Affascinante casa con un enorme molo, splendida vista sul lago, spazio per molti e tutto il necessario per un weekend romantico o un grande raduno di familiari e amici. Preparatevi a rilassarvi sull'acqua - sentitevi liberi di usare canoa, kayak, stand-up paddleboard, attrezzatura da pesca, isola galleggiante, kneeboard, sci d'acqua e tubi. Massiccio dock - uno dei più grandi sul lago. Frigorifero per il vostro uso in barca. Un ascensore per imbarcazioni e un impianto di risalita a motore sono disponibili su richiesta se si porta la propria barca o si ferma il molo. All'interno, ci sono DVD, giochi da tavolo, buco di grano, ping pong, tavolo da biliardo e una collezione di record. Ampio terrazzo soleggiato con vista sul lago con veranda all'aperto per rilassarsi su cibo e bevande; Portico ombreggiato al piano di sotto se volete uscire dal sole. Camera da letto matrimoniale con vasca idromassaggio e doccia separata. Due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali; Un'altra camera da letto con tre letti singoli e una quinta camera da letto con letto a castello. Se avete bisogno di spazio per più, ci sono tre grandi divani tra le stanze al piano di sopra e al piano terra, un divano ribaltabile nei materassi e aria. Cucina completamente attrezzata con vista lago al piano superiore e una seconda cucina completa, ma non stormata al piano di sotto. Sentitevi liberi di utilizzare la griglia a gas sul ponte di sopra. The home was very nice, accommodated our group perfectly. Host provided very detailed instructions, so we had all the information we needed. The dock/lake access was wonderful everyone enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards. The home was very well stocked. Would recommend staying here!

We had a great time. Very peaceful and quiet. We caught catfish, saw some cranes and herons and even a bald eagle! It would be a great place to live.

Host was very good at communicating. House had most of what we needed. Loved kayaks and kitchen space. I'd give it a 4.5 if that was available. Only reason not a 5 as some things need updated (pool sticks , furniture, dishes were melted, pots/pans burned, grill dirty)

Our stay

This was our second time visiting and we had a blast. The guys used the kayaks and went fishing for hours. The girls loved the hot tub. We all enjoyed the lake house

Excellent location

The overall experience was great, but the property was a little old and the rooms were small. But we had lot of fun and it was an excellent getaway.

We constantly work to improve the home. In 2020, we renovated the home with new floors, carpets, and an updated kitchen. In the last few weeks (February 2021), we have renovated the upstairs bathroom and added a new high-end professional fire-pit. Glad you enjoyed the lake experience! Just want to note we are constantly improving the home and lake experience!

Wonderful getaway

Even though it was February, this house was peaceful, beautiful, clean. It had everything you could need for cooking. A lot of extra linens, towels etc. The stove and the refrigerator are really great. And the owner is super communicative.

Excellent!

This was our second time renting this house, we love everything about it. It's so peaceful and beautiful. The kids love going fishing and kayaking. The house has plenty of space for our large family and lots to do inside as well.

Amazing!

My family had a wonderful time staying at this house. The lake is amazing, my kids loved fishing, caught some bass and catfish, and they loved going out on the kayaks. The house was clean and spacious with everything we needed supplied. The owner was very nice. We made really great memories here and would love to come back again, I would highly recommend this place!

Very nice home

We had a nice time up on the lake in between competing at VIR just a few minutes down the road. House was clean, large enough to fit our 8 team and crew, and provided us with some quiet time fishing off the dock. Host is very responsive to any issues/ requests.

Thanksgiving 2023

The property was really nice! Had activities for all ages of our family no one was bored! This has had literally everything you need and so much more! We only left to make store runs or go to the event we came to Leasburg for. Created so many memories for both the kids and adults.

One of the best getaway in NC

This was one of most fantastic and fun stay we had, especially during this pandemic time. We were a group of three families with kids and it was a refreshing outing for all of us. Host Andy and Jeremy were very responsive and helpful. Property is very good and a great weekend stay. Overall inside the house was very clean though outside sitting areas need a power wash. We will prefer to come back here again.

Nice lake house!

House is perfect for larger families or groups! Plenty of amenities and a great dock to fish off of. Pretty view, and very easy to access the property. Not too far from Danville, Roxboro or VIR. Since no house is perfect….the batteries in the remote for the TV need to be replaced. LOL. Other than that…house was perfect! Thank you!

Great house and dock. Owner is a pleasure to rent from

Great space in this house to accommodate large groups with ample rooms for comfort and sleeping space. Activities for everyone with the generous recreational amenities provided. Gorgeous dock and view with great space for enjoying life on the lake. Patio and large deck with great views of lake and easy outdoor entertaining. The owner is a pleasure to rent from with quick responses and customer service to ensure a wonderful stay. Would definitely rent this home again!!

The house is great, there is a thing with the water getting a sulfur smell but the owner said to let water run for awhile and it fixed it on up and we didn’t have any more problems during our stay.

Enjoyed our stay. From a geo-location perspective, it's really special. The mid-range views of the lake were spectacular and it's really nice and quiet. Inside the house, there are a lot of amenities. You will likely find something to do or what you need. It's a large home with lots of space. I believe the target demographic for this house is either a large family or multiple families. The house is showing it's age with LOTS of wear and tear. Access to the lake was good and the dock is a key feature along with the provided canoe, kayaks, and paddle boards. If you are looking for a newer home that is on the 'chic' side, this is NOT the property for you. If you have a large number of people, especially kids, and are looking for a property, this might be the one. The property manager(s) are excellent. Very quick to respond to questions or concerns.

Off the grid and quiet

A very lovely home. Very comfortable. It wasn’t as clean as we expected and we ended up having to clean some gross things (bathtubs, found a dirty diaper covered in bugs) and it was very cobwebby, lots of spiders but I’m sure that’s just life on the lake. It was a peaceful and quiet spot on a lovely lake. There was mostly no internet and no cell service (not the fault of the homeowner). It was really a nice spot.

Glad you enjoyed the lake! Sorry, our crew did not see the diaper that was in the corner of one of the closets. I've asked them to be more diligent and check the closets. Appreciate your understanding of the nature of the lake and spiders during the hottest and wettest time of the year. We have changed internet providers and have found the internet to be better now. However, it is still satellite so at times it is not great by any means. We have signed up for Starlink (Space-EX's new internet) and are excited for service to start. They are telling us it should be by late 2021!

We are soon-to-be empty nesters with three kids in/starting college and one kid off payroll with children of her own out of state. Love the Hyco house but will not be able to spend as much time there as we would like. Our "work and school" home is only 45 miles away - not a bad car ride and actually not an awful bike ride either - so we're up at the house regularly for projects and maintenance (there's a lot of lawn to mow) but have had to hustle home before we could get much running, biking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, grilling or relaxing in; hoping you can do it for us.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We fell in love with our lake-home the second we started pulling down the circular driveway and saw how the home and lake merge together to give a perfect, unrestricted view almost as far as the eye can see. There are not many houses on the lake that can comfortably accommodate a family as large as ours. The dock being one of the largest on the lake (not allowed to build them as large anymore) is an added perk and allows us to enjoy the water to the fullest.

One of the largest docs on the lake located on a unique bend. House and dock have a very relaxing view of the water. We provide plenty of toys to make the stay truly worthwhile.
