Non potresti avvicinarti di più senza essere di fronte all'oceano in questa spettacolare casa di città. Goditi le viste mozzafiato e le albe in questo condominio da 5 ½ bagni (di cui 2 padroni), 4 ½ bagni con molto spazio per tutti!

Troverai lusso dappertutto poiché nulla è stato risparmiato in questo tesoro di 2100 piedi quadrati, con granito, elettrodomestici ss, nuovissimi pavimenti in piastrelle e nuova moquette al 3 ° piano. Arredamento di lusso con un'atmosfera informale. Enorme terrazza al largo della camera da letto principale, enorme ponte coperto dalla grande sala, altri 2 ponti sul retro.

La zona giorno principale al 2 ° piano comprende den, cucina, tavolo da pub con 6 sedie, 4 sgabelli da bar, terrazza coperta con tavolo e 6 sedie, 1/2 bagno e camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato / vasca idromassaggio. Il terzo piano ha un'altra camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato e ampio ponte prendisole, 4 letti a castello per i bambini, due gemelli nell'ultima stanza, bagno in comune, lavanderia. Ristoranti, negozi di alimentari, sala giochi, il molo di pesca di Kure Beach si trova a 1 isolato di distanza. Minuti da Fort Fisher, NC Aquarium e Southport Ferry. Solo un breve viaggio in auto a Wilmington, NC. centro di intrattenimento / passeggiata sul fiume e Battleship NC.

Absolutely amazing! Hosts were great to work with. Property was one block from ocean and the walk was easy. Clean rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, garage, etc. Location was great and easy to get to shops, restaurants and activities. House was filled with everything you could need while on a vacation (pots and pans, sand toys, chairs, grill and more.) Would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to find a place on the beach and not have to worry about anything else but having a great time on vacation!

Great location, clean rental, and so happy to have beach chairs available to use so we didnt have to pack them.

This was our second time staying here. Can’t say enough good things. House location is excellent and the house has everything you need and more. Beds are comfortable as well. Garage is also stocked with plenty of chairs, wagon, toys, etc. thanks for another great stay!

We have stayed in this house 7 times now and it never disappoints! The house is always clean and well stocked! The owners are wonderful to work with as well!! Highly recommend staying here!!

This was our 11th year in this property, so that tells it all. Perfect location, the owner is great, and the layout is perfect for our group. There are plenty of bathrooms, too! I can't say enough about this property.

Amazing visit!!

Definitely a 5 star stay. Owners are great with communication and amenities were wonderful! We’ve been going to Kure for 20 years and this was by far our favorite house!

Excellent vacation property

This property was everything that was advertised. This house was very clean and Lea Anne was very friendly and answered back if you had any questions. We would highly recommend and stay here again.

Great for families

Shares this house with one other family and we really enjoyed the access this house gave us to the beach. It is set up nicely for two families like our situation.

Exceeded expectations

“Happy Ours” is the perfect place to stay. The host was amazing. Leann was so nice, and it was obvious that our comfort and happiness was her first priority. She had everything in the home you could possibly need for a vacation. Our family will definitely be booking this house again.
