Immagina di svegliarti ai meravigliosi panorami dell'oceano. Goditi questa bellissima casa a schiera che si trova a 25 piedi dall'oceano ea pochi passi da Lahaina. Puamana è una gated community a sud di Lahaina. La comunità di 30 acri è ben tenuta con rigogliosi giardini e paesaggi tropicali. Se ci sei durante la stagione del mango, i mango freschi sono fruttuosi dall'ufficio di Puamana. Per le vostre esigenze ricreative, Puamana dispone di 3 piscine, una piscina si affaccia sull'oceano e campi da tennis.

La casa a schiera ha un ampio spazio aperto e accogliente ed è davvero un posto per rilassarsi e godersi una vacanza. I grandi cursori aperti aprono l'intero spazio del muro sul lato dell'oceano, il che fa sembrare che tu sia proprio sul bordo dell'oceano. La vista aperta in tutta la casa consente al sole di splendere dentro, sia che tu sia nelle camere da letto o nel soggiorno.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con un'isola in marmo ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Puoi cucinare e goderti ancora la vista sull'oceano.

La camera da letto principale è arredata con un letto matrimoniale e si affaccia sull'oceano. Le porte scorrevoli si aprono sul lanai in modo da poter fare il bagno nella poltrona. Il bagno principale ha una doccia in marmo aperta con un soffione enorme.

Le 2 delle 3 camere da letto aggiuntive hanno anche letti queen size, la terza camera ha 2 letti singoli. La camera da letto al secondo piano ha il suo bagno personale e l'attico ha un ulteriore bagno con doccia in marmo e soffione a mano. Una delle camere da letto nella mansarda si affaccia anche sull'oceano.

We had a wonderful stay, even with LaLa hitting during our stay! The best thing is the location. You can’t beat hearing the waves crash and the beautiful sunsets and sunrises. My kids enjoyed being able to boogie board right out the back door. The beach really isn’t a sit and relax kind of beach. During low tide you can walk for quite awhile, lots of rocks but still enjoyable.There are lots of supplies for cleaning up, kitchen items etc. The host property manager was very caring and helpful.

Beautiful location and property. Celebrated a birthday with family and friends. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and felt like we were home. Watching the sunset while enjoying a home cooked meal on the back porch was fantastic. Great place for a family vacation.

The home location is excellent. The views off the balcony and the great room are wonderful. A couple things you must be aware of, the beach right outside of the property is very rocky and there’s not much sand area. Instead of going to the popular beaches, we went to the local beach. One thing we noticed, is the house needs some TLC. I don’t know the last time that the owners were there, but there is a towel bar torn off the wall in the master bathroom, as well as a robe hook, the screen for the screen door to the balcony is also not attached. There are extra pillows, but no pillowcases; one washcloth for the master bath. There are many little things that need attention. When we arrived, the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms was not working. We arrived on Saturday and it wasn’t replaced until Wednesday. We were never offered any kind of refund. Overall, the home has beautiful “bones” but has been neglected.

Our family recently stayed at this incredible beach front property in Maui! Unfortunately our trip started during the flooding in March 2026, so the pools were closed for a few days and we couldn’t swim in the beach in front of the property, but it was central to many other beaches, perfect location to check out the coastline and has everything we needed! The house could use a few updates, but you can’t beat the view. We saw countless whales from our patio and balcony and the sunsets are remarkable. The only thing that would have made our stay better was staying another week! Hope to come back soon!

The beach view is awesome and the second story balcony view is breathe taking. However the furniture needs updating. Lounge chairs are not comfortable and the chairs on 1st floor patio have no cushion. Again view is awesome but chair in living room that reclines the back leg is about to break. Master bedroom patio door does not lock- during the night a towel rack fell off the wall in the master bedroom bathroom. Very loud sound in the dead of the night. Also air conditioning quit working in 2nd bedroom upstairs- all plugs were to the same circuit lights, outlets, air-conditioning, etc. Most outlets would spark when trying to charge cell phones.We only had 3 hand towels total for 8 people- 1 each would be nice. The view and the fact that it is accessible to the beach does help but the inside of the house needs a little up keep.

Worst vacation rental property of any I have stayed at anywhere in the World. Condo flooded on the first floor. Property manager, host NOR VRBO would help. Always have a backup plan onbyoir own if you use VRBO.

The host replied to my messages very quickly. The house was amazing and the view was amazing. We saw whales every day. We had some crumby weather so we weren’t able to use the pool. I think we had the best view out of all of the houses. The house was huge! Perfect for 6 people. If I ever come back I would definitely stay there again!!!

CheckIn took a little bit. We were unable to get ahold of the host right away. The lock had to be rebooted. But once we got ahold of her it was easy. That stuff happens. The place was very clean. Comfortable. The location was ideal! And the VIEW WAS… no words. The whale watching was awesome. I would recommend this rental to ANYONE. It’s fab

Breathtaking views of the Pacific and Lanai right from your own lanai! This roomy rental was perfect for our multigenerational party of 8. Community amenities were fantastic, and the flat green space behind the property is perfect. Overall, a great spot in an amazing location. That said, these are some important considerations:-This is a three story unit. LOTS of steps. All of the AC is window/wall units and it will be hot when you walk in the door. It does cool down quick. -Having multiple vehicles results in additional charges, and this is not specified. -Both the grill and the stove top have issues getting to temperature. Not dealbreakers, but you should know for planning your meals.The properties in this community are old and beachside, and as such suffer from pest management challenges. Be on the lookout for cockroaches and mice.

This is one of those places that makes you think "oh yeah, i could live here!". The location and view are amazing. Being able to slide open the doors so you have an unobstructed view of the ocean is only matched by getting to hear the waves crash right there on the beach. The property itself was amazing and had enough space for us, our three children and their grandparents. We found plenty of beach toys, pool floaties, and snorkel masks so we could enjoy the water. There are two pools on the property, one has an amazing view but is a little cooler and the other was just right for the kids to swim in even when it was raining. Located at the bottom of Lahaina, it was easy to get to the grocery store and all the amazing western Maui beaches were less than 30 min away. Diane was very friendly, communicative, and responsive. We didn’t have any issues while we were there but she was great about answering all my questions before we got there in a speedy manner. Already thinking about going back to the same place!

Beachfront condo in great location!

You are right on the beach in this condo!! We had a great stay with an 8-person group - Plenty of space and great location close to Front Street - lots to do nearby!

Our family stayed for the entire month of July and had a wonderful time. We are already planning next years trip. We would recommend Puamana to anybody.

Family Vacation

The property and community in which it is located is beautiful and well maintained. We loved the convenience of walking out on the lanai and directly to beach access. We are a family of 6 adults and 1 child (14 months old) and enjoyed the ease of the townhouse, yard and beach. The community is quiet and located within walking distance to Lahaina dining/shopping district. This location was a great find for our family.

Cozy condo within earshot of the waves

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The best location near Lahaina...close enough to be there in minutes, far enough away to feel away from it all. Condo was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable...people in the area friendly. Only knocks would be road noise can be a minor nuisance (windows on road side were excellent and road noise did not get through, so no issue sleeping) and ice maker was not working. Would stay again!

Paradise

Perfect location. We have rented same condo before and same condo complex another time. Owner was a stickler for not refunding us when covid hit (all others in our group were refunded with no problem), but made good on allowing us to use the credit later. We will definitely be back as we love this area.
