We had a wonderful stay! The unit was large and had plenty of room. We found it clean and comfortable. We were attending a Topeka Live Music Weekend and it was very easy to walk over to the venue from our unit. There was a pool and pickleball right outside the unit. The beautiful beach was a short 10-minute walk. I would absolutely stay here again. Our hosts were quick to answer questions and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

This place is absolutely amazing! It was very clean. The host is amazing and is very responsive. We loved that it was so close to the pool. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back! I can’t recommend this place enough. 10/10

This is our second time staying here and we love it. Easy check in and always a great stay with Patricia tending to any need. It is also an easy bike ride down to beach parking area for beach access. Lots to do in the area as well. Three bedrooms allow plenty of sleeping space. Also helps to have pool steps from back porch. Thanks for another great stay.

Second time staying at the property, everything was great! It’s the perfect place if you have some younger kids that enjoy the water, we didn’t get to swim in the ocean much because of read flag conditions but with the pool right at your back door the kids had a great time. Highly recommend staying here!

We love Seascape Golf Villas and resort. This golf villa is one of our favorites. Perfect location for pool and pickleball. Plenty of room to bring your family-grandparents too. Hosts are always very helpful and welcoming.

Relaxing and restful!

Always love coming to Seascape Resort for our Beach trip. Love this Golf Villa for its convenience to pool, pickleball courts and outdoor grill! This is our second year to stay at this villa! Our host are always helpful and check in and out are a breeze!

Great location

Truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the ground level location and the children were able to play by the patio as we relaxed. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Convenient to everything of interest. The property was well maintained, and the owner was prompt in her responsiveness to whatever need we had during our stay. Would definitely consider staying at this property again.
