Regarding the boat house, we notified you of that change on March 4th, well ahead of your stay, specifically so you'd have plenty of time to decide whether the property still fit your needs or to book elsewhere if you preferred. We're always happy to work with guests when plans change, and we wish we'd had the chance to do that with you before your arrival. As for the water depth at the dock, this has been an unusually dry summer and lake levels across the region are down due to the ongoing drought — something entirely outside our control and affecting nearly every property on the water right now. We're genuinely glad the rest of your stay went smoothly, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. You'd be welcome back anytime.
