Questa unità al 9 ° piano è un condominio FRONTE GOLFO con vista panoramica sul Golfo del Messico. Viste fantastiche dal 9 ° piano! Godrai delle splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca e dei tramonti mozzafiato sul balcone. Questo condominio decorato con nuovissimi mobili, materassi e biancheria da letto.

La cucina ha nuovi ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e una nuova macchina da caffè keurig. L'illuminazione è incredibile! Il nostro tavolo da pranzo può ospitare tre persone ed è separato dalla cucina da un bar per la colazione che può ospitare tre persone.

2016 letti a castello integrati di recente installazione con TV via cavo nel 2016! Bel modanatura a corona nelle zone giorno !!

La zona giorno ha una NUOVA TV a schermo piatto da 40 pollici con DVD e un divano letto matrimoniale!

Pavimenti in piastrelle in tutta l'unità - niente moquette!

La GORGEOUS & NEW Master Suite ha un letto king size e una TV a schermo piatto da 32 pollici.

AWE THE VIEWS !!!!! Il balcone ha quattro sedie per guardare albe e tramonti meravigliosi.

Il Pelican Beach Resort dispone di una selezione di servizi che includono una scelta di 3 piscine (una delle quali è una piscina coperta), un centro fitness con sale a vapore secco e umido, Sala giochi, Griglie all'aperto, Garage coperto, 2 campi da tennis, Tiki Capanna, Market Cafe e vasca idromassaggio.

Ottimo posto dove stare a Destin! Vicino a ottimi ristoranti e negozi. A pochi chilometri da Destin Commons e ottimi ristoranti!

Vacation with ease!

We really loved this condo, it was close to everything needed in Destin. We loved the easy beach access of getting up everything day and just heading down stairs with the ease of the beach equipment in the condo no need to rent. Was a great space and would book again.

April School Vacation

Amazing views- perfect size condo to spread out (we’re a family of 4). Check in/check out was simple and efficient. A lot of restaurants are walking distance or a 10 Uber/Lyft.Walked to Publix/Winn-Dixie for groceries/adult beverages for the week- Uber home. Beach is amazing-pool was also amazing. Rental came with 2 chairs,cooler and umbrella. Great family environment! Coffee at sunrise on the Adirondack chairs. Went to sleep a few nights to the sound of the Gulf!We’ll be back next year!

Perfect location!

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped... and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities offered are all anyone could ask for, and the water is the prettiest I've ever seen! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing week here, and would definitely stay again! Thank you to the owners for such a lovely experience.

Family Vacation

Very nice, clean, spacious place to bring my family for a week’s vacation. On the beach, great weather, nice pools, people were all friendly and it was just a great space to unwind and relax.

Clean, comfortable, great view!

This was our second stay at Pelican and we look forward to coming again. This condo was all good. Clean and comfortable furnishings. But the best part is the balcony with a fantastic view of the gulf.

Mom daughter trip

We had a mom/daughter trip. My 11 and 8 year old loved it! The condo was perfect and had a fantadtic view. Pelican beach resort had a calm safe feel and the beach is fabulous. Communication with the host was great. We have only good things to say about ourtrip.

Absolutely Awesome!!

The 902 was exactly as described. Everything was so beautiful and exceptionally clean. Communication with the owners was seamless and quick. There are two beach chairs and an umbrella available to use, which is an awesome perk. This was a 25th wedding anniversary celebration and we had an amazing time. We will be booking with these owners again in the future!

Great Week in Destin!

We loved this property. It was clean and just as pictured. The bed was comfortable and the bunk beds were perfect for our two kids. The views from the balcony are incredible. While not a reflection of the unit, specifically, during our stay they found glass in the main gulf side pool and had to drain it (as well as the adjacent hot tub) and it was closed the duration of our 5 day stay - very disappointing, as that was the pool my kids were most looking forward to playing in - it's a zero entry pool, perfect for kiddos. They also had to close the other main pool on the side of the resort for two hours due to someone vomiting in it. It's a pain to pack your own beach towels for travel but I understand. We didn't utilize the shared floor washer/dryer but those were located right outside of the unit if we chose to. We also chose to pay for the beach chair/umbrella set up which was nice. With kids in tow, it'd be hard to be set up with personal stuff behind their rows of chairs - you wouldn't have a good line of sight to them playing in the water. Minus the closure of the pool, it was a great stay and we'd come back!

Perfect for toddlers!

We have a 1- and 3-year old. This was perfect for so many reasons. When they needed to nap, potty, and get back to the room, we could get to our room in 5 minutes. The bunk beds are perfect with the TVs, and the 9th floor is the perfect level. Any higher would seem high and any lower was too close to the pool. This has to be the best unit in the building, and this is one of the best places to visit with littles. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful place!
