This unit is great! Nice layout for a couple of people. The host was amazing. The kitchen was well laid out for usage as needed. The beach view was also wonderful. Perfect for sunsets.

The condo is beautifully decorated with a Beach theme. It was very clean and had some complimentary snacks and wine when we arrived. Chris was very informative and kept in touch the whole time. We would love to come back.

It's perfect can't reccomend enough! It's amazing the view was gorgeous and the host was incredible. P.S There's a full body mirror behind the bedroom door. Also Sundestin itself has chair and umbrella rentals (you're not allowed to bring your own umbrella) for just the chairs it's 35 and an extra 20 with the umbrella. You can bring a beach towel or something to lay down wherever though.

Very nice place to take a break from life with beautiful views of the ocean and the city. Chris was really awesome with his communication from start to finish! We love the views even from the bedroom, he even left a welcome gift for us. We will definitely come back sometime, we were very happy with absolutely everything.

We absolutely loved our stay in Destin. The penthouse unit we stayed in was awesome. The views were incredible. The room was so nice and clean. The host was awesome and answered any question we had. We couldn’t have been more happier with our stay. Would definitely like to go back.

From our first opening the door walking in instant cleanliness and very welcome home feeling. The bed is very comfy too. Several added features throughout the Condo just a short observation list:“Alexa”the home activated internet chat device just ask she answers. Lighted temperature shower head. Small paper cups bathroom. All the needed bathroom toiletries The TV’s with all the viewing options with Labeled remotes All kitchen appliances and utensils. The rooms setup decor very inviting . Very clean balcony area. With comfy chairs great views. I’m sure there’s more nuances we’ve noticed that made our stay very enjoyable and welcoming. The ease of the sliding doors to balcony Thanks again for our nice stay. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Penthouse condo was beautiful. Chris the owner is super responsive and truly cares about your stay. Kitchen has everything you could ever need and the views are fantastic. Having 2 separate bathrooms is a huge plus and the shower is great. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Destin.

We loved our stay at the gorgeous Sundestin Condo. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and snacks to start. The views are just amazing on the 18th floor. You see everything. The room was clean and spactious. Loved the shower. A great shower just makes the stay satisfying. Stay here and you wont be disappointed. The king bed was perfect for us. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need. Needless to say the ocean was what we came for, and it was warm, crystal clear and the little fish swimming around just made it feel like your In the caribean. 100% loved our stay. Thank you Chris!!

Gorgeous! Beautiful view of the gulf and white sandy beach. Perfect fit for us. The unit was super clean. Chris, our host ensured we had everything and more that we needed. Much thought was put into setting up the unit. His responses to any questions were very quick. The building was quiet, parking was plentiful, the laundry and trash were conveniently located to the unit. Our favorite part was the balcony! We enjoyed sitting out taking in the breeze. The pools were nice and we were able to get in a little exercise at the fitness spot. Definitely a place to return to!

The kitchen all you would ever need to cook your favorites. The entry when you first get there takes your breath away woth the mysic playing the view the places that is yours for how long you have got it. Our host was there if you needed him helpful with everything. It is very close to restaurants and shopping and our own private beach.
