Yearly trip to PCB

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and walking distance to Pier Park. Elevators was pretty quick compared to other places I’ve stayed in PCB. Check in and out was easy. Condo itself was nice with plenty of room for our group and the 4 beach chairs were great. Could use some new pillows for the beds.

Was a very nice place! Tv in the first bedroom dint have apps and you could only watch like 8 channels but other than that everything was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Floors were not cleaned! We called and they came in a timely manner. No mitts for the oven, no towels in the kitchen lack of good kitchen items and utensils. The can opener does not work. When we went to use the iron, it spilled out rust water on the shirt and bed. Both of our parking passes that we paid for did not work the whole entire trip, others were having issues as well. Great views from this location. They had a movie night next door that we got to partake in from the balcony.

The unit was perfect. Location was great. Elevators were slow. Furniture needs updates. Master bedroom mattress was horrible. Master bathroom shower caulking was black. Shower not strong enough. Wooden floor has some movement in it. Kitchen table stained. Hooks for clothes in the bathrooms would be nice. Toilets ran all the time.bathroom sinks didn’t drain well.

View and stay were amazing! Was great to have beach chairs and umbrella included. Tiny things that would take this from 4 rating to 5:Air vents need cleaningDresser drawers don’t work/slide and almost fall outNo beach towels (noted in description but inconvenient)Misc staples: salt/pepper, etc. The building was clean, great location close to food options, shopping and pier park. I’d definitely stay again.

Can't beat the location at Calypso! Great pool and friendly workers keep the grounds immaculate. This unit is decent but could use some upgrades and and good deep cleaning. The beds were comfy, and bathrooms clean, so I can't complain too much.

Great location! We stayed with our 5 kids. Plenty of room and bathrooms. Host was very responsive we would definitely stay here again. The location is walking distance to everything

Family vacation

The location was wonderful and easy to get to the beach. Had plenty of activities for the kids close by! Unit was a little outdated which made it seem unclean but overall great stay!

Very nice condo excellent location.

It was very easy to access the pool along with the beach, and close to several dinner options. Will keep in mind when booking for another trip.

My husband and I enjoyed this property very much. Everything was great, the location is great, the place was very spacious, beds were great, no complaints. Look forward to booking again next year.

Wonderful views" We do our very best to provide a nice clean condo along with 2 sets of Free beach chairs and 2 large beach umbrellas for your enjoyment. We do provide a starting supply of toilet paper for all bathrooms along with other consumables for you to begin your vacation. It is customary when renting a condo in all of the resorts here in PCB that guests will bring or purchase when they arrive the type of products they prefer to use such as toilet paper, other paper products, laundry detergent and preferred cleaning supplies for the remainder of their vacation. Thanks again for being our guests it was our pleasure working with you and please do come back again. Bob .
