WIFI ad alta velocità - Cucina completa con tutti i comfort, tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 4 e 2 sgabelli situati al bar in granito della cucina. La master suite ha il proprio bagno grande lavandino e doccia stand-up e letto king size situato direttamente sull'oceano con accesso al balcone dalla porta del patio di 6 piedi. La camera degli ospiti si trova sul retro del condominio con 2 letti, un alto cassettone e un armadio. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV via cavo. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha una vasca e una doccia per bambini. Il soggiorno si trova direttamente sull'oceano insieme all'accesso al balcone dalla porta del patio 12. Il soggiorno dispone di divano letto queen size, divano e poltrona TV HD da 50 pollici con cavo. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice situata in questa unità. Ocean II è nel centro di OC facile accesso sia a nord che a sud dell'OC. Oc ha molto da offrire, probabilmente da una delle spiagge più grandi e belle della costa orientale, a ristoranti, golf, parchi di divertimento, leggendari lungomare e, naturalmente, bar, ristorante e club notturno di Jamaica USA Secrets. Rope Walk (ristorante e intrattenimento per tutta la famiglia) è dall'altra parte della strada a piedi inizia in 83a strada accanto a Oceana II **** 3 minuti a piedi **** Questo posto è FANTASTICO !!!!

The property was just as advertised, directly on the ocean. The apartment was spotless, check-in was a breeze, and we loved every minute of our stay.

Girls Weekend

We stayed at this same condo last year and loved it so much that we came back! It’s clean, convenient to so many things and the best oceanfront view! The property managers are accessible if needed with any questions. It’s a great condo!

Another beautiful stay at our favorite place. Can hardly pull my wife away from the balcony watching and listening to the surf right below us. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Can't wait to get back. Great, responsive hosts. Thank you

Great place. However, there were two big issues.

Listen, it's a great and beautiful place. The views are stunning.But, as is mentioned in other comments, you don't find out that you need to bring your own towels and linens until just before the visit. You don't figure that to be the case, given the photos and how most VRBOs are handled. Nothing like a quick trip to Walmart to buy 50 bucks worth of towels and sheets so you can sleep and wash up. (I don't rent linens.)The biggest problem, however, was being locked out for the better part of a day without my phone, which was a disaster. (I made a quick trip to take out the trash without my phone.) I had extended my stay by a day a week in advance, but apparently they didn't change the access code. Locked out without my phone, I had to knock on the doors of the very few people who were there (offseason) to get word to the owners. Unfortunately, it took most of the day and I missed an extremely important meeting because of it. I also had to deal with it when I was visiting my father in the hospital.The messages with the property owner were initially infuriating, implying it wasn't a big deal because I was visiting my father during the lockout. After expressing my dismay (that's cleaning it up), I was refunded for the day I was locked out.

Million dollar view

This property was located in North OC, convenient to food and shopping. The view was fantastic and the condo was clean and accommodating. Some supplies were there for my use. Definitely relaxed.

winter getaway

We have stayed in this condo several times in the past and it was just as wonderful as it's always been. The furniture and beds are comfortable, we had what we needed in the kitchen to eat in, and the view of the beach is fantastic! It was freezing cold during our stay, but staying inside and enjoying the view while relaxing, reading or watching TV was just perfect for our winter getaway.

enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at Oceania 2 in Ocean City. The place was advertised as a luxury newly renovated condo which upon arrival we realized must have been a while back. The Kitchen, bathroom and flooring were all completely done and beautiful. The furniture is definitely due for some updating as it is wearing significantly. No sheets or towels are provided for this condo which we did not realized until the last minute as you actually have to click on the room info to see this. Fortunately we did just before we left and brought our own. That was a little disappointing. The only contact we had with the owner was for a lack of coffee maker which had been listed. We told him there was not one and his response was well it should be there. Well, it was not. We never heard from him again. We did have a Keurig so we went to the store and bought pods. The room could have been cleaner. There was sand both on the floor and in the bed. We had not been to the beach yet nor did we track any in. We left the carts outside of the room as instructed and suitcases and belongings never touched the ground. The location is excellent- centrally located in OC accessible to all of the fun activities. The views from the room were gorgeous. We did overall enjoy our stay

Location, Location, Location. Can’t get any closer to the water. Fell asleep to the waves lapping the sand. Mid-town, easy access to everything. Private, secure, very clean, everything you could want or need. Can think of no negatives. Booking return today. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Clean and just steps from the Beach

Building itself is a bit dated but the unit was modern and clean. The only negative about this unit is that you need to read the fine print. Towels and linens are not included. You need to bring them with or rent them when you arrive. No paper towels or soap in the bathrooms either. Just making sure others are aware and not surprised by these things when you arrive. Host is responsive and helpful. Knowing these things, I would still rent again.

2nd time around

This was our 2nd time renting this unit, our other visit was in the Spring. Summer rental is hard on a unit, but this wonderful condo weathered well. We are booked for our 3rd visit in Spring 2025... can't wait!

Mildly ok

We left a day early; weather was awful! There was no info parking spot; had to call VRBO. Their service was pronto. I thought the hallway was dark and dreary; so was the first bedroom with a blocked window. There was lots of moisture in bathrooms; found turning on fan helped. Upon reading last minute info, we realized we had to rent linens; not happy about that. We were charged some "service" fee; thought that would take care of that. If weather permitted, the pool was not inviting. It was tucked in back beneath surrounding patios. All in all, disappointed.

Great place!

Was spacious, comfortable and the perfect location for us. Beach wasn’t crowded in front of the building and we never heard the neighbors. Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay, condo met all of our needs, location and beach was great. Most needs within walking distance or short drive. Grandchildren used and enjoyed the pool. There were a few kitchen amenities missing, but overall a positive experience.

Fantastic condo!

What an incredible condo! I am handicapped with Rheumatoid Arthritis and some other health issues. Perfect place for me! Walk-in-shower that easily accommodated my shower chair, larger doorways, and the most beautiful view from the balcony! The recliners gave me a great night's sleep! Great amenities, quiet, great location, assigned parking space, beautiful beach, and plenty of room for the four of us -- it truly is the "total package." We liked it so much that I booked it for next June before we left!

Perfect getaway

Spacious for a small family. The views of the beach are unmatched from the living area and master bedroom. We’ve been to Ocean City a few times and this location is the best we’ve stayed at yet. Would definitely consider staying here again.

First VRBO in Ocean City

The unit was comfortable and nicely furnished and up to date. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The balcony had great views of the ocean. The master bath had plenty of room. The rooms had lots of storage space with dressers and closets. The unit had plenty of pillows for those who need extra pillows. Everything functioned correctly. The kitchen had what we needed although we didn’t use it much. Parking was available. The only thing that was very disappointing was that the ad on VRBO didn’t indicate the unit doesn’t come with bed linens or towels (beach, bath, kitchen). Renters find this out 2 days before you arrive that you have to rent these items (if you don’t bring them) for an extra $100 to $200 dollars. Who travels out of state with a suitcase full of linens and towels? The ad should clearly indicate that the rental doesn’t include these items so that the buyer can know if they rent the unit and don’t bring these items, they will need to add that to the cost of their rental. We’ve rented other VRBO’s and these items are not difficult to provide for the renters. The mattresses on the bed were also not protected with any leak-proof coverings which we found strange as you would want to protect your nice mattress.
