We strive to provide accurate and comprehensive information about our property in the description, including the absence of AC in the main living area which is clear on the property description so i can not understand your review about a missing AC in the main area in a beachhouse where the windows and doors are open all day long . We understand that preferences may vary, and we apologize if this aspect of our accommodation was not aligned with your expectations. Dogs are running around because it's a open beach and they come because tenants feed them normally. Regarding the cleaning service, our team diligently ensures the cleanliness of the premises every day. We were surprised to learn that the staff was sent home " from you " earlier than normal, as we aim to offer our services throughout your entire stay. Communication is vital during your stay, and we encourage our guests to reach out to our hosts if any issues arise. We regret that we didn't have the chance to address any concerns promptly, as we didn't receive any communication from you during your stay. Warm regards, Alex

Ok here is my statement about this group !! Booking request 6+2 but arrived without permission 12+3 !! After several reminders and 4 days later finally I got the extra payment for 12 people. I never got any messages about broken cabinet doors, shower issues or old or broken faucets. I never had a group like this they asked to wash the towels 3 - 4 times per day !!! We are not a hotel, it is a private villa with limited laundry facilities and again the booking was for 6+2 and not for 15 people who asked for towel change 3 times per day !! Internet works great, and we never had any complaints regarding the internet before. I would like to see a beach villa in the DR that offers AC for the living area with more than 500 m2 of living space. When 15 people are looking into the fridge it is unfortunately so that the fridge no longer cools enough and water is running. I have received complaints about loud music at 1 o'clock in the morning from neighbors because these guests have held a party with DJ without any agreement or permission. Although I cannot say anything decent about Ana's stay, I must stick to my good manners. The communication was poor and they were a complicated person to host. I cannot give any recommendations for this group.
