Bella moderna 2016 a casa con pavimenti in bambù, bagni moderni e tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici / mobili. Venite a rilassarvi su uno dei tre ponti spettacolari che si affacciano sulla laguna e sulla riserva naturale. Lounge con l'acqua o la cena e cocktail sul ponte completamente arredata completa con grill a gas. Un sacco di spazio di vita ... sei posti letto comodamente nelle camere da letto. Le sistemazioni includono 2 bagni completi e una doccia esterna. Proprietà viene fornito con la paratia e acqua accesso per le barche, moto d'acqua, o altri giochi d'acqua in grado di fornire divertimento sport d'acqua per tutta la famiglia. spiagge Long Beach Island sono 5 minuti di distanza. Questo è perfetto per famiglie, pescatori, tutti coloro che godono di splendide vedute panoramiche, tramonti, passeggiate nella natura, bicicletta e spiagge. Wonderful girls night!

Planned a fun girls overnight getaway May 2025. Communication was easy and the home was lovely! Very spacious and we loved the multiple outside decks. Looking forward to another visit in the near future.

Ken's home was great; clean, up to date, everything as described, and very, very comfortable. Terrific location; easy to get to main road (route 72) to Long Beach Island. Ken was communicative, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable. Would definitely stay here, again.

Peaceful, comfortable and wonderful home!

This home sits right on the water and is in a quiet and peaceful location. Great access to LBI and waterways for boating and other water sports. Home is comfortable and everything was accessible. Great getaway spot!

Great beach house

We had a family getaway for my daughter's Sweet 16. The house was just perfect. Very spacious, quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful view. It was exactly what we were looking for. We loved every moment of our stay. We would love to rent the house again. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect quiet location

This was a perfect location to celebrate a birthday. Right on the lagoon, and close to beach. The neighborhood was extremely quiet so we were able to enjoy family time on one of the many porches. Host were very easy to get ahold of if needed. The house was clean and very open.

My wife and boys had a great time. The house was beautiful, lots of amenities, very comfortable and accommodating. Lots of space for family time, and plenty of spots for one while reading a book. Spacious home - never wanted to leave

The house was so pleasant and beautifully decorated. There was room for plenty of people to sleep. We entertained using the BBQ and the kitchen. There is seating at the bar area and kitchen table. It was perfect. There were so many ways to hang outside.. back and front balconies, the dock… I would love to go back for a longer stay

Great Host

Kenneth was very responsive and accommodating as this was my wedding weekend and he made sure this part of the weekend was stress free. The property is everything you want from a shore house experience. Highly recommend.

Wedding Weekend

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as stated in the description. Only change was a Keurig Machine for coffee rather than a coffee pot but we are a fan of Keurig. The owner was very accommodating allowing us to check in early on Friday in order to attend a afternoon cocktail get together on Friday.

Wedding Weekend

We had a wedding to attend on LBI and this home worked out perfectly. It is extremely nice. Very clean and well appointed. The mattress in the master bedroom was so comfortable!! We enjoyed our stay very much. Kenneth, the owner, always responded to our email inquiries in a timely fashion and was very accommodating to our needs. Good location -- it is a Lovely home. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great Home

Spacious home with great beds, slept like a dream! This home was up to date with modern appliances. The decor was simple and clean which was easy on the eye and no clutter. Easy access keypad. Looks newly renovated and may still be adding to their inventory of amenities. Suggest inquiring for particular items if your planning on doing extensive cooking and such. Great hot water, no problems taking showers with all the girls. Would love to stay again.

Terrific Home

We found this home to be spacious, comfortable, and clean. Having breakfast on the deck overlooking the quiet canal was a pleasant way to start the day. We spent our days at the beach, and it was an easy drive - sometimes a bit of traffic, but the distance is short enough that we never felt that to be much of an inconvenience. The kitchen is not overly well equipped. We kept or cooking fairly simply, and found for that the only thing really lacking was a couple of cutting boards. Bring your own beach towels, or do as we did and buy $3 towels at the nearby Walmart.

Pictures looked great, but they must have been taken ages ago. the property was worn and in great need of an update. There were no garbage bags and it took 6 hrs for the owner to leave me a message. There was dirty bedding laundry in two of the the closets.

Family thanksgiving/birthday trip

Everything was as listed. I didn’t give in a 5 because there is only a couch which fits 4 people. The living room has no chairs. So if you have more than 4 people , we are sitting at the counter trying to watch TV (football). No dish towels in the kitchen. The heat downstairs is not good. Very chilly. I would suggest renting only in the warm months.
