This is a beautiful property with perfect ocean views. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials for enjoying meals on the balcony. The master bedroom has it's own entrance to the oceanfront balcony, and our kids really enjoyed that they had access to their own balcony with city and ocean views. Management left thoughtful packages of toiletry, laundry and kitchen cleaning essentials. The location was very convenient, with several eating, shopping and entertainment options nearby. We used the workout facility and found it to have equipment suited to our needs. We didn't use either pool, but both were clean and had nice views. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and can't wait to come back in the future!

The view from this property is breathtaking. There was more than enough room for my family of 5. The unit was clean upon arrival, but I would suggest replacing the carpet in the master bedroom. It was very old and worn.

This was a great experience for my family of 7. The location of the beach was very nice and the view was amazing. The beds were all very comfortable, even the pull-out sofa. The only issues we had, and they were not real big issues, but the water dispenser on the fridge was just a trickle and the ice maker ran out of ice, but nothing to really address while we were there. We also had to run the dryer a lot longer to get our towels and clothes dry, but again, nothing that would keep us from staying again and it did not stop us from having a good time. Our family has discussed it and we would love to make this an annual trip and would most definitely stay here again and have even discussed staying in the same condo again, if it is available!

The condo was in desperate need of a make over. Wall and wood work needed paint. For a place that sleeps 8, there were only 6 coffee cups. The balcony had 4 chairs, no table or any place to put a drink.

Beautiful view, condo was clean but few things need to be upgraded….rugs and carpet are a little dirty and that is my only complaint. Location was perfect and the stay was awesome!!!!

We all enjoyed the stay. 3 BR and baths. All 3 rooms had access to a balcony, and you could see the Gulf from all. Great location. Indoor and outdoor pool were awesome

Great place!

The room was so spacious which was a big factor since it rained most of our trip! Great location close to everything we needed. A lot of complaints about parking however we drive suburban and had no issues. We had to go into the parking deck one time and is a little tight but so doable! Recommend this place for a getaway!

This condo has amazing views. The location is within walking distance to so much - food and shopping. Very clean. The managing company was very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, great views

This is an end condo and has great views. Plenty of room for the family. Check in was easy. Furniture could have been a little more comfortable, but would definitely stay here again. Easy beach access and great pool. Code for door was disabled by 8 and had read another review about this so one of us stayed in the room so we could get back in.

Teachers on Spring Break

The property location and views (despite stormy weather) were wonderful. The property gave us a lot of space to enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen was very nice and allowed us space to prepare meals together. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The only negatives were the glass door leading to the balcony in one of the bedrooms was inoperable and the sign blocked any view we may have had. The living room furniture could also be updated.

Great family vacation

Family enjoyed staying here. Storms on Monday caused fire alarm system to wake us up at 1:00 am on Tuesday & Wednesday. Boys will always remind me of this. lol

Beautiful place. Great support Had a TV broken and within an hour of reporting it, they had someone checking it out and an hour later they had a new TV. Very well set-up place. Our family had a freakin blast!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! GREAT LOCATION!¡ We will be back.

Fabulous ocean view!

Location location location!! Can’t beat the view!! The condo was very clean. A bit outdated but did I mention the location!?!? Kitchen was well stocked. Would have been. Nice to have a hair dryer, hangers and tissues but other than that great!

Wonderful condo!

Other than there being 2 elevators to transport a large # of condos, we really didn’t experience huge issues getting up and down from the 10th floor. We absolutely loved our condo, the view, the pool and the beach. The views are just as amazing as the pictures portray. 5 stars! We’ll def be back!

Island Tower

Older property with very tight and limited parking situation. We were in a surburban and could not access upper deck parking because of height limitations. Unit was comfortable but some furniture needs to be upgraded. WONDERFUL views and patios. Overall, we enjoyed our 7 day stay very much.

Perfect Location!

We loved that we were just steps from the beach! Easy access and we never had a problem with the elevators. Elevators were always available and always working. We used the grill downstairs and the kitchen for meals. Rooms were just as described and just like the photos. The views from the large windows and balconies were amazing! I thought we were in a great location, we walked to several places, including the Hangout and public beach area. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good parking and easy access to the beach. Condo is good size for 6 adults and 4 children . I like the key pads on the doors. Didn't have to keep up with a key or card. Could Of had a few more elevators but the wait wasn't to long to get on one. Overall great experience

Great Location

The property is in a great location. The view was wonderful. Checking in was easy. The negatives are definitely that it wasn’t clean. The carpeting was blackened by traffic, our bare feet blackened when we walked bare foot in there. We always remove our shoes when we enter. The sofa had many stains. Walls dinged from previous vacationers. The ceiling filters were black. A definite positive was the immediate response from the property management to have the air filters changed.

Won't rebook

Jackhammering during the weekdays, only one elevator working, livingroom furniture needs to be replaced, terrible pots and pans, electric can opener not working., dishwasher would not dry dishes.
