Questa fantastica casa con 4 camere da letto, 4 bagni e mezzo può ospitare fino a 12 persone. Ci sono due master suite, una al primo piano con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra al secondo piano con un letto king size e balcone privato. Entrambi i maestri hanno grandi docce walk-in. Le due camere dispongono anche di bagno privato. Una delle camere ha un letto matrimoniale e l'altra ha 2 letti singoli su letti a castello. Our family of 11 had an amazing week in this home. The house was spotless and the perfect size for our group. Our three grandchildren loved the pool and the easy beach access made it that much better. Our hosts were very responsive and even checked on us throughout the week. We would definitely stay here or any property managed by Benchmark!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bathroom had lots of mold. Cable tv, utube tv did not work and I had to use my account. Called to give this information to your team, they did not care and said to send an email.Not professional.

Great 4 bedroom house + pool in good location

Traveled with 4 adults and 4 kids with plenty of extra space. Located close to beach access for an easy walk with young kids. Private pool is great.

Perfect Stay at 30A

House was perfect for our two families. Walk to the beach is the perfect distance. The pool at the home is a welcome retreat after the beach. Home was well equipped. Great stay.

Would have preferred if there were extra blanket/linens and pillows. Also very few towels for 8 women. The property was mostly clean but we did have some bug issues. I know in Florida it is hard to avoid bugs but we did have a cockroach in the kitchen and that was unpleasant. We wanted to get the pool heater turned on but management was slow to respond and by the time they did, they said it was too late to turn it on because it would take too long.

Each home is stocked with a full sheet set and comforter for every bed, along with towel quantities based on the home’s occupancy. However, we sincerely apologize if there was a shortage during your visit. If additional linens or towels are ever needed during a stay, our team is always happy to promptly deliver extras whenever available. We also apologize for the insect issue you encountered. While the home is on a regular pest control schedule, we understand how unpleasant that experience can be, and we have arranged for additional treatment and inspection following your report. Regarding the pool heat, we do our best to coordinate requests in advance since pool heaters can take close to a full day to reach temperature depending on weather conditions. Great place for families

Great place for families! It was very close to the beach. The backyard was very comfortable and we spent most evenings hanging out watching the kids swim. We loved having the pool in the shade to get a little break from the sun at times during the day. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

Thanksgiving at the Beach

We spent the week at Kahlee-sea. Everything was great. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. And the heated pool was fantastic as the week was a little cool. We would definitely stay at this property again. It's proximity to the beach and other activities were very satisfactory

Extended Family

We had a great time however the jacuzzi doesnt work and the house does sway when others are using the stairs for instance. If you are sensitive to movement give it some thought. Great location but there are a lot of stairs inside and out of the house.

Family Vacation at the Beach

Every kitchen item you would every need, and more plates, cups, and utensils than anyone is like to use. The backyard was wonderful. It was shaded most of the day and a great place to cook and hangout. The pool was bigger and deeper than it appears in the pictures. The house is a a two minute walk from the beach access, and the beach of gorgeous. It’s also conveniently situated not only the The Big Chill entertainment area, but to Seaside and Rosemary Beach. We highly recommend.

They were the best at getting back to us promptly with any questions we had. Thank you so much for that!!! The house was beautiful- area was nice but the steps to the beach are not for those of us out of shape. We didn’t realize when we booked the home that we had those stairs. Other negative was the pool- we thought it would be warmer but it wasn’t warm enough to enjoy- maybe later in the summer but the area around the pool was fantastic and comfortable for the whole family to hangout. The house is in a great location and offers plenty of space, but there are quite a few stairs to be aware of. Upon arrival, there was a faint cigarette odor—not overwhelming, but noticeable. While the home was generally clean, some of the rugs did have visible stains.The biggest disappointment was with the heated pool and hot tub. We paid for heating but were not informed that both are on a timer and only turn on in the evening. Because of this, we were unable to use the pool during the day, even though temperatures were in the 60s. When the hot tub finally did turn on, it was too hot to comfortably use.We reached out to the management company and were told a manager would follow up, but we never received a response. Additionally, we couldn’t adjust the thermostat in the house, which made it uncomfortably cold at times, and there were limited extra blankets available.Overall, while the home has potential due to its size and location, the lack of communication and control over key amenities made the stay less enjoyable.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. A quick easy walk to the beach made it easy for multiple trips needed for a toddler. We were able to return to the house for nap time and lunch and return after. Highly suggest bike rentals. Easy trips to Rosemary Beach for dinner and shopping. There is a sway in the house that could be felt at times and more in some parts of the house. Only complaints were the oven did not heat accurately or quickly, hot tub emptied and refilled daily, it did not heat or have working jets, and really long wait times for dinner out. The house was family friendly. We left beach chairs for the next guests. We flew into Destin / Ft Walton so we purchased them and left them.

Nice home

House was perfect size for family stay bedrooms and bathrooms were great and cleaned well however alot of dishes under the cabinets had to be washed before using due to greasy pans and utensils having old food still on them. Internet service was horrible and could hardly get the wifi to work in 2 of the rooms . Pool was cold so we paid extra for the pool heater on friday was told it would take 24 hrs to warm up fully we did have some heat friday night but we expected to get up Saturday morning to it really warm since that wouldve been within the 24hrs but when we went down the pool was freezing and my kids couldnt swim all saturday i did reach out to management but it never seemed to get turned back on so that was a wasted 72. Overall the house was nice and in a good location

Just a swaying...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Khalee-Sea is a beautiful beach home. We loved that the pool sits under the house. Saved on having to use so much sunscreen. Bubble pool jets never turned on. We enjoyed the fire pit on the cool evenings and the kids made smores. Location is perfect, beaches not over crowded. Not to far from shops and restaurants. The Big Chill is a must check out. I had read reviews about the house swaying. It definitely swayed a lot and caused motion sickness for a couple of the family members. If you get motion sickness this home is not for you. One other issue was the amount of coffee mugs (only 5). We had seven adults who drink coffee or hot tea. For a home that sleeps 12, there should have been more coffee mugs at least 8 - 10.

We chose this house specifically because it advertised a private heated pool, which was a major reason for booking. Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely misleading. Despite daily temperatures above 85F, the pool stayed between 65 and 70—far too cold for most people to enjoy.What makes this even more frustrating is that we offered to pay the 60-per-night pool heating fee, and the owners still refused to heat the pool. If the pool can’t be heated when guests are willing to pay the fee, it should not be advertised as a heated pool.If you’re looking for a vacation rental with a usable private pool, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked this property, and it ended up being one of the biggest disappointments of our stay.

For clarification, pool heating is available seasonally and is not recommended during warmer weather, as consistently high outdoor temperatures can affect water balance and increase the risk of algae growth. When this occurs, the pool would require additional maintenance and chemical balancing that cannot be supported on a daily basis during peak warm conditions. That said, we understand how important the pool amenity was to your stay, and we regret any disappointment this caused. Wonderful stay

Beds are comfortable and everything was clean. Would definitely stay here again!
