Thank you Michael for your great review. I am so happy to hear that my condo met your expectations for cleanliness, proper maintenace and enjoyment of the view from the balcony while sitting in the bar height polywood adirondack chairs. Glad you thought the king bed was comfortable. It is difficult to match all of my customers' mattress preferences from very soft to extra firm. This one is about in the middle leaning towards towards firm. Please come back and stay with us again!
