Ti godrai questa nuovissima, ben arredata 3 camere da letto più bonus room, residenza cittadina di lusso a 3 ½ bagni con tutti i suoi servizi tra cui un ascensore privato, ripiani in granito, docce in piastrelle di ceramica, porte doccia in vetro, grill a gas all'aperto, tutte le camere da letto con 32- Smart TV da pollici, smart TV da 55 pollici nella Great Room, 3 ponti / patio con splendida vista sull'oceano, parquet e pavimenti piastrellati.

Questa casa sulla spiaggia di seconda fila è la dimensione perfetta per una famiglia numerosa o due famiglie. Può ospitare comodamente 10 persone ed è dotato di un Master 1 - letto matrimoniale, un Master 2 - letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto - un letto a castello pieno e due letti singoli e una camera bonus con letto matrimoniale. Una cucina completamente attrezzata è aperta allo spazio luminoso e arioso, che ha un tavolo da pranzo per otto e un bar per la colazione per quattro. L'accesso alla spiaggia è direttamente dall'altra parte della strada con la croce a pochi passi dal patio. Puoi nuotare o fare surf nell'acqua riscaldata dal ruscello del golfo, costruire un castello di sabbia o camminare lungo la spiaggia fino a Kure Beach e Carolina Beach Boardwalks. Lavarsi la sabbia dopo una giornata in spiaggia è facile con la doccia esterna.

Family Vacation

Great location for a family vacation. Steps from the beach. Beds were comfortable and the layout of the house was great. Property manager was very responsive and the rental had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

You won't go wrong renting this property

The house is awesome with great views of the beach / ocean. The house layout was perfect and situated just a few minutes off the beach. The host, Barbara, was incredible and was always available to answer any question. Barbara and the owner provided long descriptions of things to do in the area and local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Old fashioned family vacation

The property was almost exactly what we needed - one more bathroom would have made the place ideal. However - All-in-all - I would rate 4 1/2 STARS Great location, great beach w super quick access - clean and well maintained house, master balcony, 2nd master terrace, beautiful ocean-view 3rd floor balcony, Lots of 3rd floor space.

Great beach location with pool access

This house was perfectly located at a crosswalk to the beach, with a pool sized for the kids! Check in was easy. The property manager was responsive to requests, and it was a great location to explore the area.

Great unit! Clean, cold AC, excellent location to beach access with a great view. Manager was very responsive and even had someone to the property within 10 minutes to fix a minor issue. Would stay again!

PERFECT BEACH VACATION

Our family LOVED staying at this beautiful home. It was a perfect place to enjoy time with family. The home itself is very inviting. We loved everything about it! The location to the beach is great. The location to things to do is excellent. Our family would most definitely stay here again.

Great family getaway

This was our first time visiting this area. The house was perfect for 10 people. Lots of bathrooms and the upstairs was awesome to sit, visit, and cook. Great location to the beach and pool. Loved having a grill and a garage for storage!!

Easter getaway

Great location with beach access across the street. Great amenities with beach chairs and assortment of bikes provided. We enjoyed watching some of the old DVD movies provided and The Masters while it rained. Very comfortable and great location. Would definitely rent again.

The property was very nice, kitchen was far better equipped with all necessities than many beach rentals. Property manager was very attentive and responsive to any concerns. We would definitely consider a return rental.

Fabulous rental!

We had such an amazing time at this rental! It is spacious, well-furnished, clean, and very close to the beach. Perfect for our family beach week (my parents LOVED having an elevator too!). The owner was very responsive and flexible. The beach was beautiful and we also really enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be coming back!

Fabulous place for a girls getaway

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The property was clean and well maintained and the amenities were perfect. The responsiveness from both Brenda and Barbara was wonderful. Barbara was kind enough to offer us a late checkout and we were so grateful to have a little extra time in the morning. Will absolutely be returning!

We purchased this brand new luxury townhome in 2017 because it's in a perfect location with every amenity a family, or two families, would want. Our dream is to eventually move to Kure Beach once our children graduate from High School. We are very proud of our new home, and spared no expense to make it an ideal vacation home that we hope you will look forward to returning to. This beautiful island has something for everyone, from easy-access gorgeous beaches, nightlife, fireworks every Thursday, lots of planned community events in Kure Beach and Carolina Beach, State Park for fishing, hiking, biking, kayaking and crabbing, Greenway path for biking, walking that connects Kure Beach to Carolina Beach, 2 four-wheel drive access areas, Fort Fisher historic center and recreational area, lots of amazing restaurants, shops and community members.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We first visited Kure Beach in 2016 and completely fell in love with the area. We have the best of all things in this relaxed beach community with options just down the street at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk that is very festive and touristy, but take the bikes the opposite direction to escape to a very peaceful almost rural type feel for hiking, biking, visiting the Civil War Museum, Aquarium, Ferry, Wildlife reserves, etc. It absolutely wonderful.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Location is perfect. Exit the patio, walk across the crosswalk, and your toes are in the sand. Includes lots of brand new furniture, Large dining table to seat 8 plus breakfast bar for 4, Expansive great room with all new furniture (2 full size reclining couches - very comfortable), luxury mattresses, bedding, gas grill, TVs in all 4 bedroom, and a 55 in. TV in the great room. Free wifi and DirectStream cable is included along with smart TVs in each bedroom and the great room to log into your other streaming apps of choice such as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. The resort-style landscaping is such a beautiful escape. The community pool is just steps away (you can see the entrance from the kitchen window). You will love sitting on the oversized top deck and what the waves crash on the sand. We are 2nd row, but close enough that it almost feels like ocean front. 3-4 cars can fit in the driveway depending on size, and there is overflow parking available in the grass along the street.
