We understand how frustrating it must have been, especially with limited mobility, to navigate around blocked sidewalks and inaccessible handicapped parking. While construction is managed by the HOA and unfortunately outside of our direct control, we will be escalating this issue with them to ensure they are aware of the impact it had on your stay. If we had been informed, we would have gladly provided additional washcloths. The beach service attendants are not employees of Coastline Condos or Maravilla. We will address your concerns with the service provider. Tipping should not be a requirement for receiving your setup. I am very sorry you had issues with this property during your stay. We would have welcomed a phone call or text with your concerns. We want to satisfy our guests and answer their concerns during their stay, so upon arrival, we ask that you call us if you have any issues at all and we will address them right away. I am calling in my housekeepers and my inspector to answer these issues and they will be financially disciplined because of your review.
