This is The Beach Club - Avalon 901,a luxury 4 bedroom/4 bath with built in bunks, Gulf Front Condominium, on the 9th floor of the Avalon tower! This property offers an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico & a pristine coastline of sugar white sand beach. This magnificent gem is located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, a narrow, one mile, strip of land offering a natural beach with wildlife, incredible views, and a destination away from city streets. You are encouraged to view the locator map.



Upon entry, you will walk past 3 well-appointed guest rooms and a set of built in bunks. The two guest rooms have balcony access and incredible views! Sunrises are especially gorgeous with an unobstructed view of 25 miles including Gulf Shores in the distance, the Gulf of Mexico and views all the way down the coastline.



The master bedroom is very spacious with a sitting area. You also have your own private door to the lanai. The sunset comes through the west window overlooking the pool and well-maintained grounds of the Beach Club. The master bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub for two, a travertine shower with two heads and controls, two sinks, television, and walk in master closet.



The beds are made with white linen and bath linens are supplied. A set of white linen is supplied for the sofa sleeper, also. There is a full size washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer & cookware. Only a "One Day Supply" of toiletries/detergents/disposables for the kitchen & bathrooms provided.



The bedding arrangement is King master bedroom and 3 King guest bedrooms, a set of built-in bunks.. The large master bedroom adjoins the balcony with a direct Gulf View and has a walk-in closet. Two King guest bedrooms adjoins a balcony with a view of the coastline & Mobile Bay. The sofa sleeper will accommodate 2 people.





Unlimited parking for $40 per vehicle. No trailers or RVs allowed to pass through the gate. Parking passes are paid in advance but are given out at the security booth. Each driver should know the name of the condo and the day of departure.

Family Vacation

Had an amazing time in Gulf Shores at this property. The whole family had plenty of space to spread out and be together all at the same time. Would recommend this property for a group of people for sure!!!!

Great property.

It was a great condo. Lots of room and the two younger kids loved the bunk beds. Kitchen was had all you needed for fixing meals. Loved our stay there!

Relaxing!

As a family of six, it is hard to find places big enough sometimes. This condo was very spacious and exceeded our needs. We loved the furnishings, the views, and the amenities. There was construction going on and which did wake us up each morning but we weren’t too bothered by it. They did wait to start until 8. We were able to see dolphins from the balcony, an alligator near the security entrance, and loved the sunsets each night. Would love to come back again.

This is a true 4 bedroom 4 full bath condo. With an extra two built in twin bunk beds. The kitchen is spacious and the living room is large enough for 3 sofas and two chairs. Large dining table with a large bar counter with stools. We had a full family vacation. Grandparents and extended family. 9 people total and it was more than enough room. This would also be a fantastic unit for a couples trip. There are four bedrooms with king beds all with private bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped for meals. For large groups. Overall the property is fantastic. Beach club has five separate pools. An onsite spa and gym facilities. Beach chairs are available for rent and are set up daily. Reserve them online before you go it is so easy and you are more likely to get front row. This is the best unit we have ever stayed in at beach club. We have stayed at beach club 4 times my family will attempt to book this unit whenever we go. It is that nice.

The condo is beautifully decorated and has the best stocked kitchen of any condo we have ever stayed in. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for our family of 10. Our grandboys loved the bunkbeds and having room for our grandgirls next to their parents was amazing. Having two options for seating was also great! While the children were watching TV or playing their video games, we could sit with them in the same room but still have our own "area". Thank you for a lovely stay! We hope to return to Avalon 0901 in the future!!

Nice property

The unit was great and layout as advertised. However supplies ie toilet paper paper towels coffee filters salt/pepper were extremely minimal. Make sure you come prepared. Location is great for golf and a few restaurants

Great Stay

This is a beautiful unit in a beautiful setting. All four bedrooms have at least one window which is quite unusual. It is well equipped and the large TV is great for family viewing. The grounds and facilities are very clean and well maintained. The only down sign is that there is an extra fee for use of the gym and a few other facilities.

Family getaway

Two families shared this rental. Good size kitchen, plenty of places to sit and eat, and a huge TV perfect for watching football over the Thanksgiving weekend. The master bedroom is massive! You could easily fit a pack-n-play or air mattress if you had a little one with you. We loved the table and chairs on the balcony as well. We would certain stay in this unit again.

Nice property

The space fit our family well. The Beach Club is lovely and well kept. There was a water problem in our tower but it was handled quickly. The pool was cloudy. Our unit could’ve used some new cooking pots and pans. They were very scratched and food stuck. We would choose it again.

Large Family Vacation

Property worked well for my adult children. Having 3 bedrooms with King size beds was a must. Large Dining Room table and large table on porch was perfect for all of us. Master bedroom is very large. Little ones loved to watch tv in that room while adults were in family room. Nice to be able to see them while adults had their time with the tv.

Noisy at night

Nice property if you like a lot of activity. Noise from floor above was annoying especially on Friday night during an evening TV football game. Will not do high rise again. Walk to beach is considerable for those with limitations and little ones. Restaurant on site too expensive!

Optional Clubhouse Guest Passes may be purchased directly from the Clubhouse desk for access to the heated indoor pool, Clubhouse outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, steam rooms, saunas, tennis courts, seasonal activities, and poolside dining. One Clubhouse pass covers all guests staying in the condo for the day. Current 1-day Clubhouse pass rates are approximately $48 for 1-bedroom units, $50 for 2-bedroom units, $52 for 3-bedroom units, and $54 for 4-bedroom units, $59 for 5-bedroom units. Rates and amenities are subject to change by The Beach Club.
