traffic but most striking was the friendliness of the neighbors. It wasn't uncommon for people seen in their yards or walking by the road to offer a friendly wave. And watch for a wave or a nod from drivers you pass on the road. When we arrived, we found the house clean and exactly as pictured. And having been recently painted and with new flooring it was like staying in a model home. The kitchen was well supplied but in our case with so many good restaurants in the area we took advantage of the convenience and ate out most meals. Because my wife and I travel with our pets, the fully enclosed backyard was a welcome relief. The girls thouroughly enjoyed sunning themselves in the safety of their temporary home. We can easily recommend a stay at the Cottage at Sheridan
