Questo spazioso e lussuoso condominio con una camera da letto sulla spiaggia del favoloso SunDestin Resort di Destins può ospitare fino a 5 persone e offre le più belle viste complete sul Golfo del Messico e una bella vista sulla città sia dal soggiorno che dalla camera da letto principale! Dal tuo balcone privato, osserva i delfini nelle acque cristalline del golfo, la spiaggia di sabbia bianca o per il suo leggero angolo occidentale, persino l'azione della città! Ha il meglio dei tre mondi! L'angolo occidentale offre una maggiore privacy rispetto ad altre unità ed elimina qualsiasi rumore dalla piscina o dall'area giochi per bambini in modo da poter avere il soggiorno privato più tranquillo che solo un attico può offrire. C'è un sacco di spazio e posti a sedere nel soggiorno con un divano di dimensioni standard, una sedia e una grande chaise longue vicino alla finestra, tutto perfetto per guardare la Smart TV da 55 "connessa a Internet, accedere agli account Netflix per i film o ammirare le splendide viste. Ha anche una bella sala da pranzo con tavolo e sedie.

La cucina è arredata con gusto con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito e completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare un pasto in famiglia. Ha anche una finestra che si affaccia sulla città e sulla baia!

Svegliati con le stesse splendide viste direttamente dalla tua camera da letto principale. Anche fronte oceano con accesso al balcone privato! Ha un letto KING, bagno privato con il proprio armadio, armadio di dimensioni standard con cassaforte, ventilatore, ferro e asse da stiro, porte scorrevoli private sul balcone, Smart TV da 55 "con connessione Internet e sveglia. Per ulteriore spazio per dormire, c'è un letto pieghevole nell'armadio e un divano letto REGINA nella camera familiare.

Il balcone è molto grande, ha un tavolo a binario e due sedie e l'unità AC non è sul balcone per disturbarti come le altre unità! Un altro bonus!

Everything was great! Very clean, amazing view, within walking distance to several restaurants/entertainment venues. Our family of 5 slept comfortably with the extra pull out beds for the kids. Chris was a wonderful host and we felt welcomed the second we walked in - he was also very responsive with his communications anytime we had a questions on/off the resort. Will definitely stay with him again! Picture of breakfast on the balcony from my walk to Parlor Doughnuts!

Everything was amazing! As soon as we walked in, the view was breathtaking and the atmosphere felt very welcoming. Chris was on top of everything, responded back quickly, and made sure our stay was everything and more. Highly recommend!

BEST PLACE TO STAY!

Communication was beyond amazing! Condo was clean and had all the extra touches you need on vacay. Master bed is very comfy. AC works great. Kitchen very well equipped. On site parking pass included with stay. Laundry on premises if needed. Cute little shop in lobby for anything you want or forgot. View from the balcony is gorgeous and beach access is right there. I will stay in this condo for any future Destin staying!!

Spring break vacay

We enjoyed our stay, the condo had the best view of the beautiful water! Super cute, comfy bed, had some snacks and wine for our arrival. Communication with owner was great, always there to help! Despite construction going on all around the condos we did not have any issues during our visit. The location was great, tons of places to eat and other activities right around us.

Great view! Perfect layout inside! Had construction going on so lots of the amenities were closed & it was noisy but the owner had no control over this at all. His responsibilities were perfect!! ❤️

This was hands down the best experience! The owner Chris, made everything perfect for us. Check-in & out was easy, he even let us have a later checkout which really helped out. We had everything we could possibly want or need, best stocked condo I have ever stayed in. It was our Anniversary & we were welcomed with a gift basket & a bottle of wine. The Beach views were absolutely breathtaking!! Excellent Condo & definitely will be back! We highly recommend!

The property was beautiful and wel kept. It was very clean and the view was amazing. The property owner was fabulous to amswer any questions we may have had and was "the hostess with the mostess". Will definerly return for a visit in the future thats for sure.

Paradise at the Penthouse

Such a beautiful condo and a wonderful host. Destin is so beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and decorated so nice. Chris made the whole process very easy. We hope to be lifelong friends with Chris and visit often. I highly recommend Chris and his beautiful condo.

The condo was vey well stocked with everything we needed. The view was the best I’ve ever seen and I have stayed in Destin several times. Our host was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place. I will be staying again.

Anniversary- Wedding Vacay

Our daughter was getting married on the beach on the same day as her Mother and I anniversary so we were celebrating her wedding, our anniversary and the first time to Destin for both of us. Could not have asked for any better experience all the way around.

Excellent Experience

We had a excellent stay and we plan to visit again and when we do this is where we will stay. It was neat and clean. Any questions we had Chris was responsive immediately and gave some of the best recommendations for restaurants. This was our 10 yr. wedding Anniversary and he left us a bottle of wine with 2 wine glasses and a bowl of snacks which we really thought was kind and thoughtful. Had one of the hottest heat waves but when we arrived he had cold drinks in the fridge for us. The bed was very big and comfortable. Had the perfect view of the ocean, the bay and city. You can literally see the ocean from every room except the back bathroom and sink room. Had all utensils and dishes in the kitchen we needed and then some. We were not disappointed at all! Chris answered any questions we had even before we booked the room. We give it and him 5 🌟's

Everything was perfect!

From day 1 setting up the condo until the day we checked out, everything was just wonderful. Great communication with owner and he was very informative! Clean condo and supplied with everything we needed. I highly recommend this unit! The view was fantastic also! Will definitely book this very same one next year!

Vacation was awesome from start to finish. The view is spectacular. Great bars and restaurants on the Harbor Walk. Great fishing! The beach and water also awesome!

The owner Chris is amazing and always available to communicate with. He has been renting his beautiful condos for years and has tons of repeat guests returning every year so get an early start on your vacation dates because they book up fast. He is quick to respond to any request or question. He owns penthouse units 1814 and 1815 at the beautiful SunDestin Beach Resort and is involved with every aspect of his rentals. He manages the properties personally so you won’t have to deal with any property management companies or the front desk and is obsessed with neatness and cleanliness. He has almost 100% 5 star ratings and is a Premier Partner with VRBO. Chris takes care of his guests from the moment they inquire about his properties until the time they get back home to ensure you had a wonderful stay. Just read all his reviews and you’ll be a repeat guest like most others.

This property is extremely well kept and always super clean. Decorated beautifully with a Destin beach vibe and up to date. It’s on the Penthouse level 18th floor on the top so it is super private and quiet with breath taking views of the beach, ocean and city unlike all other units in the building.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

What is amazingly unique about this penthouse unit is that the balcony sits at a slight western angle giving it unlimited full views of the city lights and action as well as the entire ocean and beach as far as you can see, not just the portion in front of you like some units. This means that you don't have to walk out onto the balcony in order to see the water and the beach. You have amazing views from the living room AND the master bedroom since the bedroom is not positioned back deep inside by the front door.
