Incredible beach access across the street and a quick 8-10 min walk to town! Hosts were very accesible and accommodating. Amazing space in house and on porches.

Thank you so much for your review! To be clear, Avalon is exactly one quarter mile from the very center of Seaside, which is an average 5 minute walk. But we certainly understand making a very casual stroll to see all the beautiful homes on the way there!

The property is awesome! Everything was first class from start to finish. House had everything you need and more. Easy access to beach and so close that we never carried a cooler all week. Great for large families or groups, great layout with 4 master bedrooms. Everyone in our group would rent this property again.

The owners were so amanto work with, super responsive and kind. Their home is perfect for large groups and families with small children. Location is an easy walk to shops and restaurants and the beach is just across the street. Ideal!

This was a wonderful place to stay! It is an excellent location to the beach and to Seaside . The home was perfect for us and our adult children and their families . We all loved the beach and the pool was a big hit with the kids (and the adults! ). Some of us got to enjoy exploring the area on bikes too. The hosts gave us greats ideas on local places to eat, shop and explore. We had just a wonderful week together with our family and have such sweet memories to cherish. Thank you so much. Looking forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay! The perfect house to host a large family, and the location was perfect! (As was the price!)Very close to town, we were able to all walk even with small children, and the beach was a 30 second walk!

Really nice house overall. Very clean and well kept. Furnishings are up to date and the entire place is well appointed with kitchen equipment, drink glasses and dinner ware. Outside the pool is great, grill is awesome and beach chairs and umbrellas are a nice added item for those that are traveling light. Overall, location is good, close to all the action in Seaside and exceptionally close to the beach. While the location is not technically on the beach, you are just steps away, and from your 3rd floor balcony, you can see the ocean and beach. Great views. Wonderful place for a family vacation!

This property was perfect for our family! The two kitchens, two outside decks, the pool and the proximity to the beach were key for our family of 9 adults and 6 grands! We will definitely be back!!

Loved our week here so much!! The views from 3rd and top floor were perfect:) communication was above and beyond what we are used to. Our first time here and we loved the town. Bikes were a lot of fun and we rented baby gates for our crawler:) great place to spend a week! We regret nothing!

Great place to stay on 30A. Close to Seaside with beach access just across the street. The pool was a hit for all the kids after fun in the surf. Lots of toys, chairs, & umbrellas available. The house is well outfitted, plenty of lovely rooms and space to gather or hide away. The only downside is the noise from 30A over Spring Break. If you are looking for a quiet respite close to town and the beach come in the off season. If you’ve got kids who want to be close to everything over their school break this is your spot. All in all the family loved it. The house was clean, well maintained, and the hosts were awesome and available if needed.

We loved staying at this house. It was so convenient to the beach (literally steps away) and the Seaside shops and restaurants. The views from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies were extraordinary, House was very accommodating and came with beach chairs, bicycles, beach toys and more that made our stay more enjoyable. Plenty of room for our family of 14.

We have never stayed at a house so well equipped with kitchen, entertainment, and play supplies. The weather wasn’t conducive for laying out by the pool, but the outdoor fireplace kept us warm while lounging poolside, and the heated pool was a necessity!The house location was perfect. It was less than a 1 minute walk to the beach and less than a 10 minute walk to Seaside Square where we indulged on a variety of foods.Views from the 3rd & 4th floor balconies are spectacular.Amenities were also a plus. The aforementioned walk to the square was a simple 3 minute bike ride for those who preferred not walking.All in all, it was a great experience!

Thank you for staying! We love March vacations at Seaside. The average high temperature in March is 69, so it tends to be very comfortable, especially when you're basking in the sun!

Paradise

Avalon was perfect for our family of 10: close to the beach and Seaside, plenty of bedrooms, and large kitchen for cooking. Having a private pool was an extra special perk. Would definitely stay here again!
