Vacanze in questo bellissimo condominio sulla spiaggia con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni e 1/2 su The Strand in Oceanside! Questo moderno condominio è a 5 minuti a piedi da numerosi ristoranti famosi, microbirrifici (ad es. Belching Beaver), pub, lo storico molo di Oceanside e vari chioschi a noleggio che offrono biciclette, tavole e necessità sulla spiaggia. Condominio può ospitare comodamente 12 con un divano letto estraibile (con topper) e chaise longue nel soggiorno principale. Inoltre, una camera da letto si trova in una casita privata che consentirà la privacy pur godendo il tempo con i vostri cari. Le camere da letto sono dotate di materassi memory foam e sono ariose e illuminate dal sole naturale. Il balcone privato offre una vista panoramica sull'oceano e ti consente di goderti la tua tazza di caffè mattutina con accesso recintato proprio su The Strand!

Great week at the beach!

Really enjoyed our week at this property. Condo is very nice, location is great, and ocean views/patio are fantastic. Beds/mattresses need replacement.

The Condo was exactly as pictures on website! We will be back! The sunsets were amazing.

Excellent! We will be back. The Mgmt co was quick to answer questions, such as directions to get main TV Chanel’s and instructions for ice machine. We loved this Condo!

Good to see my friends and family

Came out to see friends and family for a quick weekend stay. The home is beautiful and right on the water. Probably going to book again, at least I’ll try. The property manager is great, this is the third time at three different properties that we have used them. Nothing changes from property to property, their service is spot on. Great job! Bobby

Can't beat the location

Fantastic view of the ocean & had a wonderful time with friends & family. Only down side were a few maintenance issues, dishwasher didn't work for our 10 day stay which was a minor inconvenience. Property manager was notified right away but was never able to get it fixed.

April 2017 Stay

This condo was amazing!!!!! Our expectations were more than met, everything was in perfect order and we were in need of nothing more than what was provided. All of the furniture and appliances were high quality. We were spoiled! Being able to choose to enjoy the crashing waves of the ocean 24/7 was delightful and breathtaking. I definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Beach Vacation

fabulous! great location and unit. our vacation was enhanced much by our agent tim pioway. from the beginning he make it a worry free booking (which i was apprehensive about booking on line) he answerd all our questions before and while there, he was wonderful. if we called him, he responded within a few minutes. it's sad he will not be the agent for this unit anymore. i would recommend tim to anyone anytime!

Fabulous Beach Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could not have found a better location for our vacation to the San Diego area!! The pictures of the view and the unit do not do it justice. From the well equipped kitchen to extra linens and beach towels, perfect for our needs. There were 3 bedroom when you include a casita, which would give you a nice break from the group. We are planning a trip next year with our daughter's family and there will be plenty of room for her family of 7 + us grandparents. Easy in and out of unit and garage.

Gorgeous Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our week in this condo! The open floorpan was great for our family thanksgiving by the beach. The views are ridiculous and we practically lived on that pario watching the waves crash. The third bedroom doe not have a picture but it was perfect for our 2 teenagers as there was a double/twin bunkbed. The King bed in the master suite is quite uncomfortable (our only complaint). The management company had excellent customer service. We ran out of propane the night before Thanksgiving for the outdoor fire pit and they had someone run a new one out Thanksgiving day! We were blown away. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic, Roomy House With A Great View of the Ocean!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our elderly aunt said that she wanted to "see the ocean one last time". We found this place and after seeing the description and reading the reviews, we booked it. The place is fantastic! It is a 2nd floor, huge property with an incredible view of the ocean. The property is handicapped accessible with an elevator to the 2nd floor and ample space for a walker or wheelchair. We spent a lot of time sitting with our aunt on the patio watching the waves come in. At high tide, the waves splash against the rocks and onto the narrow , quiet street that is the only thing separating the property from the ocean. Access to the beach is a short walk away with many rocks of various sizes on the beach that are perfect for sitting on when you're not walking the beach or playing in the ocean. We all plan to go back again next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting in Oceanside for 35 years and this property was not only the most reasonably priced, but also one of our favorites. The view is stunning, the layout of the property was perfect for our family with the casita offering privacy not only for my husband and I, but also for our daughter and son-in-law. The furnishings were high end and beautiful. The secure parking and elevator made coming and going so easy. The space was spotless and and the towels, bedding and amenities made us feel like we were staying at a resort. The deck was my favorite part of the experience. We had all the shade and comfort while enjoying the beach from the living space. The Rental company was excellent when we had to make a change from another property and company that cancelled our reservation and we had to book this property less than 24 hours before our arrival. What a change for the better! Beachfront Only had us set up within one hour and we could not have been happier! Would DEFINITELY rent this property again and will for sure use Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals without any hesitation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow! What an entrance-to walk through the door and gaze upon the bluest ocean & sky! This house was so amazing--from the outdoor patio(very comfortable furniture!) to the exquisite decor! We had an amazing time people & nature watching from the patio--especially the unbelievable nightly sunsets! The house was very clean and just about everything was perfect! The beds are memory foam mattresses on platforms so for our taste, too soft. But for others, it might just be perfect! Also, we had to ask for more than one set of towels per person to make it through the 4 days we were there without having to do laundry--which WAS available and great to have! We never figured out how to lock the glass door on patio--didn't seem to work but this place is extremely safe! Our last afternoon there, we decided to picnic with appies and cocktails on the patio and just ENJOY! We saw sailboats and Skate-Girl, dog-walkers and bumpin' low rider parade of cars, unicyclist, motorcyclists, bycyclists, well, you get the picture! It was a memorable afternoon and a place we would love to visit again--if not for the soft beds!

Amazing View

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The views were absolutely stunning, and the place was so clean and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, with everything being within walking distance. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend!

Million Dollar View!!

What an incredible home! It's even better than the pictures. We had a wonderful time sitting on the deck watching the waves role in. Sunsets were heavenly. The condo had everything we need and more. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dream place to stay!
