As travelers ourselves, we know the importance of having a fully stocked kitchen, communication with the owners and location, location, location. One of the first things we did as new owners was to purchase the new king size bed so that all our guest plus ourselves can get that all important good night sleep. We're sorry that your stay wasn't the best.  As you mentioned, it is out of our control when the area loses power causing issues. However, we do provide candles and flashlights for our guest.  We always encourage our guest to explore the condo so that they can familiarize themselves to everything that we provide. The comfort of our guest is very important to us, and we are always looking for ways to improve. We do our best to prepare our guests for any situation and our property manager is always available to assist during your stay. Our property manager and cleaning staff keep the unit very clean, and we will make sure to inspect and replace any worn items.  Regarding your comments of the smell (sargassum), as you yourself mentioned, we cannot control nature. We send all our guest info so that they can research everything that Playa has to offer. That includes the sargassum season.  We take pride in the fact that our condo is a few minutes walking distance to two of the most beautiful beaches in Playa where our main street, CTM, goes right to the ocean!  Most times of the year, these beaches are pristine with turquoise waters.   We understand how frustrating these circumstances can be and have partially refunded you for the effected days.  We are committed to maintaining a tranquil place for our guest to enjoy their vacations!

We are so glad that you enjoyed your time at Casa De Namaste. We along with our guest really enjoy the tranquil pool area and the convenience of being so close to many great restaurants within walking distance, the short walk to the beautiful beaches and having the 7 Eleven nearby for picking up small items and ice. So glad that you put the umbrella and beach chairs to use. We encourage our guest to use all the extras such as snorkel equipment, the new pickle ball set, pool noodles, cooler and cooler cups so that they can enjoy a day at the beach or pool. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at Casa De Namaste! We will continue to make sure that all our guests have everything in the condo that they need to enjoy a relaxing and stress free vacation. The location of our condo was one of the main reasons we decided to purchase the property. Having those beautiful beaches a few minutes walk from the complex is wonderful and convenient. Being just a short walk from 5th Avenue where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located is also great. Regarding the charge for electricity, my wife and I try to be very mindful of the environment and encourage our guests to keep that in mind when using the AC. We recommend to our guests to raise or turn off the AC when not in the condo or during the morning or evening hours to open the patio doors to get that great ocean breeze throughout the unit! This not only helps the environment but lowers electrical usage and cost. Both which are very high in Mexico. We will continue to monitor our customers feedback and reviews to ensure that we find the best balance for both our guests cost and the environment.
