Goditi la posizione migliore di Moab e i grandi spazi aperti nella nostra residenza cittadina con 3 camere e 2 bagni. Ottima vista sia del Moab Rim che del Gold Bar Rim e solo un paio di minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Un garage per 2 auto più 3 spazi vialetto aggiuntivi e un ampio parcheggio su strada rendono questa casa estremamente comoda per portare tutti i tuoi rimorchi e giocattoli!

Una planimetria aperta e molti posti a sedere per tutti nel tuo gruppo con TV da 60 "e camino nel soggiorno, TV da 45" nella camera da letto principale, TV da 32 "nella camera da letto matrimoniale, WIFI e lavatrice / asciugatrice (il detersivo è fornito). Un cortile protetto con un barbecue Kitchen Aid più molte altre aree salotto all'aperto e un cortile privato recintato rende questa casa perfetta per bambini e animali domestici. Sono inoltre disponibili molti giochi e guide e il tavolo da ping pong è in garage.

La piscina coperta comunitaria è una delle uniche piscine tutto l'anno di Moab.

Wonderful place for family trip to Moab area

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was spacious, clean, well appointed kitchen, wonderful backyard sitting area with views of surrounding mtns. Extremely happy. House was located near many restaurants, and away from the busy Main Street area. Two car garage and plenty of room on the driveway to park. The kitchen was well equipped and a good choice of spices and seasonings. A for our host. Extremely good at communicating with us to make sure all was satisfactory and no issues.

Comfortable, clean, good location

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for three nights in this spot which was close to Main Street on a quiet street. We were very happy with everything except the main TV which we spent a long time trying to get to work with the instructions we'd received (which, it turned out, were different from the instructions actually at the house). Neither set of instructions got any of the channels to work. We were only there during the evenings and called for support and were told that the manager couldn't take her technicians away from their families in the evenings to try to fix this. They did come the next day while we were gone and got it going, telling us that it was all working fine when they got there. We had asked to send us their updated instructions if they came but never received them. Otherwise a very nice place and good exeprience.

Thanks for the thoughtful review—we really appreciate it. We’re so glad you enjoyed the location and the overall stay. That said, we hear you on the TV frustration. Having two different sets of instructions (neither of which worked) is on us, and we can see how that would be especially disappointing when you’re just trying to relax in the evenings. We also understand the timing wasn’t ideal. While we do have some limitations with after-hours technician availability, we should have done a better job troubleshooting remotely and, most importantly, following up with clear, updated instructions after the fix. That piece shouldn’t have been missed. We’ve since reviewed and streamlined the instructions for the home to make sure they’re accurate and easy to follow moving forward. Thanks again for the feedback—we’re glad you still had a good experience overall and hope to host you again next time you’re in Moab.
