BELLISSIMA CASA DI BAYSIDE CON GRANDE PISCINA!

Questa proprietà è una grande casa lato baia che vanta 6 camere da letto e 4 bagni! Questa bellissima casa è assolutamente perfetta per qualsiasi gruppo di familiari o amici che viaggiano a South Padre Island, TX! La casa a due piani dispone di un interno spettacolare con ampie camere da letto spaziose, ampi bagni e un concetto aperto soggiorno e sala da pranzo. La piscina privata e la vasca idromassaggio nel cortile sul retro è incredibile!

La cucina è grande e ben fornita di pentole, padelle e utensili da cucina. Il soggiorno ha una grande tv a schermo piatto e diversi divani dove gli ospiti possono rilassarsi. La sala da pranzo dispone di un bel tavolo da 10 posti per accogliere gli ospiti con posti a sedere supplementari oltre al bar della cucina. Il secondo piano comprende le altre 5 camere da letto. Tutte le camere sono ben arredate e spaziose. Gli ospiti possono accedere facilmente alla piscina privata sul retro direttamente dal soggiorno. La piscina è grande e ha anche una vasca idromassaggio. È perfetto per grigliate di famiglia e uscire con gli amici. Gli ospiti sono invitati a utilizzare i due box auto per parcheggiare i loro veicoli. Questa casa può ospitare fino a 16 persone e consente fino a 4 veicoli.

This house was perfect for my family size! Pool was amazing! BEWARE if you talk loud you will get the cops called on you!! Neighbor put in a noise complaint about us because we were talking too loud while eating dinner outside. Was definitely a vibe kill because we had to be cautious the entire weekend to avoid getting a ticket. Other than that very nice place.

Great stay and awesome house!!

Our stay with SPI rentals was great as they offered a beautiful house that was able to fit a big group of mine. There was no wait and everything was great! Close to the beach so easy for fun and great pool in the backyard.

Wonderful stay! Great property. Superb management team.

Not only was the house ideal for our month long vacation, but this is by far the best management company we've ever dealt with on our many years coming down to the island. Any call to the company brought almost instant response and solutions to every issue that arose.

Everyone on our family reunion (young to old ) had a great time on the island. The house was large enough for 15 and a great location. Hosts communicated regularly and provided great service.

Everything was great 👍

We stayed at the home from 07/03-07/08. It was close to everything. The house was equipped with what we needed and it was clean. I didn't know how to turn the heat on for the pool but the maintenance guy came within minutes. Everything was great 👍 thank you for making our trip a success
