Communication with the host was quick and helpful. The condo was spacious and very well equipped and super convenient to the elevator. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Very nice condo, beautiful view. Over all very nice stay

For the most part the condo was very nice and met most of our expectations, the facility and grounds were very well kept and was in a great location. Overall very nice stay.

Family Christmas Trip

This was a great venue for a family get together. The host was resopnsive to questions or needs that we had. Would recommend this property to others.

This spacious condo was perfect for our family. We brought older teens and young adults, so having the 5BR/5BA unit was perfect. It was beautifully decorated and the huge balcony was a hit. We would love to stay again!

Wonderful Time

Have been to Beach Club numerous times. This unit was very comfortable with great view. The unit was close to some excellent restaurants. Thanks for a great week.

Beds were not clean. Pictures fell off the wall. Kitchen sink fell out of the cabinet. Light bulbs out all over. Air Conditioner froze up. It was a nice condo which has not been taken care of.

Best Condo Stay in many years

Our first stay in Fort Morgan. The Condo was more than expected with lots of space for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed. The deck was so large and enjoyable for all 9 of us. Would definitely rent again…it is a little ways from the grocery store so we ordered our groceries to be delivered and it worked great.

Great accommodations

Loved the condo. It was easy to get to pool and beach. My only complaint there needs to be more handicapped parking spaces. My son is handicapped and I usually had to drop him at door then find a place to park. Hope to book condo again next year.

Great view at a wonderful resort

Great spacious 5 br condo at a very nice resort. My extended family of 12 (3 small children) stayed comfortably in this condo. Everything was great and we had a wonderful time. Gave the cleanliness 2 stars because we had to sweep and vacuum when we got there, sand and dust bunnies everywhere. Everything else was clean and I’d say the beds were pretty comfy.

We just stayed for 5 nights in this condo in June 2025. We had 5 couples. This condo was perfect for us. Everyone having their own room and bathroom was perfect. It was and well maintained. Plenty of room for all of us. The view and beach was great. Deck was large and room for all 10 of us to sit out there at once. Parking was a breeze and the community and activities are a plus. This is a very nice condo and I would recommend without hesitation.

Roomy, fully furnished with great view.

Wonderful furnished condo. We found that many outlets were not working especially in kitchen. One that we know of in king bedroom by kitchen also. Also ceramic floors could be a little cleaner. Had a wonderful time with family. Would def come back.

Our 3rd year here at the Beach Club. Always wonderful. This year we noticed not a nice supply of forks. Had to wash every time we ate a meal. Was inconvenient but still fine. Felt the floors were not as clean as last year. Overall beautiful place and beach.

MILLION DOLLAR VIEWS

Family vacation. 9 adults, Including 95 year old grandmother. House was perfect. Beds were extremely comfortable including pillows. Bathrooms were equipped Appropriately. Beach is always our number one priority. Which again was perfect. But surprisingly the pool was a number one hit with all of us. Our seventh time to Gulf Shores. And this condo was probably one of our most favorite stays. Million dollar Views from the Balcony.

Bed Bugs and Communication

My group of friends and I have been traveling together for years. Upon entering the condo, it was hands down our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. The place was clean, super spacious and absolutely perfect for our needs. That being said, we discovered bed bugs in one of the rooms, and when I reached out to Pam (with pictures), I didn’t hear anything back. I messaged her a couple other times with general questions and never received responses. I had two urgent questions, and she did respond to those. Overall, if the bed bug situation can get fixed, it’s a beautiful place. Don’t expect a ton of communication with Pam, especially in the messaging section of VRBO. I had to find her cell to get a response. I’m only doing a 3, due to the bed bugs and lack of communication.

My cell number is posted 5 times on the arrival email and is easily located, with instructions to send a text for assistance during the stay. VRBO staff even stated no correspondence from her to me was on file. Based only on the guest comments, a very expensive exterminator was called out for this procedure and the entire condo was treated, however only a couple of miscellaneous common insects were detected. Unknowingly, the very guest who reported this one suspicious bug, could have brought it in since it was reportedly found on the last night of the stay. This is a possible situation for any rental property anywhere in the world. It's just sad that property owner has to suffer the financial consequences and an intentionally hurtful review, when everything else was "perfect"!

Nice property overall

The condo was clean and the view was great! There was plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. There was a really bad storm one of our last night there that caused water to get under the floor in one room, but I don't think that happens often. My only complaint is the realtor that manages the property. She waited until the day before we arrived to tell us about a "mandatory" parking fee. When we arrived, the guards told us no fee was needed since we were overnight guests. The realtor then waited 2 weeks and charged our credit card for the parking fee. I was also kind enough to notify her of the water in one bedroom before we left so that it could be cleaned before the next guest. She did not offer any partial refund or apology for the issue. I would stay at the same condos again, but would rent one that is managed by Spectrum Resorts instead of dealing with Pam.
