Altri 2 minuti e arriverete alla soffice sabbia bianca e alle acque turchesi della Rivera messicana. Our stay here was awesome! The place was all that we expected and more. We were there for a week and were very comfortable. It was our first time in Playa and we were provided with very nice instructions on how to operate everything in the condo and a variety of info on what to do in the area. Fantastic Place

Great property in a great location! My family enjoyed a week at Oasis Chloe. Owner is very attentive, full of information and recommended one of the best private chefs in the area. Claudio is also very responsive and checked in on us while we were there. It was perfect for my family of 5! We highly recommend staying there. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful place

The condo, the building, the property manager all exceeded our expectations. Beautiful place, very secure, in a location that is walkable to everything needed for a fun filled vacation. Lots of room, two nice outdoor areas, 3 very large bedroom spaces (including the amazing penthouse). Nice breeze to help on those hot days. Would not hesitate to return to the beautiful place! Classy accommodation in perfect location

We were in the perfect location in Playa del Carmen, with plenty of restaurants and shopping within a few minutes walking distance. The Cozumel ferry is within 15 minutes walking distance as well, and the host offers contacts for services such as private taxi, etc. The penthouse apartment has great atmosphere and views and the streaming apps for every TV was a big help to keep the kids occupied during downtimes. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

The condo is beautiful and in a great location. We loved spending time at the community pool and having 24 hour security was a big plus. The only thing that wasn't great was having to watch how much energy we used so that we did not exceed the 300 kilowatt maximum. It was incredibly hot but we were afraid to use the air conditioning.

Escape from the Cold

The Hosts were Excellent! They left great recommendations for food and beaches that were in walking distance. It was so nice that the unit had chairs and umbrellas for our use. The unit was exceptionally clean with plenty of towels and had all the amenities that made for a great vacation. We can’t wait to return.

Could Not Be Better

The condo was really lovely. We loved having the decks on both floors and ended up staying there much more than we had planned. We had a couple really windy days and the beach was not an option but the pool on the roof along with the sheltered bar area was perfect. The most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time. Easy check in. Responsive property manager. Loved the location. Well stocked and pristine condition. My husband is already talking about returning.

We are sorry you found the private stairs to the penthouse to be challenging. For other readers' understanding, there is a full size, spiral staircase with a hand rail that goes directly from inside the condo to the private penthouse. The penthouse can also be accessed through a private entrance on the common area roof top, which is accessible via a standard staircase, located next to the elevator, just a few steps from the front door of the condo. This staircase may be easier to navigate for the elderly or mobility impaired. Of the 4 grand parents in our family, all in their late 70s, two are fine to use the interior spiral staircase and 2 prefer to use the common area stairs. As for the view from the penthouse, we are confident it is one of the best penthouse views in the El Centro neighborhood of Playa del Carmen. While most penthouses and balconies look directly into other buildings, the Oasis Chloe penthouse overlooks the bell tower of the Our Lady of Playa del Carmen church and the wooded grounds of of a nearby private school. These open spaces allow for a refreshing ocean breeze which along with the precious ocean views always puts us at ease.

Great place, great location, great host

We stayed for 7 days in July. The location is a few minute walk to 5th & 10th Avenue restaurants & stores with a few more minutes to the beach. It's also a block from the Centro Park which houses Fiestas throughout the year. We were lucky to down there for one of their bigger ones and it was a blast to walk over and hit all the street vendors and listen to live music on the main stage. The host also gave us a great list of places to go, taxi's to use, etc. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place close to all the fun where you can walk to pretty much everything.

Very comfortable, spacious and safe

We are a three generational family of six. This condo was able to comfortably fulfill all of our needs. The host and building manager are very responsive. Communication and security are excellent, as is the location. We loved sitting upstairs together at night enjoying the moonlight and our own private plunge pool. A truly memorable vacation.

Perfect place in Playa del Carmen

The penthouse apartment we stayed in was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space with a well-equipped kitchen (which we didn't use much but still). There were plenty of AC units if we had needed them (one in each bedroom and one in the living room) and we enjoyed the plunge pool. We were near great restaurants but not SO close to main tourist street. It WAS loud some nights even though the noise-making clubs were quite a distance to us, but I think you would have to go FAR our to not hear anything. Using earplugs worked and my son's room which faced away from the noise was insulated from it. Would definitely stay again.

Highly Recommend

Ossis Chloe was a beautiful luxury apartment. It is within 2 walking blocks of the beach, 5th ave, local restaurants and walmart. Literally across the street from the bus station so super easy to travel to the airport. I have never stayed in a more equipped rental. Everything you could possibly need is there. 24 hr security, beautiful complex pool as well as the rooftop plunge pool. We had just come from an all inclusive resort in Tulum and this was so much nicer. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it.

Great location condo with bonus penthouse

We stayed 6 days at this condo. Great location, 5 min away walking distance to Quinta Avenida. Very clean. All the amenities you needed were there. Felt safe here with security in front. Claudio, the property manager was always quick to respond to our emails. The plunge pool was a welcoming addition to literally just plunge in from the oppressive heat. WiFi was awesome. Thank you so much for making our stay at Playa del Carmen memorable.

Amazing service!

The condo was exactly as described. Claudio, the Property Manager was amazing with communication and resolving the small issues we had. We loved the condo. The only con I have is the Murphy bed mattress isn’t that comfortable - needs a little more cushion - but that’s more of personal preference.

We have two amazing kids that are growing up too fast and will soon be leaving us for college. They have enjoyed traveling the globe with us and have met lots of interesting people many of whom we now call friends.

I have been traveling to Mexico since I was a teenager and fell in love with the crystal clear blue water and sugar sand beaches. I took my husband to Playa and we fell in love with the international feel of the city. We love strolling around town and finding new and different places to eat. The kids have enjoyed returning again and again to the same place and enjoy knowing where to go for the best food, groceries, shopping and beaches. We have made great friends in the building and love that we can hop on a plane and be in paradise in a couple hours.

After an exhaustive search of PDC, we arrived at Oasis 12 and fell in love with the building & our condo. We love Oasis Chloe because of generous floor plan and the beautiful cooling ocean breeze that is ever-present on the penthouse roof. There is plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax away from the stress and hustle of our lives in the States.
